Old and run down, smelt very musky/mouldy. Third bedroom was more a kids room, not suitable for an adult and smelt unclean. Door closed off and not used. Unfortunately there was no other accomodation available so even though we booked for 3 weeks we relocated after 1 week when another house became available.

Bed in middle bedroom was very squeaky and soft mattress so not a great bed… I had read another report saying same but thought they meant first room
Good space, great to have two showers and a second toilet out the back. Back toilet needed a sweep and the area around the outside bbq needed a sweep too.
Good size house with a nice sun room out back. Two different areas and tables to eat at.
Owner was nice to communicate with, just took a few days for replies eg like how do we get in and what was address.

Lovely house with lot of character.
Easy check-in and check-out.
Our dogs settled in pretty easy. Enough space for them to run and play.
We went during hot days and the house was comfortable and cool.

We enjoyed the charm & characteristics of this home. Ample room for us all plus wonderful cooling throughout the home for those hot summer days and warm nights.

perfect for us
The place met our families needs perfectly. Great location near the relatives we were visiting and close to shops. House was very clean and spacious. Fully fenced out the back for our dog and 3 year old to be safe.

Lovely older style home convenient to everything.
Enjoyed our stay here in this lovely older style home. Neighborhood was quiet, reasonable walking distance to everything and plenty of parking. Very clean when we arrived and if anything was needed the host was more than happy to oblige, not that anything was.
Thank you, if we return we will stay again.

Got everything that you need and more, lovely old house
We were a group of 5 staying for badminton. The outside area was fantastic, could do with a slightly bigger BBQ. But overall we all loved the house. Has everything you need and more. Clean, tidy, comfy beds.

Shepparton House
We found the house airily and well equipped. All beds were comfortable and the air conditioners plus the kitchen fan made the house very comfortable. An added bonus was the outside toilet which was not noted in the add for the house. The added effort of John Summerfield, eg. Milk and drink in fridge. Dealing with the owner was easy and friendly

Retro Country Charm
The property was very cosy and catered to all of my needs. Very close to the CBD of Shepparton. The property owners were also very communicable. My stay in Shepparton was quite pleasant

Comfortable and clean. The perfect place for a family to base themselves
We have stayed twice at this property with my wife and two children. We were even able to make use of the back yard so our dog could join us. We stayed in winter but the house was perfectly warm with air conditioning throughout. Wi-Fi is avilable so our little ones were able to watch their favourite shows. All in all, the house was homely and as soon as we opened the door and we felt relaxed as if we were still in our own home. The house is also within a stones throw of supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

Great spot for family to stay together.
We had a great stay at Shepparton House. The home was clean and tidy, well equipped in the kitchen and laundry. Heaters throughout kept the house warm and cozy, very important during cold winter months! We were very comfortable. The grassed and undercover areas in the backyard suited our little pup well. It is conveniently located, close to shops and train lines. We always had quick responses from the owner, who was very helpful. Definitely recommended!
