Interesting boutique hotel, in the middle of the town centre.

When renovating the building no thoughts have gone in to sound insulation. As a result every footstep every conversation in neighboring rooms can be heard. Being on the shopping street means that you can not get there by car, but noisy service trucks can (as early as 6 am). The renovation is done in a strip everything back type of style, which has to be your thing.

Its super central! and right to a great bakery.

very noisy, cause of the bakery starting at 6 and guests till 20:00 – then the room was not up to date, means yess charming but not for the prize. the room needed a complete modernisation/renovation for the prize. we booked the "junior suite" let's say a normal room. yes, old building, yes, oldtown, but again if 3 stars or less money no worries, but 4 stars and the price tag, nope. The reception was only there from 8 to 14:30 – we talking 4 stars "boutique" hotel! i want someone around to ask questions, clean up things etc pp. lockers too.

Ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer und ausgesprochen grosses und modernes Badezimmer, alles gut gepflegt. Frühstücksbuffet ausgiebig, regional und in einer eigens mallorquinischen, räumlichen Atmosphäre. Für einen Kurztrip sehr angenehm, da direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Parkplatz fussläufig erreichbar.

The property is very different, traditional and unique. We stayed in the junior suite room 131 the balcony was amazing and views of the mountains. Breakfast simple but very tasty croissants so fresh. We had a door that could be closed to the bathroom

Nothing all excellent I would suggest if you stay and would like the privacy of a toilet door you book the suite

Amazing hotel in the beautiful town of Soller. The hotel has a perfect location just in the centre of the town but the area is still quiet enough at night and has a big parking spot close by. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the interior design of the hotel was artsy. The breakfast buffet was small but enough and very cute. And because we celebrated a birthday, the hotel staff decorated our room and did a surprise with a bottle of cava there. It was perfect, thanks again to Toni who did a great job! We loved it!

Loved our stay and would definitely come back. Toni was the perfect host, helping to make our stay as comfortable as possible, organising some lovely arrangements for my girlfriends bday whilst we were staying, and even saving the day getting us get a taxi on our last day to the airport when it was a busy market day! Hotel was in a great location to the town and main square, and our room was nice, clean and modern, and had a great shower and comfortable double bed. The hotel smelt really clean or when breakfast was on, the smell of warm pastries! Breakfast was simple and tasty, and overall the hotel was just as we hoped. Only downside was hearing the town come back to life quite early in the morning, but nothing too bad, and overall felt quiet and calm considering the proximity to the main square. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 😊

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Toni on the front desk. Great room and location. Breakfasts were really fantastic too! The main thing was the excellent staff.

A very minor point: the towels could do with being updated. Not a big issue for us but some guests might prefer newer towels.

Location was perfect. Easy check in, even without staff.

Minibar with water would be perfect for late arrivals.

Design of the room was brilliant, beds were comfy, breakfast decent, the location was perfect, right in the center but in a quite calm street.

The room was a little dark and there was no real door at the toilet, rather just a curtain but we didn't really mind for a one night stay.

Great location and it IS a pet friendly hotel however. The breakfast was VERY basic, but there is a wonderful bakery/sandiwch /cafe place two doors away (also pet friendly!) with great coffee as well which we visited every day.

The bed was not very comfortable. If travelling with a dog, ask to have your room cleaned while you're out with your dog (but don't expect it to always happen).

This is a beautiful, small hotel with wonderful decor and situated centrally in one of the main streets of Soller. We had a lovely room, overlooking the " pedestrian" street below, with its own small balcony and gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh croissants from the bakery down the road and was self-service continental buffet. We met some lovely people while we were there and heard their travelling stories- lots of hikers visit Soller and the surrounding mountains. Toni on front desk was friendly and helpful and obviously proud of his quirky hotel.He had been very supportive over my anxieties about getting the code information for the self-service checkin., as I had never done this before. In the event, it was easy once we arrived ( having had the code by email the day before) We would go back and choose a room at the back of the hotel,away from the street noise, but we are light sleepers. A great hotel, in a very good location at brilliant prices. Thank you Toni.

The hotel website could make the info regarding checkin clearer and prewarn anxious people like me that all the codes etc will be received during the 24 hrs before arrival . Also, there was a lot of traffic , especially between 5 am - 9 am on a supposedly pedestrian street , which is not the fault of this lovely hotel at all , but the local council. Suggest that light sleepers take earplugs if at the front of the hotel . It was quiet during the night.
