We really enjoyed this vacation. The amenities at the resort were great for all ages, the beach was lovely. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. We had a great time and would definitely come back to this resort and stay in this unit again.

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was comfortable and relaxing. Everything you needed was provided. Close to restaurants and lots of activities. I loved my relaxing morning walks to the beach through the picturesque neighborhood. And this home is in the perfect spot if you want to go to the gym or the Spa. It's a real gem.....can't wait to return!!!

This is a great location for pool and ocean access but there were a few dealbreakers in renting again. This property had major issues:
Poor internet reception
Dirty scuffed walls
Dirty stained porch furniture (front and back)
Damaged microwave
Broken shutters
Broken toilet paper holder
With all these issues the property is for sale???!!

Check in was easy, and only a 5 minute drive to pick up keys. Upon arrival, the house was exactly as listed. Once inside, the house was clean to the eye but the floors were FILTHY! We found a vacuum and had to vacuum everywhere. Food in couch cushions, lint in dryer, and the outside furniture cushions were dirty (yes it’s outside, but they definitely need to be replaced). Other then that it was great! It’s definitely walkable to the pool and beach, but with the blazing temps we just drove the short minute drive and never had an issue with parking! Spent a lot of our time at the pool, which was amazing! We ate at 21 main, and if you get the chance to do so, DO IT! Utilized the gym, and it was stocked with all the best equipment! All in all, we would stay here again!

Town house was lovely. The beach and pool were a little further than we thought. We did have problems with the air, but the response to our issue was immediate. The owner and customer service were great at responding. The shuttle service was a nice benefit.

Let me start by saying the area and neighborhood was GREAT!! But the living area was VERY dirty and just straight up nasty. The outside furniture was stained dingy along with the furniture inside. There was roaches in the garage and the the grass on the backside of the home was knee high. Also none of the television worked, they would say loaded but never would, the pull out sofa was broken wouldn't open, the hinges on the Lt side of it was broken and wouldn't let it open, and when we did get it open the mattress was so nasty I would not have had dog sleep on it. So my kids had to sleep on the floor. OH and the microwave on the inside looked like it was set on fire. Was trying to communicate threw the text line about the concerns and that was was unhelpful. Please have someone call me

The house was great. Family of 5 (2 teens and a toddler).
The space in this house was great. A bit far from the pool and beach to walk (with toddler and beach stuff) but a quick drive and easy parking. We did not utilize the shuttle. My only complaint is the kitchen is NOT fully stocked as described. There are NO spices and basic cooking utensils are lacking (especially decent knives/pans). Check in/out process was super easy! Manager was very communicative with any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhome is lovely and clean. Pics were accurate and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. There is a short walk to the pools and beach and an even shorter walk to nearby restaurants. We had a great stay and look forward to returning.

Great place to stay,. conveniently located. Looks exactly like the pictures, very nice and clean. Super easy check in. It is in a college neighborhood, walking distance to some things.

Check in is flawless. Beautiful area on north myrtle beach! Great pool area for my little 1&2 year old. Plenty of room in the townhouse. Parking is a breeze. Will certainly book again

This house was great. Family of 5 ( 3 Teens ).
So much space in this house for all of us. A bit far from the pool and beach but wasn’t the end of the world. So much to do in the area. Loved the rockers on the front porch ( Dad had coffee every morning on porch sitting in the rocker )

The unit was great, centrally located and good size. The cleanliness was just okay and the porch area in the back wasnt really usable because of leaves all over and backyard not being maintained.

Beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. Rugs and ottoman could have used a good deep cleaning and the shared bathroom shower curtain liner was starting to grow mold. A few scuffs on the walls were also noted.
We were able to check in early which was very helpful and the staff who checked us in was friendly and informative. By renting through iTrip, we got 6 freebies which made our wallets happy; very easy to book the freebies. The North Beach Plantation overall is a stunning resort!

The townhome was clean and decorated so nice. My son had an injured leg and said the bed was comfier than his at home. We enjoyed our stay. It was quite a walk to the pool in the heat but we used the shuttle service and we enjoyed getting to know the drivers. If you like to walk or jog it is a nice area to do so and convenient to activities at myrtle beach

Summer week at the beach
Overall very pleased with this rental. Pictures are accurate. Plenty of space for family of 4. Enjoyed our time hopping between the pools and beach. Close proximity to everything. Even walked to a few dinners. The property offers a complimentary shuttle service to the towers. Walk to pools/beach is about 10 minutes. Only hiccup we had was with the washing machine. We were not able to wash more than two towels a cycle. Property management did check it out but told us we were at fault because we were overloading the machine. That was not the case. Issue was reported again before we left and we suggested it be serviced before next guests arrives.

