Ist ein B&B, kein 5*-Hotel (wie es online klingt).

The decor is fab. Beautiful room . Very comfortable bed. Lovely simple breakfast on the rooftop.

La posizione a 20 metri dall’imbarco aliscafi e fermata bus aeroporto. La reception molto bella e l’accoglienza della signora Dalila a cui mandiamo un arrivederci all’estate prossima.

Migliorerei la colazione, mal organizzata ed un po’ sotto le aspettative ma forse è dipeso dal fatto che aveva piovuto quindi in tutta fretta è stata allestita in una saletta interna.

Room and location were excellent, breakfast was good.

When we arrived the place was closed and the door locked. There was an email message that our keys were on reception, but with the door locked they were inaccessible. Very worrying and it took research to find a contact the tel number on the booking was not answered. There were many steps to get to the rooms. Left luggage at the entrance as too much to take to the room.

Suite, staff, terrace, hot tub and location

- location (close to Port and city centre) - size of room (enough place for an extra bed for our 5 year old) - hospitality (very kind personal and host) - cleanliness of room - besides a perfect location to visit the Ionian Islands, the city has a nice and historical value.

- lot of 'aggressive mosquitoes (not in room as they are equipped with plug in anti mosquitoe).

We needed a room to stay before leaving for the islands and this was not even 1 minute walk away from where the hydrofoils leave. Super location for what we needed!

The photos that show you the individual rooms when you click ‘View Room Details’ are a bit misleading (especially the photo with the sea view). The standard room they gave us was divided on 2 levels (split-level) with the bed on the upper level which wasn’t great, and this room doesn’t feature anywhere in the photos. However they were super nice and changed it to a better room immediately. Thank you for being so efficient!

Really nice design, good breakfast - a lot of choice, friendly staff, perfect location in the middle of everything, super comfortable beds and pillows

In some rooms you have to go up the stairs to the bed, Didnt bother me but could be a problem for some people. No lift in the building aswell, but its not a lot of stairs.

Very central, very clean and large rooms, good bathroom, quiet (could here some people from the other sidfe of the door, but not a lot) we had the room with double hot tube, that was nice, The bed was just huge !

Centrally located, nice rooms and facilities.

There was only one lady serving breakfast and the breakfast area was small and could not find a table. Service was extremely slow and had to borrow plates and cutlery from relatives. Prosciutto crudo was already finished by 8am. Asked for more and was not available. The hotel also served breakfast to the adjacent apartments. They should have made sure that there was enoughnfood for guests and thatbthere were enough waiting staff and tables for their guests.

We had a terrible electrical noise outside on our terrace that I recorded and sent to the staff by whatsapp - no response. When calling the staff directly it went straight to voicemail with nevera returned call. The room was moldy and caused an allergic/asthmatic reaction. They told us the next day we would be refunded our prepayment of the room Nothing yet and no response from a whatsapp request for a refund...terrible.

They gave us a room near the main building where we didn’t sleep the whole night because the level above the room was inhabited by residents who were watching movies the whole night and talking all the time. Second they recommended us a parking spot in front of the building and confirmed us two times (we asked two times when we arrived) that the parking spot is free and we can park there. The morning before we checked out we got a parking penalty ticket of 115,50 Euro from a police officer. The accommodation refuses to cover any of the costs although we trusted their information about the parking spot. Booking.com suggests that we find a solution regarding the costs but the accommodation ignores every request and seems to be not interested in finding a solution. The satisfaction of their guests doesn’t seem to be the top priority of this accommodation, we never stayed at hotel/accommodation before where we got a feeling that the host doesn’t care at all about the guests and their concerns.

Location is great and they allowed to come earlier, this is low season. The breakfast was good and Valentina was just amazing. They serve it on the roof terrace when the weather is good. I had patio in my room with sitting area. Shower is spacious and all is clean, they have bathrobes, lots of towels, etc, like 5 state hotel, it was nice.

I didn't know that it is gallery style room - bed on top of the same room, with steep stairs. I always have problem with stairs. I don't like that concept climbing up to sleep - I have back pain, so it was less good for me. Because of this concept the room is small and tall and it is uncomfortable for me - I prefer one open space. The jacuzzi on the roof didn't work unfortunately:-( And my windows were in front of neighbours windows, no view and felt stuck, it is room 4. The other I saw from open doors were better with that.

Very good breakfast on the rooftop. Friendly and helpful host. Central location. The main house of the hotel looked really nice.

We stayed in the house next to the main house. The rooms were OK, nothing special though. Looked a bit nicer on the pictures than in reality.

I was able to check in early. Communication was good and staff helpful. Very conveniently located for the ferry terminal. Breakfast on the terrace was nice.

I had friends staying in other rooms at this hotel which were very nice, however my room "deluxe double with terrace" is highly misleading and another room called "junior suite" was much more comfortable. This has to be one of the most uncomfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. The bed is on a mezzanine level accessible by a flight of narrow cold metal steps which are dangerous to navigate at any time never mind in the middle of the night. The rest of the apartment is tiny and the terrace is overlooked by a block of flats at very close proximity with dogs barking and other noises from 5am. Th ere is no view from the terrace which is completely useless.
