Good location. Comfortable stay. Had good facilities Easy to find and parking wasn’t an issue. Host was very helpful and responded promptly. Would definitely recommend this property.

well presented clean and tidy
nothing, for us it was convenient to Leeds for our plans, we only really used the house to sleep a large party as a alternative to a hotel

Amazing stay! Lovely host! Big rooms and amazing bathroom! Was a bit concern for the price of the deposit but got it back the next day! The cleaners were there when we came but they were very kind to let us drop our bags while they finish up.

House was lovely, very spacious and a great comfort for myself and my friends. The host was great, easy to communicate with and great response time when we were a little confused with the key in the lockbox haha :)

Loved the place and the space..and the setup of the house.. How it looks so small from outside but inside it is a lovely size. Locality was nice.. Food was close by
Only thing no locks on toilets. Think that was a big prob if house sharing with others. And maybe more black bin bags in the kitchen. N maybe another sofa in the sitting room if there are more people.

Great for a family reunion, easy check in & great instructions provided by host.
We found the space comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms clean. The dining area is especially good for the group size. Easy parking & a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay & the house was great.
Lounge could house more ample seating for the size of the house, half of us sat on the floor which wasn’t a massive problem but could be for some.
We cooked & found the kitchen could be better equipped. Not enough cups or glasses for us all.
The main thing we worried about was CCTV inside the house! We fully understood front and rear of the property but did feel that internal cameras were a privacy issue.

Plenty of room for everyone (as long as people were happy to sit on the floor!) and decent location
It has the potential to be a great place however we had lots of niggly issues. The outside where you park was littered with fag ends, the general house seems very unfinished (door frames, grouting, holes in walls needing filling) there was 10 of us yet only 5 proper seats in living room, 2 mirrors (of which none in bathrooms) in the whole 3 story house, the walls were either covered in dust (theres lots of building work going on next door) or they had white washed them as everytime you brush passed you got covered in it.. but the main issue is the VERY under equipped kitchen.... no baking trays, no peeler, whisk, jug, serving spoons or oven ware, the pans were mainly appaling with no non stick left on them, only 3 disgusting place mats for the table and a few of the floor tiles were cracked.

The location was excellent and Bene was very accommodating and friendly. The house itself was large and airy with plenty of light. 6 double bedrooms although the first floor was not quite finished, the 2nd floor was comfortable with decent beds. I would stay again in the future as it is central with lots to do in the area.
We didn't stay at 17 we stopped at 19, the shower room on floor one and the toilet downstairs were not quite finished.
