Very clean and spacious room with seating area and kitchen. Two large beds. Very friendly staff. “Free” parking and very good breakfast. There is a petrol station with a food store next to the building. Note: This is a pet-friendly place. Expect to meet a few bigger dogs in the elevator and lobby.

That I had to pay USD 8.- for two candy bars (the petrol station closed during hurricane Milton).

The building and the organization of this property were just fine. I had many issues though however involving the staff and the way they handled a matter involving my identity and an ongoing issue I am having involving Identity Theft from a organized group of people operating around Orlando and the surrounding areas. I offered a means and proof along with a well documented and very prepared booking at the property for the Manager ( a hispanic woman). However she chose to react in a very unscrupulous manner and to call into action despite my professionalism regarding the matter, my booking, rewards and banking now being in a bad state from the booking that was paid and non refundable. This woman is without a doubt involved in this organized system of digital and physical moving parts and fixed people and assists them with taking advantage of people's identity and banking info manipulating the computer records system and rewards system to change bookings and help out those committing the fraud.

It was a good location between the attractions and the airport. Channel was very helpful helping us secure our same day reservation. The property was quiet, the rooms spacious, and there was nice pool for the kids. We loved cucumber mint water in the dispenser in the lobby, was nice refresher after a hot day.

Room set up with equipment like fridge microwave and utensils and more++++++more. I’ll look for this hotel first before any other. Comfortable, quiet and breakfast great. Make me happy always please.

Modern building, good security scanner access, pool, good waiting lounge, fire place response (show care for the customers) and to name a few.
