Questa moderna casa con tre camere da letto ha aree soggiorno a pianta aperta ed è proprio sulla riva del fiume. La proprietà ha una prospettiva privata, con una grande veranda per intrattenere all'aperto. Ha pavimenti in legno lucido, soffitti alti e una cucina ben attrezzata. Dispone di 2 letti queen size e 4 letti a castello singoli in 3 camere da letto. C'è 1 bagno con doccia e vasca, oltre a un WC separato. Situato su un enorme blocco con ampio parcheggio più doppio garage di blocco in tandem. È possibile legare la barca fino a casa con l'alta marea con una rampa di lancio della barca completamente attrezzata a 200 metri di distanza per la bassa marea. La proprietà non è completamente recintata in quanto ha un limite di marea di 70 metri. Il grande ponte ha un cancello della piscina di chiusura per contenere bambini e animali domestici. Ci sono mango, uva e gelsi in crescita, liberi di raccogliere in stagione.

We had a lovely time (almost two weeks) getting back to nature at the peaceful River Pearl, with the only noise coming from the plentiful local birds and bats..
The owners were extremely responsive and friendly, as was everyone in the area, and we look forward to coming back.

Prior to the NSW school holidays, we found a holiday at Iluka very pleasant. This property is in easy walking distance from all amenities, the pontoon at the boat ramp being a popular 5 minute walk with the kids for fishing. Saw lots of wild life, sting rays, dolphins, rosellas, pelicans, etc etc. Will come again.

Absolutely Brilliant!! It’s paradise! Beautiful house designed to take full advantage of this unique location, sit back & watch the tide come & go through the mangroves, be captivated by the stunning sunsets from the deck, be entranced by the birdlife and all of this in addition to the great access to the Village & beaches!!

My partner and I have just returned from a fantastic week at Riverpearl holiday house. We were just getting in to a daily rhythm when it was all over...sadly! Such a magic location, especially being able to enjoy views of stunning sunsets through a fine curtain of mangroves over the mirror water of the beautiful Clarence river estuary. Add the bonus of launching a small boat or canoe a few feet from the house, birdwatching from the deck, a great little waterside cafe just a short walk away and it was tempting not to leave to explore further. But the small township of Iluka and the pristine natural environment around it didn't disappoint either. We had a ball bushwalking, birdwatching, canoeing and chatting with the friendly locals. There's still so much we want to experience, so we'll be back at Riverpearl for another dose of it's casual, well appointed comfort in a very special location.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility then this is the place for you!! River Pearl is even better than described in the listing from it's perfect location on the river, to being immaculately clean inside with everything you need in the well stocked kitchen. There is an expansive yard for kids and pets to play and a large verandah with perfect views and breezes to relax and unwind while watching the river and associated wild life come and go. Our son launched a kayak easily from the backyard at high tide to go and explore the river, but the boat ramp is just around the corner for access to the river at any time. The property is close to everything in town and a short trip to the beach and bush walks. We found the owners very helpful and they responded promptly to our questions. After such a relaxing stay we did not want to leave, and will certainly be heading back to River Pearl. I highly recommend this property.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at River Pearl and it won’t be our last. We absolutely love the place and so do our dogs. The location is just beautiful, it’s so peaceful and all you can hear are the beautiful birds and bats. You feel like you’re right in nature but just a short stroll to town. The house is lovely and clean and really well equipped with a great kitchen for cooking. Huge double lock up garage under the house that also has push bikes to use. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely property and perfect chilled location on the waters edge of the Clarence River. The house was expansive in size had everything we could want for on our 4-day stay. Reading and relaxing in the deck towards sunset was a pure delight. We’ll be back !

