Booked this for a golf trip with some friends. Location was great, right across the road from the course. Property owner was very responsive and quick to answer texts. Shuttle to the resort was convenient. No issues with the property.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a nice time with family and friends. Hot tub was a hit, the shuttle service was awesome.

We had a group of 11 friends, ages ranging from 25-32 (couples and singles), and everyone was raving about what an amazing weekend getaway this was. The location was great, especially for any outings to seven springs; there's a shuttle that runs in the area that will take you to and from the resort all day. The owner was fantastic with communication and was very accommodating. The hot tub was immaculate, one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The pictures in the listing really do not do the place justice. The only small complaint that I have is that there is a little bit of inaccuracy within the listing, part of the listing says 4 bedrooms, while in the description, it says 3 bedrooms. And the number of single beds, double beds, or queens would've been helpful to know, since they aren't all pictured. But overall, this was a fantastic stay, would definitely consider booking again in the future!

My family enjoyed our stay and Tim was very accommodating. Super convenient shuttle to Seven Springs resort for skiing and the size of the home was perfect for our needs. Will be back!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and our friends (also a family of four). It had a great layout, the furniture was comfortable and the decor was really neat looking! The electronics all worked great! It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog which was really important to us! We especially liked coming back from being on the slopes all day and getting in the hot tub! We all enjoyed the pool table/ air hockey table and the kids really liked the Xbox! The owner was really nice and we loved the Highland Market down the street (they serve great food)!

We entered the townhouse and immediately loved it. The furniture, bedding, and decor was all high-end. A very warm and inviting atmosphere. Communication with the owner was great. He answered texts and emails in a timely fashion. We had a wonderful weekend.

Had a lovely time. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Lots of blankets, towels, pillows and all the essentials.

We were here for our annual Fall Trip and this location was great. It had enough room for us to spread out and the Hot Tub was a nice addition.

Overall my family and I enjoyed the property - it is super cozy. It is important to note this really isnt a 4 bedroom, but a 3bd with a bed in the loft entrance. It really didnt make a difference for my party since we were all family, but it may impact someone else. I would say the property is in need of some updates, and repairs, however, the host was super open to conversation about this, responsive and friendly. (The pandemic isnt really providing the profit to make these updates - I have no doubt that the slight issues we came across will be corrected/fixed in the near future.) Overall, great spot - full kitchen, didnt get a chance to use the hottub, but it was there and in working order... the dining room table transformed into the pool table was a nice touch! All the furniture, including the beds were super comfy - it was a great experience :)

The key to our stay was the location of the property with great accessibility to all the resort and area has to offer. From the pools, to golf, to the Stare Parks near by.. What a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors.

Our family spent several days enjoying the outdoor activities at Seven Springs Mountain resort. The property was in a good location. There was a large event going on right in resort so this location on the outside edge of the resort was perfect and quite. Easy to get into Seven Springs as well as around the area where we white water rafted in Ohiopyle and went to a few area wineries. The property was clean and well laid out for our family. Super easy access and check in. Enjoyed our time and definitely recommend.

You drive up and begin to relax, the front is cute, well maintained and it's quiet. There are (3) true bedrooms and a sleeping area with no doors or privacy, perfect for kids or young adults. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, skillets, mixing bowls and more. All the appliances worked great. - nice size frig. The grill looks a little beat up but worked great. The deck with the (8) person hot tub was awesome! Also since it is a part of the Seven Springs resort you have access to the shuttle bus, a simple phone call and off you go. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

The property was very nice and was stocked with all the kitchen items you would need the hot tub was great glad we had it the weekend was a bit chilly at night the kids had a blast using the air hockey/pool table!! Outdoor space was perfect for grilling we even had space to set up our corn hole boards!!

The condo was clean and very well equipped. We loved it!

The condominium was located in a very nice area and we enjoyed our visit very much. There were a few things that could be improved: 1) The deck could have been cleaned, the table was very dirty and there were many spiders on one of the chairs. Also, the cover on the whirlpool was not closed properly. 2) The sliding glass door was very hard to open, some maintenance on this would probably make this easier./ 3) Better information about how the HVAC system worked would be helpful. There was no note (or least we didn't find one) about the air conditioner control, our first night was very hot. One the second night we turned down the air conditioning, but the control must have been on a timer because the air conditioning setpoint was raised sometime after we turned it down, resulting in a second very hot night. 4) Many times condos we've rented have a book of information about condominium and the area (restaurants, things to do).

We will reserve again in 2022!!

We had a great timing relaxing, hiking and enjoying the hot tub for my husband’s 40th birthday.

Coffeemaker had mold on the used coffee filter. There were no instructions on checkout besides time. Did we need to take out garbage or start dishwasher or take off sheets etc.

The room arrangements were exactly what was pictured and we were pleased with them. They accommodated 11 of us comfortably. We were super happy to book a property with a private hot tub! It was a quiet and private cabin in general, which we appreciated. All the amenities were also great, and would definitely recommend/book again. Thank you!

We enjoyed so many things about this property; the location, the Hot Tub, the amenities, even the beds were very comfortable. This was a great way to celebrate turning 40.

Tim was great getting in touch with us, we had troubles opening the door. But other than that, the place was clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful time and decided to do this as an annual tradition

The unit was a nice escape from the pandemic. Kitchen well supplied, plenty of sleeping places and thanks for the dog friendly space. Easy location next to Seven springs.

Condo was perfect for 2 families. Shuttle to the lodge was close by.

The perfect place to stay. Cozy and inviting ski-lodge decor. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely hot tub. Easy to find, great to walk around, very close to the hill.