Perfect family beach house
This property was great! Very spacious and modern. We stayed there as a family of 4 and had lots of extra room. Easy access to get out of the resort and easy access to the beach! Would definitely consider returning.

We enjoyed the house and the entire resort! Our favorite was the 5 pools! The house was big enough for 3 small families to stay together. We would love to come back!

Spring Break Getaway
We loved the house and the location. It was conveniently located near many stores and places to eat. Our only problem was the shower in the master bedroom was not clean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it. It was full of red hair and the toilet didn't flush right. But it didn't ruin the trip. There were so many things that we enjoyed about this property and would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Vacation
The property is beautiful, the rental was spacious, we had problems with the heat at first , but Maintenance came and fix it right away . Kirk hen had pot and pan everything that was needed was there. I highly recommend this rental property. See you next year.

Awesome Place
My girl friends & I enjoyed our long weekend. The townhouse is exactly like the pictures. It's very cozy. The only issues we had was the toasted doesn't work, the knives couldn't cut anything we were preparing such as limes, vegetables etc. So bring your own knives & spices bc there wasn't even salt & pepper. The grocery stores are just 2 minutes up the road. This place is very convenient to all shopping. I will definitely rent this townhouse again.

Perfect Location
Great townhouse! Awesome location! Up to date. My only complaint is the cleanliness. Bathroom and kitchen were cleaned well, but common areas not as well. Not sure if it was vacuumed before and previous renters clothes tags found in multiple drawers and closet. Area rugs and mats need to be replaced. I would definitely stay here again but hoping that more attention is paid to the cleanliness next time.

Great Trip
Location and amenities were fantastic. Walked down to the hotel pool bar during the day and walked over to Barefoot Landing at night.
Townhouse was clean and enjoyed the back patio at night. Coffee on the front porch rocking chairs made for a relaxing start to the days.
We will book again next time we go.

North Myrtle Beach
We stayed a week at this property and enjoyed it very much. The pools were a big hit with everyone and the beach was amazing. The townhouse was not cleaned well when we arrived but a brief exchange with the maintenance contact had it fixed promptly and without fuss.
The kitchen has essentials but not much else. No stock of spices(only salt and pepper) or basic cooking needs so you’ll have to bring literally everything you need.
There were 9 of us(2 families) and it was enough space for us for a week. iTrip helped recommend a place to rent bikes from and kept us well informed of any maintenance needed on the property while we were there. There is a nice shopping area across the street, definitely walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great Property & resort
This was our second stay at North Beach Resort. The condo was very nice, clean and in great condition. Everything was as described. Great service from the property management company with their easy check in & out system. We will stay again!

Wonder time
The unit is beautiful with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a pull out couch. The back patio was amazing place to hang out in the evening and through a storm. The front porch has two rockers that we also enjoyed in the mornings and late evenings. We had a couple issues, one housekeeping and one mechanical that they jumped to take care of with in minutes. The best part, we didn't have to be there. A storm also knocked off the electric and thus the router for the cable internet. I texted and asked where the router was and they responded within minutes. It took about an hour for the cable to come back on and I never replied to the text. Right as the cable came on we had a knock on the door and it was someone from ITrip making sure we were able to get the cable back on. That to me is beyond service, it was service at our back and call. We will definitely book again.

Great Trip!
We have stayed at North Beach Plantation previously and loved our stay. With Itrip Vacations, we were able to celebrate my son’s graduation for a wonderful and reasonable price! Family Time Away
We enjoyed our stay at 4908 Market St in North Myrtle Beach. The townhome is as described and pictures are accurate.
The furniture, decorations and colors in the home are very pleasant. I felt at home right away!
The outdoor patio is a nice addition as we had some little kids, and they were free to run around safely. The garage and driveway for parking were nice also, as the parking spots are limited especially On the weekend.
There are plenty of places to eat or get carry out close by.
The resort pool and Beach are a distance to walk, I think there is a shuttle but did not have information on times and pick ups.

Great Vacation Home
Our family of nine just enjoyed a week in this home at North Myrtle Beach. The home is located such to allow for access to the beautiful beach as well as food and shopping options while allowing us to social distance during the coronavirus pandemic. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We cooked amazing meals and all ate together around the large dining room table. We all had a great time and highly recommend this home and beach location.
