Private down stairs apartment with outside entrance.
L'unico ingresso a questo spazioso appartamento con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno, recentemente ristrutturato. viene dall'esterno. Ha due grandi finestre, che forniscono molta luce, e la temperatura è sempre fresca d'estate e piacevole e calda d'inverno. Il bagno recentemente ristrutturato ha una cabina doccia. La cucina dispone di elettrodomestici più recenti ed è ben arredata con forno a gas di dimensioni standard, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, lavastoviglie, stoviglie e persino una macchina per margarita su richiesta. La camera da letto ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale e c'è, ci crediate o no un divano letto molto comodo con memory foam. Camino / riscaldatore elettronico. WIFI gratuito e cavo premium. C'è un cortile con erba completamente recintato proprio fuori dall'ingresso per i vostri bambini, con un patio, barbecue e vasca idromassaggio. Culla portatile, seggiolone, ecc. Su richiesta. Tutti a pochi passi da ristoranti e negozi della zona. Vicino a Manitou Springs, Garden of the God, Pikes Peak e down town. Non fumare all'interno, all'esterno è OK, sii cortese con gli altri.

This was a great place to stay! The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Street parking was always available. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

It was nice to come and go without any inconvenience. The dogs were friendly and exciting to watch chase the scent of some other animal. The backyard was very inviting and enjoyable in the evening. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The only negative would be that the room temperature was slightly warm for our comfort level. The floor fans that were provided did help. Overall, we would stay here again.

We got into the city approximately 30 minutes prior to check in time on Friday.
Homeowner that lives on sight was doing some final touches clean up and was very welcoming.
Walking into the apartment it smelled so good and spotless.

5 stars for sure on location, amenities, value, communication and ease of working with Maryhelen. We really appreciated being in Old Town area. I think through August, the #3 bus just steps away on Colorado Ave in front of the 7/11 is free. An easy ride to Old Town and goes out to Manitou Springs where parking is super expensive. This was my only second VRBO. I was impressed with little things like spices, a nice big walk in closet for hanging clothes. Being that it was July, we found the fans provided a must. We ran out of time to try the hot tub but met her loving dogs.

The place was very clean and suitable for our needs. The backyard area is great with a grill and hot tub. We would have loved to use that area but we were too busy with other things during our vacation. The owner was very friendly. I would stay here again and highly recommended it to others as well!

We spent a week here at this place. Clean, convenient, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect outdoor space for relaxing, grilling, and use of hot tub! Owners were very nice, responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again when we come back to visit.
PS They have two very well behaved and sweet dogs that were also a joy.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights during a road trip around Colorado. Ken and Maryhelen were amazing and friendly, and fully allowed us to use the backyard space as our own. The location was prime, close to all amenities including grocery, boutiques, restaurants, and not to mention just a short drive away from Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak - which were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Location
This way the perfect place for my family to stay on our trip to Colorado. We didn't have to do much deiving to get to any of the sights we wanted to see ang there were good places to eat close by too!
The property was clean and had all the needed items to cook and eat in the kitchen. The host also had toiletries, in case somethong was forgoten.
The back yard area was really as well. The hot tub was clean and there was a fire pit to make smores. Just a great place to have a family vacation.

This vacation rental is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore Colorado Springs. It's location is a short drive from pretty much all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding and every thing you might need is provided. The owners are extremely kind. They are very friendly but not bothersome at all. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Ken, Maryann, Willow and Bella where the perfect hosts. All were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was as advertised and exactly like the pictures. It was clean, well stocked (kitchen, bathroom and beds) and in a nice neighborhood. The extras included (patio, grill, fire pit and hot tub) made our stay feel first class. I would definitely choose to stay at this home away from home anytime I come to Colorado Springs.