This was our third attempt at booking RIVER PEARL in ILUKA, due to, firstly, COVID 19, then, the floods
...so was nice to finally get there.
The house is large and very comfortable, definitely well equipped, and just beautiful right on the water’s edge. We live on a very busy street so the ‘quiet’ was definitely what we were looking for.
We both enjoyed sitting on the large balcony watching/listening to all the wildlife and the tide coming and going.
It was only the two of us, but being able to sleep 8 people, would be ideal for large families. The property is huge.
It is walking distance from house to:
• Jetty, to fish off
• Iluka Shops
• Large IGA and Cellebrations bottleshop
• Club Iluka - bowls club – (wonderful Chinese meals)
• Ferry to Yamba (if not wanting to drive there)
Another place we went to was the Iluka Golf Club, only 10 minutes drive, the meals really lovely.
Unfortunately the iconic Iluka Hotel is closed due to renovations, was always a place we loved to go.
My husband was able to throw a net in of an evening directly in front of house to awake to find large crabs...nice!!

This is a lovely property and is perfect for a couple or small family to stay at. It's location within the small and peaceful township of Iluka (our first visit to this area) is ideal and if your into boating then the boat ramp is only a short trip around the block. We launched our boat from this spot on many occasions and cruised the beautiful Clarence River exploring all the nooks and crannies on offer. Seeing dolphins gliding majestically past us on every trip was pure magic and you can tie up at the boat ramp in Yamba if you are planning on visiting with your own boat. The house had everything we needed plus more and being able to take our little fur baby with us was simply the cherry on the top of our wonderful trip. He certainly enjoyed the walking, exploring and swimming at the many locations in the area. My partner and I are more than happy to endorse this property if you are planning on staying in Iluka and as I had previously read, the house is better than the photographs portrayed. Will definitely consider staying at this property again the next time we get the chance to visit this lovely area of the North coast.

We had our first family holiday in ages and loved the property which had enough space to not be on top of each other but was perfect to be together. The kitchen was great and the space very pleasing in general and the verandah was lovely in the early evening. We fished on the river, from the beach and from a tinny, so good. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this property is magic, right on the water. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures show. Just wish we had a boat to use the water! Only thing missing was wifi as with teenagers we like to watch Netflix in the evenings. Will definately be back!

River Pearl was so comfortable and stylish. We had rain for a couple of days but were more than happy to stay in and read books on the verandah. The house is really well set up for families and we could launch our canoe ten steps from the house.

We were lucky to have almost 4 weeks in Iluka. The house was beautiful - it was very relaxing watching the tide going in and out over the mangroves, listening to all the birds in the trees. We thought Iluka itself might be a bit too small, but there were two surprisingly excellent cafes, and a well stocked IGA.

Great home on the water
Fabulous comfortable home with great beds, big sofa and a deck with BBQ and water views. Watch the pelicans float by looking for dinner. Easy walk to fishing pontoon, lovely at sunset. Nice local people. A well stocked IGA a 5 minute walk and has the best bbq chook. Great off leash dog beach. Fire pit and toasted marshmallows under the full moon. Didn't want to leave.

Property is exactly as described and is possibly the cleanest of any properties we have stayed in under any banner of holiday accommodation ever! Big call I know, but it really was sparkling-ly clean.
It is a very relaxing location and lovely to hear the sounds of the birds in the evening and to watch the ducks come up into the yard occasionally.
It was our first time to Iluka.. To call Iluka 'sleepy' would be an understatement (especially as we had a public holiday during our stay), but there is an IGA. It was possibly slightly too sleepy for 4 nights with an 8 & 10 year old (although the skate park was a favourite and well-frequented!), however the grown-ups loved it and we all enjoyed the rainforest walk, biking around Iluka, and catching the ferry to Yamba and wandering around (the Yamba ocean pool is lovely).
Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we really enjoyed it. Thank you.

The wonderful River pearl
The 3 of us and the dog had a great relaxing holiday in this house. Quiet location right on the river. We could put our kyaks in at the front of the house. At night we sat outside on the balcony watching the wildlife and the sunsets over the water. Would highly recommend.

A week in paradise
Had such a wonderful week in Iluka at this beautiful house. Perfect spot right on the river. The house is spotless, comfortable and has an excellent well equipped kitchen. Huge veranda for us and dogs to laze about on and bbq. Second visit here and can’t wait to go back again soon.
