We had the best stay at Kypkeys Apartments. We booked as the location was perfect for our stay in Larnaca for a family wedding. A few minutes opposite from the wedding venue, Galu Seaside but also very central to enable travelling to Protaras, Larnaca town, Nicosia and Limasol and the airport by motorway So convenient. The Apartment was clean and very well equipped, with sheets, towels and all we needed in the kitchen, including a Frappe mixer!! The outdoor area offered a large table and chairs on the patio and ample sunbeds around the great pool that was surrounded by palm trees. Steve and Helen, our hosts were excellent. Very responsive to any questions or queries and offering tips or advice on the local area and amenities. We would absolutely book again

The toilet seat kept coming off so we just removed it and put back on when we left, so not a big issue I know for cost reasons the light outside not being on as it was connected to the apartments, with electricity that would switch off if the apartment key was removed But it was often pitch black when we were returning back from an evening out. A motion sensing outdoor light would have been useful, one that wasn't connected to the apartment key.

Nice and bright apartment about 300 meters away from the beach. Great backyard area with the pool. All amenities are nearby: small market 500 meters away, good restaurants along the beach 700 metres and further. Apartment has all necessary kitchen and other equipment and utilities. Very good and friendly owners: we asked for late check out and they gave it to us.

Google map doesn't show position of the place correctly. If you take taxi - make sure you have owners phone, so they can explain to driver how to get there.

Kypkeys Appartments is a very nice, recently renewed apartment (the photos on the web are accurate). There are four apartments and we rented the 'Apartment – Ground Floor', which consists of a large living room with a large kitchenette. In the living room there are two sofas, a coffee table, a small table with chairs and a TV. In the kitchenette section there’s everything that one needs to prepare food: a big fridge, a cooker, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster and an electric kettle. There are also all necessary dished, cutlery, pots and so on. The bedroom is with a quite big double bed, a big wardrobe, as well as night tables and some drawers. Both rooms are equipped with separate air conditioners, which also have a heating function. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is small but sufficient, with a shower and a washing machine. The water heating was efficient, so there was e.g. no problem to take two warm showers in a raw. From the living room there’s a direct access to a terrace with a big table and chairs, as well as to a nice swimming pool (shared by four apartments). There are also two sunbeds per apartment. As we were coming with a small kid it was important for us that the owner could provide not only the baby crib but also a child’s high chair, a baby bath, even a changing table! Prior to the arrival we received useful information from the owner, she also replied quickly to our queries. After our arrival she came to give us useful information. She was also available during our stay. It’s very easy to reach the apartment: both by car and public transport. From the airport it takes by car less than 20 minutes by motorway. There’s also a direct bus from the airport, passing also by Larnaca city centre. The owners helps to arrange a car rental locally. Few hundred meters away, just across the main road, there’s the Oroklini beachm, which is OK. In the town there are various shops, bars, restaurants and shops.

There’s not much that I can complain about. Maybe the wardrobe in the bedroom could be further refurbished, while some minor defects in the kitchen fixed. There’s also no any shop or bar just nearby the apartment, so one has to walk a bit or take a car.

Easy arrival access with key box, nice spacious apartment, all amenities, towels provided, good Internet, nice patio with garden/pool view, essential products provided (bottled water, coffee, washing up items) for short trips, great communication with host, water's edge and new boardwalks just across the road, bus stops very close, car port if driving. Aircon/heaters in all rooms.

We had a great stay at Kypkeys; Helen our host was very helpful and attentive and kindly provided a changing table/baby bath etc for our toddler which was a big help. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool area is beautiful (but much too cold!), plus you're just over the road from the beach. The area is a little jaded, but we found some excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance (Mer Bleue is fantastic) and there are some great spots a short drive away in Oroklini village. Special thanks to Genda who helped us out with babysitting.

Good location, nice flat and fantastic hosts. Highly recommended. We stayed for three weeks and felt very welcome. Will certainly return when back in Cyprus.

Great Stay, great location. good air con. Nice quiet pool area. Brilliant Host. Just 3 apartments in the complex.

I didnt like the fact there was a shower curtain in the shower., In the pictures it had shown a glass screen. Also wifi is very poor. Although they did say that they were going to get it fixed after we left.

We loved it..the staff amazing, the location superb. Home away from home! Looking forward to staying again!
