Chosen by size and location this was the right place. Turned out to be roomy and the area had lots to do.

Older community but have stayed numerous times. Close to parks and clean. Helen, the host, is very kind and quick to respond to messages and requests. Would definitely recommend.

In town for 3 weeks for training for work with 2 coworkers. It was great that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms and shared the kitchen and laundry. The house was nice, but very basic. Could definitely benefit from a refresh of new furniture and carpet. The neighborhood was a little rougher than I would have expected for being a gated community, which I know the homeowner has no control over. That being said, if this is an HOA, they are not enforcing rules at all. Over all, our basic needs were met and it was an affordable place to call home for 3 weeks while at training for work. I would consider this place to stay at again.

We read a lot of reviews before choosing this rental. There were a couple of reviews on this rental that had what I considered minor issues that could be fixed fairly easy. We got our instructions on how to get into the unit 2 days before we arrived. The price you pay for the unit includes a cleaning fee. What we found out from this letter was that they only have time to change the sheets, clean the restrooms and put out new towels. The minimum. The instructions also said to let them know when you get to the unit if things seem out of place or if there are any issues so that you don’t get blamed for them. One of the previous reviews said that the porch light was out. Two months later and the porch light was still out. To me that is a safety issue and should have been a priority. We found several lights out in the unit, broken closet doors and other wear and tear on the walls from normal rental use. We took pictures of everything and sent it to the owner within an hour of checking into the place. Her response back to us was “thank you for letting us know”, that was it. After a long day of traveling & going to the parks for a few hours we got back at around 10 pm ready to go to bed. Much to our disgust when we pulled back the bedsheets in the master bedroom there were cookie crumbs in the bed, the bunk room had Band-Aids stuck to the bed frame and the top bunk was not secured to the bottom bunk on all four sides. The bedroom downstairs had hairs all over in the bedsheets and pillows and there was a strong body odor smell in the room. We had to strip all of the beds and wash the bedding before we could go to bed that night. The next morning we noticed the back patio had trash all over like an animal had gotten into the trash and no one had cleaned it up. We found dirty coffee cups in the cupboard with food stuck on them. The kitchen table food crumbs stuck in all of the crevices. There was a drawer missing under the sink in the kitchen. The fridge had missing door shelves. Once again, I sent a message to the owner letting her know about all of these things along with pictures and her response was “We rely on our management team to take care of these things as we are not local. They are looking into getting new housekeeping”. Again no apology for the condition of the unit or anything. I understand this is a rental and because of its location probably sees a lot of traffic, but I was really disappointed in the unit itself and the owners response.

It was ok… it def could have used a better cleaning. Had kind of a smell. Other peoples hair In the shower, had a smell, beds weren’t soft at all. So glad I brought my own linens. Neighbors were having some kind of get together late one night. Gate entrance was broken on day two and wide open. Everything was just old and we were hoping for more comfy than a hotel but will go the hotel route next time. And pay half what we did here.

It was a nice house. I wish they would of had more like bathroom paper ( they only put 1 in each bathrooms n we had 3 bathrooms). They didn't give us any cleaning supplies just dishsoap. I've stayed in other houses a d they gave us cleaning supplies which was nice seens we were a big group.

Jumper One 20 minutes away from the property and no security code to get in number two we got there and the place was filthy front window was open somebody had been smoking inside there were cigarette burns on the carpet holes in the carpet and the front front room smelled like cigarettes number three the tile floors travertine head ground in dirt and we’re almost black in color my wife spent two days scrubbing them number four the furniture is old and sweat stain and smells like body odor including the sofas and beds five the there were food stains food stuck to the kitchen counters and cabinets number six the one of the cabinets was broken and the front door fell off and hit my wife’s toe number for six or 70 there were wet towels stinky wet towels in the dryer number eight there’s mold around the tubs and the grout number nine there was mold in the ceiling from water damage and the AC units need cleaning and filters number 910 no no dustpan and broom vacuum cleaner number 11 the vacuum cleaner was so filthy it stunk and it was rap for hair and debris number 12 Vrbo is a terrible organization all of their customer service representatives appear to be from India or some other country that’s non-English-speaking spent over six hours on the phone with them could not get a resolution versus yeah they hung up on her several times I will never ever ever ever ever book for Vrbo again and I don’t recommend anyone ever stay in this townhouse

The location was nice if your doing the parks. The pool was great, a lot of seating and was kept clean. Owners could have been a bit more generous with amenities - we were left only a few rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. A couple of dish towels and no laundry/dish soap. No extra blankets. Old furniture and all around a bit dirty. The price was low enough...which was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to the Disney Parks. The pool was nice, but improvement is needed in overall maintenance. The bulb was out on the outside entry, a bulbs were out in the main floor bathroom and upstairs hallway and plants needed to be trimmed on the walk to the entrance. The place was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Nice property and great location for our needs. We were generally happy with our stay, and the value for our money. Owners could have been a bit more generous with amenities - we were left only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. A couple of dish towels and a baking sheet would been welcome. Listing stated the dining table seated 6 but there were only 4 chairs. The tv remote in the living room didn’t work, the couch was uncomfortable and an extra chair for seating there would have been nice. But overall, it was clean, convenient and fairly well-equipped. Would definitely recommend for value.

