The house is close to everything and the beach is private so it isn’t as crowded. Great for families or adults wanting to relax.

Great house with a beautiful pool and just steps to a private, flat beach (no long steps up and over dunes).
House has a great deck with gulf views and is well appointed. Close to all the great neighborhoods and shops at the east end of 30A, but set aside from the traffic and crowds. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. All-in-all a great week!

This property was definitely all it stated in description and more. Steps away from the beach. Excellent layout of the home for adults & kids. Local amenities a short distance from the home. Definitely stay here again !

What a great place! Loved the house, layout, location, pool…it was all fantastic. We especially loved the big porch looking at the ocean with the ceiling fans! Perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We will return!

We had such a great time, filled with memories. The location of the house is perfect with beautiful ocean views from the back porch and living room. The homeowner and management team were very communicative. Highly recommended.

House was great for family with teenagers and also a 3 yo. Only steps from the beach and private pool can't be beat. A couple of issues occurred during our stay and property manager Andrew addressed them quickly and successfully. Recommend without reservation!!

We had a great visit and great weather!
We really enjoy the lovely house and look forward to staying there again.
The only thing we would mention is to have a full length mirror in the master bedroom. Other places we have stayed have had one.

What a perfect beach house! The best location, close enough to bike to Rosemary without being in the craziness. Beach access is just across a small driveway and it was so easy to go back and forth to the house...makes it so easy with kids and didn't have all the bags and coolers lugged out to the beach. The pool was the perfect size with plenty of shade and sun. It has a shallow end which is great for kids still getting used to the water and keeps parents stress free. The garage is an added bonus with ping pong and is fully air conditioned with a TV. The guys were in heaven!!
Each bedroom has a king size mattress. That did make some of the rooms tight but honestly our group rarely is in the rooms and when we are, we prefer the larger beds. NOT shown in the pictures are the newly renovated bathrooms in guest rooms downstairs. The master is still older but VERY clean and great space.
The house has beautiful view of the ocean and you can see it all the way into the kitchen. It truly is such a cozy home and was perfect for our group.
We have been traveling to 30a for 8 years now and have stayed in larger / smaller homes and right in Rosemary. This home beats all those experience by far because of location and quiet access on the beach. It was so nice not to have to fight for beach space and be crammed into a limited space because umbrella companies just take over all of 30a now!
We cannot wait to come back and next time for LONGER!

Good location for the beach and local restaurants. We could walk to most places in Rosemary and Alys Beaches. This is a very pretty home with a nice pool.

We had such a wonderful time at The Palms. The property was better than expected. We were so impressed at check-in with the ocean views and the cleanliness of the home. We were very comfortable with a bathroom in each bedroom and the ample living areas. The high quality bbq was a plus as well, and the ease of the beach access coupled with the pool makes this property unbeatable. We cannot wait to return.

We so enjoyed this beautiful beach house. So close to the ocean and it had everything anyone would need. Owner was very responsive to questions. We didn’t use the beautiful pool as it had started cooling off . We enjoyed the ocean, nearby great restaurants, shopping and most of all quality time together. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this beach house so much! It was the perfect location and just the right size for our family. We enjoyed the new pool and the easy access to the beach. It was the perfect getaway! PS- the neighborhood kittens loved that we stayed here, we kept them well fed!

We had a group of 4 adults and 6 children/babies and had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The adults loved the porch and amenities and proximity to the beach! It was so easy going back and forth, especially with all of our baby beach gear. Speaking of, the pack n play and high chair came in handy. The house had everything we needed. We had a great time and would love to return!!

Our family would like to thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We rent 3-5 beach homes per year and this home exceeded our expectations. The house was so clean the kids even commented on the cleanliness. Well thought out with little things like laundry baskets and hooks, instructions on light switches, easy to use remotes for media, extra fridge, and so much more. The pool was perfect and we used it often. The view of the beach was superb and the walk even better. The shortest, easiest walk out to the beach than many ocean front Himes. Great for people with mobility issues as well. Indoor furniture was comfortable, beds were great, and the outside tables and chairs were well appointed. We are looking forward to booking this home next year. To the owners who were quick to respond to our questions and for sharing your beautifully thought out clean home, our family thanks you.

Perfect beach house for families
We had such an amazing time at this house!!
The access to the beach was so convenient and we had such a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony.
The pool was the perfect size and was so nice for toddlers. My 2 year old son was so content sitting on the steps and splashing for hours, and the umbrellas allowed us to provide him with plenty of shade.
Not only that, but there was even a high chair, pack and play, and a baby gate for the top of the stairs.
All of the bedrooms were super nice and we slept so comfortably. Everything was amazingly clean. They had everything we needed to eat in (including nice grills) and the location was also super close to plenty of nice places to visit and eat. If we come back to this area we are definitely staying here again!

Location and view
The property was at quiet Inlet Beach, 5 minutes from the Rosemary Beach, 10 from Alys Beach so close but without the 30A crowds. Publix 10 min. down 98. 3 min. walk to the beach. The deck allows for a constant ocean view,, sunsets, and breeze. Heated pool was a great plus.

Where to start? First the manager was super attentive and responded immediately every time I had a question. The house, even though there is a house in front of it is so close to the beach! Walk out the back door and in 20 steps you are on the sand! Great views from the lovely covered backyard porch. The house was spotless and had every single thing you could ask for! We are foodies and cook most nights and found the kitchen to be perfectly equipped for anything we wanted. Two grills and a private pool! Super comfy beds! You can’t go wrong. ! You will want to stay forever!

The Palms came as advertised and we had a wonderful time! Exceeded our expectations. All amenities/luxuries you would expect from this type of rental are included. Beach access, which is <50 feet away, was one of the best perks about this property. We would definitely choose to stay at The Palms again.

This house was amazing for beach time and pool time with kids.
I would highly recommend this house for family relaxation. We had a 5yr and 7yr who loved the beach outing and then lunch at the house pool area . All within walking distance. Amazing large patio to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset . The place was so comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensil . We BBQ dinner one night , if you travel with kids this is the perfect place! Going out to eat was not desirable since most restaurants do not take reservation so we planned most meals at home! I hope someday to return.

Fantastic spring break!
This house is as gorgeous as it appears in the pics. I am very picky about vacation rentals and this marked all the boxes. Very clean (which I am very particular about), gorgeous interiors, pool is bigger than it appears in pics and actually heated to a temp worth the extra fee, location to beach cannot be beat and made me feel comfortable allowing my kids to run back on their own to grab things or get drinks, and the sweetest and most prompt owner I’ve ever rented from. The owners really thought of every little detail even if small. Extension cords in all the rooms so we didn’t have to crawl around looking to charge items, the most comfortable beds/bedding that even my 10 yr olds commented about, blackout curtains in all bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen including spices, plenty of patio and lounge furniture in excellent condition, the most amazing view from the living/kitchen area, and did I mention the gorgeous decor/interiors. The beach at this location was so peaceful during even the busiest time of spring break. We have never been repeat renters but can honestly say we will rent this house again! Thanks Dee for quickly responding to all of my questions and the “sweet” surprise for my kids on Thursday! It was our favorite vacation to date!!

Bravo to The Palms!
The Palms is truly a wonderful getaway; stunning views, super close to the beach, gorgeous pool, lovely decor, plus a super fun game room! Dee the owner is attentive and kind. The owners have considered every detail of the property and we didn’t want for anything. Yes the property is a bit pricey, but in this case you get what you pay for! This area of Inlet Beach is more relaxed and less hectic with a private beach which we especially appreciated in these covid times. Yet the Palms is still quite close to all the action by foot, bike, or car. We look forward to returning again!
