Swimming pool, location and apartment with all utensils etc needed. Lots of space and child's bed gave privacy. Entrance to pool via walkway was great too.

2 mattresses pushed together to make a double bed (this doesn't happen in the UK) and pillows gave no support.

Staff was very nice and kind. Rooms are very nice and has a good size.

Most employees don't speak English. The price of the room dropped quite significantly after we booked which is upsetting.

In one of the bathrobes, there were bread crumbs in the pocket, apparently someone used this bathrobe before us, it was very unpleasant. The breakfast hostess girl was not very friendly and kind

all the things were great when we visit there! the room was so clean and all the staffs were kind!

when I called to ask some questions, the staff said she wasn’t able to speak English. At least I expected to have call with her colleague who can speak English. But the call was ended without further conversation. This is quite strange and frustrating me. I hope that the staff can hand over the call to her colleague next time.

To swim with Penguins, this adventure pool is so much fun to see the Penguins. Our daughter was so excited.

We booked earlier. but we found the winter discount either from the Hotel website or Booking.com. I think that we should get the difference in price from Booking.com. (Booking.com should tell us automatically). If not, I will book from the official website next time.