Very convenient place! Close to the Disney parks and Walmart. Good for what you’re paying too!

The condo was clean, quiet, and not too far away from anywhere we needed to go (including grocery stores and theme parks).

We arrived at the home and right away noticed how hot it was inside but did as the check in info said and lowered the ac hoping that by the time we picked up our groceries and picked up dinner the home would be cooled down. We came back and noticed it was still hot and humid inside . My husband checked the house thermometer and it was reading 82. We could hear the AC kicking on inside so we figured all was well and we assumed for sure by the time we go to bed it would be cooled off. My husband went to Walmart and bought a fan. I emailed the owner and she emailed me back to call the propety manager. I got in contact with the PM and she told me she would stop by the house to check it out. We got up the next morning and left for the parks before opening. We were sweating stepping out the shower, we slept miserable and the thermometer was reading 82 inside still. I got a call from the property manager while we were at the parks, who was always extremely helpful to me, she said was in the house and yes it was hot but she needed to send a technician out because there was nothing she could do to fix it. She asked if I would be back by 6-7pm and since Animal Kingdom closes early we agreed that we could be back by then to let him in. The technician was in contact with me and I told him the same thing over the phone. I could be there at the rental between 6-7pm for him. We get back from the parks and the inside temp is now 85. While inside the house, waiting on the technician the entire power of the house shuts off. I am thinking it’s the technician and before I can get up to go check he’s calling me and telling me he’s on his way and he’ll be at the property in 30 minutes depending on traffic. I told him, “wait, i thought you were already here because the power just shut off in the unit.” He says “no, but if it’s not back on by the time I get there I’ll have to be called out again. There’s nothing I can do with no power but i’ll head that way anyways.” He calls me 20 minutes later from the front gate and says he can’t even come into the complex because the power is out in the entire apartments and the front gate won’t even open to let cars in or out. It’s 85 in the house and we’re not getting ac tonight. At this point we have been without ac for 2 nights of our stay and now no power. I was thinking “the fridge is full of our groceries, we spent so much time and money on this vaca, it’s been one thing after another with this propety”.

It was a beautiful home. Nice set up, the beds were very soft. I stayed with me, husband, kids which is 3 it was plenty space for us all. Plenty of dishes, towels. I cooked quite a bit. Easy check in, and out. I would give this place a 10/10

Perfect family get a way!!!

We found the location to be very close to Disney parks and to 192 where there are many choices for food and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen seemed to be stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Our only problem was that the security gate was broken at the main entrance and we had to use the side entrance. This was not the rental owners fault and was just a small inconvenience.

Very nice home and great people to work with. I look forward to staying there again.

I will say the owners are very nice,however this places not clean and very nasty . Holes in the walls. Insects ...dirty carpet ....mold under sink...If the owners would update this property and h Get a better cleaning crew . It will be great .

Everything was so easy! Helen was so nice & responds fast to any emails. The price was excellent!! Home was nice w/comfortable beds & soft sheets. I would recommend this house.

Excellent and surperb

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay while we visited Disney parks. It is very close to the parks which we loved.

We were greeted with at least a hundred dead love bugs on the front step and about half that amount inside the door and front bedroom. So we had to find a broom and vacuum to clean up before we could bring in our luggage. Bedrooms: The king and queen bedrooms are small for the size and style of the bedframes so we all ended up with a lot of bruises trying to get around the footboards. The top bunk bed sways quite a bit and wasn't secured to the bedframe, and the bed wasn't pushed up against the wall, so someone had to sleep on the floor. Luving room: The middle cushion of the couch had broken springs or a hole in the padding so anyone sitting there sinks down. There aren't enough seats at the table or in the couches for 6 people even though the condo is advertised for that many. Misc: Many of the power outlets are linked to different light switches, which aren't marked, so they weren't working when needed or don't work at all. Kitchen: The shelves in the freezer are rusty, and there is no ice maker. The ice in the two small ice trays (dollar store?) was old and wouldn't come out, and one of the trays was cracked almost in half. Overall, even though Helen was really nice and organized, this rental leaves you with the impression that it's all about location and not about the comfort of the stay. If you're not going to be there much and there are only 4 of you, it would be worth the price, which seemed very reasonable.
