Spaziosa casa (3700 piedi quadrati) su 1,5 acri situato a pochi chilometri dalla città con vista sulle montagne. Dista 3 minuti in auto / 20 minuti a piedi da Chelan e solo 6 miglia da Manson. Il bellissimo artigiano può ospitare comodamente 12 persone, vanta 2 master suite con bagno privato e letti king size, più altre 3 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni. Ci sono molti letti e nessuno deve dormire su un divano o un futon. Questa casa offre privacy e spazio per più famiglie, c'è molto spazio per parcheggiare la tua barca. Rilassarsi dopo una giornata sul lago nella vasca idromassaggio o riunirsi sul ponte posteriore per un barbecue e trascorrere del tempo insieme. Goditi un pasto fatto in casa nella cucina completamente attrezzata o prova una delle tante cantine o ristoranti che la zona ha da offrire. We were in Chelan for a wedding. This was a great home and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and large dining room table with room for everyone and even played croquet. Hosts were terrific.

The owner has put a lot of thought and care into their property and it shows. Melissa was responsive to all communication. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was great. It was very big and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we ever stayed at. There is also a fruit stand that would have fresh eggs and peaches and they were amazing. Location was also great. It was close to everything. Here are some things time consider when staying here. Keep in mind my comments are going to have our experience when traveling with 2-14month olds.
1. The house is very warm and welcoming but there are a lot of decorations. Only an issue if to have small toddlers who want to get at everything. We had to move a lot of stuff around just so our boys wouldn't try to play with some of the stuff.
2. The main house has A/C but not all the rooms do. There were 2 rooms that just had a fan and it did get quite warm in there and keep in mind the high in chelan when we stayed there was about in the high 80s low 90s. So if the temps get even higher you may be a bit uncomfortable if you stay in any of those rooms.
3. The grass area was amazing for the kids to run around and play frisbee or soccer. The garage is also well stocked with lots of inflatables and yard toys. However one thing that wasn't clear to us was that there would be watering of the lawn. Wasn't too much of an issue except one evening we wanted to play out side but the yard was being watered.
4. The house area is shared and you can feel it. For the most part everyone kept to themselves but just wasn't as private as i imagined.

Cozy home with alot of space for roaming. The house was a little warm when we got there but Melissa was accommodating and helped get the A/C to a comfortable temperature. I came with a group of 10 and we all loved it. I recommend walking up the hill in the neighborhood for the sunset.

They had everything we needed including amazing kitchen items and extra fridge and freezer! Beds and bedding very comfortable. Showers water pressure super. Very clean. Very comfortable. Owners fast response to extra needs made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful overall property. Close to town and walking trail.

Great place for a group in Chelan
The house was nice, spacious, and had a huge yard for yard games (some supplied in garage). Close to both Chelan and Manson so things are quite easy to get to. Plenty of beds so can easily accommodate a group. Overall would recommend.

Awesome Time
An amazing home with an amazing property, the Dietrich family was more than accommodating and provided our party with very clear and detailed instructions. Very big lawn allowed us a lot of room and with the providing multiple lawn games we were able to put it to good use. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again! Thank you!

Lake Chelan Getaway
This property is absolutely beautiful! There are so many suprising details and amenities about this place that made our stay very special. The large kitchen made making meals for our 12 person group a breeze. There was plenty of space for everyone and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

Nice stay in Chelan
We really enjoyed our stay overall. The house was clean and well equipped. The kids enjoyed playing in the large yard and the central location was great. We had some challenges with the wifi connection at times, but other than that no other issues. We would recommend it and stay again.

Great House & Great Location
The house had tons of room four our group of 9. The yard was a great place to enjoy throwing the football around as well as a game of Spikeball. We were only a 5minute drive from downtown which made accessing everything in Chelan super easy!

Lake Chelan Getaway
This property was perfect for our size group. We enjoyed the spacious yard and it was close to the water activities that we had planned. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Communication between the owner was great as well. We will definitely book again.

The house is very nice with a lot of toys in the garage (pinpong table, scooters, football table, a lot of other games). The yard is big with a big playset. We enjoyed our stay here.

Lake Chelan Weekend Getaway
The house was exactly as described and with our party taking full advantage of all of the rental's offerings: Large kitchen with appliances, Outdoor Patio, Hot tub, Large Grass Area, Living Room, Dinning Room, etc. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend long vacation to Chelan!

Family Gathering
Our two sons and family joined us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The grandchildren loved the house as there was room to move about. The kitchen was quite adequate too.

Wonderful place
We had such a great weekend getaway. This house was perfect for the group. So we'll decorated and cozy. We enjoyed the large back yard for games and the kitchen to cook in. The amount of beds were perfect for a large group. Just min away from the lake and even wineries! Perfect place to stay! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be back again!

Great for weekend getaway with friends
The house was beautiful and was so much fun for group of friends celebrating a bday. There are a bunch of games in the garage and a huge lawn to play volleyball or soccer or whatever you want. Fabulous house for entertaining. The views of the hillsides are gorgeous. We were slightly surprised by the trailers parked across the street (some kind of campground or something) but soon forgot about it and it never affected us in reality. Melissa was a responsive and helpful host. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Property was beautiful inside out. House was immaculate. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Hosts were very responsive throughout the process and accommodating. Sitting on the deck in the back and taking in the view while enjoying the evening breeze took away all the stress from my job. I would highly recommend this property!

Outstanding!
We stayed at Kevin and Melissa's house in June 2019 for a four-day guys' weekend of golf. Everything was great- the rooms, the location, the toys in the garage (ping pong, foosball, cornhole). Melissa was always very responsive when we had a question. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great Location, Space, and View!
During our most recent company re-treat we stayed in the above. The property is a very large, extremely beautiful location with spacious rooms and lots of amenities. Very close to many attractions.
The only concerns we had that were not addressed prior to our choice of the home included the family remaining on-site during the entire stay, and the very long list of rules that go along with the home and checking out, which could play a role in their decision to remain on-site.

Amazing house perfect for large groups.
House was amazing. Most places will say they can sleep a certain amount, but they actually can't. This house can easily sleep 12 and more (if you include couches). We came to chelan for a golf trip and this house was a perfect location and very nice. Would 100% stay here again.
