There were several thing: proximity to I-95S, cleanliness of the motel and proximity to some really good restaurants.

There was a little traffic noise however the place is really on top of I-95. I was surprised that the front desk was unmanned at times.

Mediocre breakfast. Tiny space with lots of people at time I was there. Sufficient food choices for quick meal.

Room was small with that round pole thing in it. Shower/sink facilities separate but old. Definitely felt budget for $140!

Easy on and off the expressway . Bed was clean and comfortable

Bathroom door didn't slide easily, entrance door didn't open or close easily. Breakfast was just okay. Not much seating in breakfast area.

breakfast was good. i enjoyed the waffles.

the highway noise made is difficult to fall asleep. otherwise the facilities and location was good.

the breakfast was very poor. we came down at 7:30 am and there was 3 pieces of bread, no eggs or sausage. the trays were bare. there had been food in them but it was all gone. we had to wait 30 min for more food to be brought out.

close to expressway, great price for a night.
