Beautiful, quiet and clean location just outside of Samana with really kind staff. Easy to park a car in the front of the house. The staff always help immediatly when you ask something. Also we were welcomed with a nice coconut!

Our first day we couldn't connect to the internet and the pool was not filled was not opene

YOU VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!! I ve been all over the world. in 22 years I never had to do a bad review. Nothing like that ever happen to me. Do not book this place if you don’t want the staff steal your money! clearly they didn’t have any problems to open our luggages did a full search and stole money from us at multiple occasions. After the second times we put some baits to see if they will steal again. guess what YESSSSSSS. went to the police file a report. got some pictures to prove it. You re in Dominican. The owner who was 6000 miles away basically told the police I m a straight liar. pretty interesting. Anyway we left early so I can put my family in a more safe place. it’s sad. not my first time in Dominican and it’s a beautiful country with nice people. if you want have a good time just avoid that place. don’t waste your time and money. there’s a lot of other beautiful places. do not trust the staff and if something happens don’t communicate with no one go directly to the police to file the report. avoid any conversation with staff or owner. safe travel everyone.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped place with amazing view from the terrace. Nice and helpful owner. It was quite away (stil walking distance) from the city center, so very local and calm area.

The stuff did not speak any English and was not really willing to understand my beginner-Spanish. We didn’t get any possibility to get a breakfast, even though we were interested and asked about it. swimming pool was really dirty when we arrived, There was only one small face towel provided by the accommodation, no warm water, stuck toilet because nobody cared to inform us that we are not allowed to flush toilet paper.

Best stay at any property we have had! We arrived to Samana late due to a bus delay and hadnt eaten/been shopping. On arrival the owner greeted us and not only upgraded us to a slightly larger room with a better view but also offered to drive us into town to do some shopping/get food. Afterwards he gave us a small tour of the town and shared a drink with us. For the rest of the stay he was always around and willing to help. To top it all off, on the morning we left he even drove us to the bus stop and made sure we caught the correct guagua (local bus). I cant recommend this property enough and if i could i would give more than 10/10.

Awesome location in quiet part of the city. Amazing view and the equipment of the apartment was high above Dominican standard. Host, Joseph, was kind and even though there was a water problem on the first day, he was very helpful and even gave us a discount on the stay. The best host approach I've ever experienced!

Quiet location and had a pool and deck. Jose was wonderful, picking me up from the bus station and taking me around the area. The breakfast was delicious. The area is completely safe and I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was a little slow. It took quite some time for the water to warm up. No complaints otherwise.

It's like home away from home! The apartment is lovely and has a spectacular view. The host is amazingly helpful and did everything to make sure we have an great time. I can really recommend staying there if you are looking for a quiet place to relax.

Felt good to have a balcony with a jungle view and a quiet room to sleep ! Staff is very nice and flexible, like a little family.

Kind of noisy until sunset due to the proximity with the street (motorcycles, construction work...)

Room want serviced for our 3 days. Had to constantly ask for new towels and loo paper. Not even our sheets were changed changed we were the only guests ( possibly another couple) in the place! WiFi is shocking! In and out constantly had to as for the guy to come down. Quite noisy unfortunately by people and ruins the tranquillity of it being up in amongst the trees. Loud music at night and motorbikes/chain sawing in early morning. Worker wasn't too friendly. Lucky my partner speaks Spanish or I'm not sure we would be able to communicate. We asked to stay another night and he rung the owner and it took forever for an answer. No hot water Kitchen had no teatowel or bin. Had to use our tshirts to take the boiling pot of water off the cooker
