The house is great, check in was easy and the owner was easy to work with. We had issues with the pool heat for a couple of days were there was just no heat. The owner had someone stop by and they ended up fixing it. He also gave us half our money back from the pool heat cost which was great. The neighborhood was nice and the lake behind it was really nice. The thing that made me wanna rent again from this owner is that after we had departed from his house to come home, my husband realized he left his wallet and keys in the kitchen drawer. So I emailed the owner and he wasn’t bothered by us asking him to mail it to us. He was very kind to have it mailed off that day. The woman that mailed it off for him was great also. So yes I would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room to fit our family of 13 perfectly. Very clean, roomy, and was well stocked with dishes, cups and utensils. It had a good supply of towels for showers and pool and has 2 washer and dryers to keep up with laundry. Close to attractions and stores. We had a little trouble with the hot tub heat working, but the host responded quickly, and they fixed the issue right away. The kids and young adults enjoyed the game room and movie room. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

We gathered together for a small family reunion, my siblings and their kids. There was plenty of room, plenty of essentials for a 4-day stay, wish it could have been longer. The house was exactly as pictured, just delightful!

This house was amazing!! Every room is comfortable and plenty of space for everyone! Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to have a house while visiting the parks. Very close to airport, disney parks, and universal.

The house was awesome and in a great location. So much space for the 15 of us. David was great at responding within a very short period of time and immediately took care of any and all requests. We were there for a family wedding but unfortunately there wasn't enough hot water for everyone to get ready at the same time. If you space showers out it would be fine. The pool/spa heat was not working but they tried hard to fix it and when they couldn't they refunded our money. It was working the day we checked out. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend.

House was great except one thing. The supplies were almost non-existent. We did our shopping before arriving and who knew that you would have to buy such kitchen necessities such as salt & pepper!!!!!! We ended up buying salt & pepper, baggies, cooking spray, aluminum fil, etc. since none of these were provided. We left them behind so hopefully the cleaning staff left them for the next guests.

Booked with this company for the second time. Had a water pressure issue when my group checked in, they had a plumber out and issue resolved in literally less than 30 minutes… unbelievable! Will definitely book again and recommend!

Loved the property, except we found the pool and hot tub in the back yard hard to get in and out. No railings to hold onto. Close to Disney world. Teens loved the games room.

My family and i had a great stay. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. The house was big and exactly as shown. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at this property. The place is huge and had plenty of space for 7 adults, and 2 littles 3 and under. The pool was awesome, perfect temperature the entire time. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, including kid safe dishes. Owner was great to communicate with, always responded quickly. Location is convenient to shopping, groceries, and disney. Can't wait to stay at this property again!

We arrived on January 3. We were able to check in an hour early and the house was immaculate and smelled wonderful. We had a little bit of issue with the heat for pool and hot tub, but the staff resolved our concerns quickly. The kids were able to use the pool almost every day. It was worth the little bit extra to have a heated pool. Beds and pillows were great. The kids loved the movie room! The kitchen needed to have a few more items. Would be nice if there were a few frequently used spices as well as plastic containers for leftovers. Also basic things such as salt and pepper. Overall a good experience and would choose this location again.

We stay at this house for 7 days. The house was well maintained and clean when we entered. There was an issue with low water pressure but it was resolved. Only minor issue we had was with early check-in. We kept getting the same response of we will get back to you but never heard back. Other than that I would highly recommend it.

My family and I stayed for our Christmas break. The house was wonderful and the host was very helpful with all of my questions. My kids were in awe of the star wars room and then would spend so much time in the game and movie theater room. Would stay here again in the future.

It was the best place for our group! Communication was smooth. They are very helpful, kind and corteous. We will come back.

Great house! Small hiccup, the house we viewed online showed double beds in one of the children's room and when we arrived single beds were in the room. This complicated our sleeping arrangements but management was quick to fix it and moved us into a house that reflected the house with double beds that we initially booked! Very happy overall!

Hi! This place was everything we dreamed of!! They had everything and enough space for everyone! The kids loved the themed rooms as well as the Harry Potter game room! Will def be staying here agai !!

The week we stayed anyone getting in the pool got itchy after being in only a few minutes, even in the hot tub. We had to figure out the issue ourselves and contact the property manager. Then we smelled smoke and notice that a wire in the electrical box was burned off. This could have been a major fire. Also could have had a few more utensils, etc. in the kitchen.

The property is nice and the location was great, unfortunately there was next to no water pressure. Showers trickled out even if it was just one shower in use at a time. You could not run more than two showers at a time. Water would not come out of any faucets or showers if you ran two at a time. No extra blankets or pillows and the kitchen had next to no cooking supplies. Sadly we will not be going back to this property, ever!!

This was the most perfect house to celebrate our Bachelorette. We were so close to universal studios, and we had ample options for foor delivery. We had a relaxing evening in the movei theatre room and plenty of space and sleeping options for our group of 12. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was everything I hope for. Large enough for 8 adults and 6 kids with room to spare. The only downside and reason I gave it 4 stars was that in November you don’t get any sun in the pool area which would of been nice for warmth. Also sometimes the gate area is congested.

Beautiful house, just as described. The location is awesome and very close to the Disney parks. However, we did have a few issues. First of all, we arrive very late on our first night and realized we had not had the proper number of towels and kitchen towels delivered. Secondly, we quickly realize that we basically did not have hot water. the water was lukewarm at best. He didn’t want to have to go out in front of everyone and pick up that flagpole in management certainly responds quickly and try to help and I believe the house needs another hot water heater. We had no hot water in the kitchen or he came out of the library to see Mrs. Paris the bathrooms flagpole of the bathrooms have warm water not hot is sleeping a dealbreaker for me in the future and type of map. Enjoy taking lukewarm showers every day. Measuring the track the other thing I would say is, the house is finally realizing moderately . For example, goodbye, more paper towels. What if I wore a week and should have that Worcester because you’re only giving is one more hit the towels in podcast sex which 16 people we went pretty quickly!!! The grocery stores, Walmart and target are close by a long day at the park, it is not what you want to do I know no. Also, the iceachinewas broken and did not make any ice. We bought bags of ice throughout the week. All in all, we had a great week and the house was beautiful but the problem with the water heater would be a deal breaker for me to rent again

We had a great stay at this property. The house is very large and open, our kids enjoyed the themed rooms and game room. We stayed during a busy disney time, and it took us about 30 minutes to get to the parks. The hot tub never got above 95 degrees after it was heated, it was 73 degrees outside so not sure what the issue was. I did enjoy the check out process as it was easy. The house was stocked with basic things like trash bags and dish soap which was a major plus.
