Good facilities
Was not very clean, oven dish had not been cleaned, used eyelashes in bedroom drawer, side of couches could do with a hoover, child's broken bucket on patio and no table or chairs on patio as advertised in pictures, wall in bedroom had lots of cracks, could do with re plastering. Also sweet paper under bunk beds

Grey sheets... Grey towels.
You cant beat quality white linen
There was a stain in one sheet.. My wife tried washing it out.. In the ens she bouggt white lined.. The standard of towels were a bit basic..

The house was well equipped. Comfortable sofas and chairs in sitting room. My Mother particularly liked the chair in the corner as she was able to put her feet up. It was a lovely touch leaving us milk, butter and bread. Boys delighted with the bunk beds. Lovely being able to walk up to the hotel and in the grounds
Even with turning off the radiators, the house was way too warm and difficult to ventilate. Difficult to regulate temperature in shower in main bathroom and pressure poor. We couldn't get the TV working after first night but the host came and tried to get it going promptly.

A full ashtray left on window sill outside. The bathroom shower pressure poor. The central heating control loose on the wall. Only one tea towel with a hole in it. Difficult to phone Rosin and whatsapp message for door code i could not read as no internet connection

was as expected--unfortunately we had to walk the long way to the Castle as the pedestrian gates were locked----Thankfully it was not raining. Of course we had to walk home at 3 .15 AM.

House was cosy,freshand clean,had all we could need,loved that there was fresh bread and butter,tea and coffee and fresh milk there for our arrival😁very good location

Property was good value for the price , cozy , quiet and fresh breath of air. Lovely and clean spot . All essentials from cleaning supplies and cutlery in the kitchen. Great spot for walks .
There was exceptional communication with Roisin and Emma which made the stay more ideal.
Would love to return as soon as possible . Highly recommend

Great location tucked away in the country side.Castle grounds lovely quiet, house lovely, accommodation. 3 bedrooms very comfortable. Felt very safe at night. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Host lovely , very helpful explaining things. Will be back again. Athlone well worth a visit.
Could not fault Anything. Everything we needed was included in the accommodation

Everything was perfect.... Emma got back to us with any questions we had about restaurants... Taxis etc in the area
We had the most fantastic stay.. Emma was the most helpful host and made our stay perfect.. Would 100% recommend emmas House to anyone looking to stay close to lough rynn!

Easy to get to. Great size for a family. Quiet estate and very well kept. Home away from home. The beds were so comfy.

Whole house needed a good cleaning and hoovering hairs in en-suite and shower this would benifit from a deep clean drains we’re absolutely stinking in the en-suite obviously not cleaned or hoovered since last people stayed dirty mat met us at the door disappointing

A very cold house on arrival, the heating had not been turned on and as temperatures were averaging around 0 to -2 it was Baltic when we arrived and it took several hours before the house heated up.

Ideal location, peaceful, really warm cosy house, lovely country walks, right beside Lough Rynn Castle, really nice modern house
