Mały, przytulny apartament z wanną, pralką oraz aneksem kuchennym. Apartament zadbany i czysty. Duży telewizor. Otwieranie drzwi wejściowych oraz drzwi do klatki kodem (niepotrzebny klucz). Ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Zmywarka. Duży wybór programów telewizyjnych oraz dobre WiFi UPC (200/20 Mbps). Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa obiektu.

Niestety dostęp do parkingu podziemnego jest problematyczny. Pilot do otwarcia bramy znajduje się w apartamencie, więc najpierw trzeba wejść do mieszkania, żeby móc zaparkować. Pod kamienicą nie udało nam się zaparkować nawet na chwilę, gdyż nie było wolnych miejsc. Można ewentualnie zastawić wjazd do parkingu bądź do podwórka podczas gdy druga osoba idzie po pilota. Niestety w naszym przypadku to też nie zadziałało, bo zaraz znalazł się ktoś, kto chciał tam wjechać. Niestety musiałem jeździć bezsensownie do okoła do czasu aż druga osoba przyniosła pilota. Jeśli jesteś sam i potrzebujesz miejsca parkingowego, będziesz musiał/a zaparkować na chwilę w okolicy, żeby móc odebrać pilot z mieszkania i dopiero potem zostawić auto na parkingu podziemnym (przy zameldowaniu i wymeldowaniu). Rozumiem jednak, że ciężko wymyślić obecnie lepsze rozwiązanie, bo pewnie reszta lokatorów nie potrzebuje i nie chce płacić za klawiaturę do wprowadzania kodu do bramy garażowej. Sam parking jest niestety dość ciasny. Przy dużych samochodach trzeba zwracać na kilka razy, aby zaparkować lub wyjechać (gdy obok stoi inne auto).

Well equipped, nice location .

The apartment is located in a very central area, having in proximity pubs, markets and restaurants which help us to have a beautifull time.in Szczecin. Inside everything was very clear and so specious. Also the apartment is equipped with modern devices. The bathroom is very nice having inside a wash masine. Very easy to reach the location and a good coordination with our hostes.

Just a recomandation, based on the fact that during de summer at 4.00 o'clock in the morning is already light outside I strongly recommend to have black out curtains for a better rest.

The apartment is located right in the center of Szczecin. There is a small supermarket on the ground floor of the building and plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Even sights like the Szczecin Museum or the waterfront are only some 2 to 3 km away. The apartment was super clean. It is also quiet since it faces the back of the building away from the street. There is an elevator for ease of access and a safe place for your car in the underground parking lot. Check-in was easy though we never met our host. She sent detailed instructions on how to get in (including videos) to us via WhatsApp.

Our only problem was that the blinds on the windows do little to keep the room dark once the sun comes up in the morning. So, if light bothers you bring something to cover your eyes. The second bedroom has no windows and can get quite stuffy when the door is closed.

Nice apartment, good location, good facilities such as dishwasher, bathtub, washing machine, coffee capsule machine etc.

The only but very important thing we think was missing was an extra duvet as we had to share a small double duvet. so if you bring an extra quilt yourself there is nothing to complain about.

It was very comfortable, clean and well located!
