This place is just as great in real life as it is on the photo’s. Perfect for 4 people. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Everything was nice, modern and clean and worked. The host was nice and helped with everything. We got new towels and blankets halfways. I was able to charge my electric car with a ‘230v charger’ and a cable reel the host had. Swimming pool was also nice and clean.

Everything would be perfect: location, sea view, peace, apartment, rooms, equipments, terrace, playing area, olive trees, pool area - I thought I had found the perfect place where we could return to every summer…

I’ve never seen so many mosquitoes in one place! We couldn’t leave windows open during the day (so there is no use of panoramic windows), because in the evening we had to physically eliminate mosquitos by hand and I am honestly not exaggerating when saying we killed more than hundred every night. And still when you took a book in hand, one mosquito sat on your finger🦟 Just awful, not mentioning mosquito bites all over my kids! The most disappointed is, that the host is aware of the problem and an answer to his solution, some bug electric plug ins repellants won’t do it! I have to edit my review, because the host called us because of our first review. I thought he wanted to apologize for our not excellent experience, but OMG he was arrogant and was accusing us of bad intentions that we are fault of our bad experience. I am flabbergasted!

It was perfect and wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Vrsar, on a hill with olive trees around the pool. Just fantastic.

Premium Pool Apartment is a nice, modern groundfloor apartment in a big house and consists of a living room and kitchen (with fridge and freezer, microwave, dish washer ...), two bedrooms (each with two good beds) and two bathrooms. There is also a nice terrace in front of the apartment (with relaxing chairs), a garden (from which you can see the sea!) and a clean private swimming pool. You can park your car on a private parking place next to the garden. Towels for kitchen, bathroom and swimming pool are included. There is airconditioning in the kitchen/living room. Oliver, the host, is very helpful. When you text him via Booking he responds really quickly (for example when we needed extra towels). The apartment is situated in a lovely small village (Marasi), which is part of Vrsar. It's 10 to 15 minutes driving to the town (and sea), 10 minutes to a big supermarket (Konzum) on the way to Vrsar. It's also a good location because other interesting places (Rovinj, Pula, Porec, Motovun ...) are not far away.

One bathroom started smelling bad from the second day we were there. Oliver said it had to do with weather circumstances (a rainy night). He tried to solve it, but it didn't improve so we stopped using this bathroom. Luckily there was another bathroom :) We would suggest to put 'fly screens' in some of the windows, so you can let fresh air into the apartment without letting a lot of mosquitoes in.
