Amazing 180 ' views of the sea and, as a bonus, also of the Marano Lagoon. The appartment is very well equiped, clean and in an exelent location: we were steps away from the sea, doggy beach, city center, restaurants and shops. We have traveled with 2 small kids and a big dog and it was very comfortable for all of us. We really intend to return here.

A real big problem is parking on weekends. We have arrived on a Saturday afternoon and we needed one hour to find a parking place at the building parking lot. No free avalible public places in that area also.

excellent location if you like a quiet zone, the "movida" is a little far away. The terrace is lovely, the sun is just in the morning (facing east), so it is perfect for dinner (sea view on the 10th floor). The swimming pool is perfect, but it is quite cold (sun only in the morning). The nearest beach is n.18 (reachable from Via Tirolo)

The flat miss small details, such as hook hangers in the bathroom, the washing machine is pretty old.

The view from the balcony was perfect (sea view). The equipment (kitchenette, furniture) was brand-new like. The beach was close to the property.

The parking places were very small. On arriving and two more days there was no empty parking place next to the property (after our calling in a parking place in a parking garage was provided by the office). The acoustic of the property was bad (closing doors, neighbors in the corridor in the morning in siesta time and evening).
