Spacious apartment with a really stunning view. All equipment needed.

It’s a 4th floor of 5 in an old block multi-apartment building. Some windows opens/closes difficult. Interior would need a small renovation. Sofas also bit old of wear ant tear

The apartment was spotlessly clean with a superb view of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

this is really a cozy apartment. with a beautiful park and lake view. 5-10 minutes to the next grocery. a huge parking lot at the beginning of the street (ca. 300 m away from the apartment.) additional parkinglots in front of the house

- 4th floor without elevator (not mentioned in the description). no problem for us but maybe for elderly or disabled people. - please repair the hole in the couch

Great modern apartment, clean, great location, equipped with everything that you might need excellent view of the lake, would be even better in summer.
