The property was fun. Being close to the Sundance resort was great. Sundance had the Theatre "Newsies" and pottery classes and night time lift rides and drive the Alpine loop and much more. A great place to stay if you like nearby outdoor activities.

Boulder Ridge met our needs and expectations: a large common area where we could gather for our nightly happy hour, a game room for the 4 college-age family members, convenient nearby walks and hikes, restful outdoor space for morning coffee and relaxed conversations, a scenic location, and a large dining area so that we could all eat together. In terms of the latter, seating all 12 of us was a bit tight. However, the kitchen was wonderfully supplied for cooking and eating for that many.

We stayed at Boulder Ridge for a week in July 2023 for our family reunion. The home was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We loved exploring the surrounding area and especially enjoyed relaxing and playing at The Hollow - adults and kids alike loved the zip line! We hope to be back soon! Thank You!

We had 5 adults, 6 teenagers, and 2 children under 12. They had a total blast in the basement with all the activities. The house is beautiful and large enough for all to be comfortable and sleep good. The canyon is spectacular and we enjoyed a day at the lake which is close by. Good time for everyone.

This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space to work, gather and entertain. The kitchen was fully-stocked with everything you would need and the host was super responsive. We needed more propane for the grill and had some internet issues and Brad was amazing. Would definitely recommend this home for large groups!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin! We rented it with several friends to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and there was plenty of room for everyone to stay and lots of space to play games, watch movies, and just hang out. The kitchen was well stocked, so we could have easily prepared meals if we wanted. Overall an excellent experience.

I have been to many VRBO’s. This was our favorite place so far. The house was well thought out for vacation needs and so comfortable. Communication with management could not have been better. I received messages each day with information. It was very reassuring to know we could reach out so easily but frankly everything was so well planned we didn’t need help. The house is well stocked with items you may need and has so many places to gather as a family. A total 5!

Amazing house, very clean and spacious, and great location. Two small glitches: our 4 p.m. check-in was delayed about 30 minutes because the house was still being cleaned, and there weren't any kitchen towels (and the request for some was never met), making meal prep/clean-up a bit tricky, but otherwise a perfect stay.

Excellent Lodge in Beautiful Sundance Resort Area
We've stayed in Sundance in the past, but the Stewart Mountain Lodge Boulder Ridge Lodge was much better. Beautiful lodge. Lots of space. Very well taken care of and clean upon entry. Management is excellent and very attentive. Well worth the expense.

Great start to a new year!
Our family group of 13 was very comfortable with the accommodations. The bedrooms were very well appointed, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the games and activities downstairs. The bathrooms were really clean, and the spacious kitchen/dining/family room area were perfect.

Best holiday away from home!!
We could not have planned a better thanksgiving stay for our whole family. The cabin was PERFECT! If anything, the pictures online didn’t do it justice! There were more amenities and more space than we expected! The whole basement was such a great place to hang out for our whole family. We had ping pong tournaments, watched Christmas movies in the theater room, the kids loved the arcade game, and the basketball game was a blast! Kitchen was even more stocked than we anticipated! The beds were beyond comfortable. House was spotless when we arrived, with goodies waiting for us. And the baked good dropped off the next day blew us away! Stewart Mountain Lodge went above and beyond welcoming us and making sure our stay exceeded expectations!

Beautiful Home In Sundance
This is a very nice home with lots of fun things to do in the home (pool table, ping pong and other games as well a very nice home theatre room). Home furnishings are top quality and kitchen has all of the things you’d have at home. There are a lot of fun outdoor activities within 10 minutes of the property.

Great stay at Boulder Ridge
We changed to Boulder Ridge and had a perfect stay. We had our business meetings at the property and the team loved all the amenities and experience. Wyatt, the property manager, communicated regularly and often. Great experience!

The cabin was beautiful and was to hold 16. We had 15 and we were disappointed that the down stairs tub shower was broke. We also had several cold showers. I guess the water heaters struggled. I also felt like the carpet could have been cleaner. We saw a few bugs maybe it needed to be sprayed for bugs.Maybe I’m being picky but again we don’t pay 1,300 dollars a night very often and I would not expect the things I’ve just mentioned to be a problem.We did have a great time and would love to come again. We especially loved the little zip line area. That was a plus for sure. We love to be together as an extended family and did enjoy this location a lot.

Great place for our family Christmas weekend! Home was clean, large and had plenty of room for all of us! The kids loved the pool table, basketball, ping pong and theater room! Check in was easy, with everything ready for us when we got there! We would definitely recommend this place!

Couples ski getaway in heaven
We left the kids at home and treated ourselves to a couples ski getaway. We had five couples and each couple got their own room/bathroom and each room had enough separation that you had plenty of privacy. Plenty to do with with the theatre room, ping pong/pool table, indoor basketball hoop, hot tub and sauna. Close to the resort and easy to find. The whole house Is beautiful and decorated to where you feel you should be paying more to stay in such a nice place. We definitely had a blast and highly recommend this cabin for any large group. Thanks stewart mountain lodging we will be back.

Gorgeous Mountain Retreat
The Sundance area and Alpine Loop Road up the South Fork of the dramatic Provo Canyon in Utah ranks high in scenic beauty. The Boulder Ridge cabin hosts scenic views and close proximity to the Sundance Ski Resort. The Stewart Mountain Lodging staff was accommodating of our needs, and very friendly. This is a fantastic place to stay in either summer or winter. I would highly recommend it. The online description was accurate, and the property beautiful. We were a group of all mature adults and enjoyed the Sundance Ski lift rides, and a river ride on the Provo River in the Canyon, among other things. We appreciated the emails prior to our arrival which listed activities and attractions at the resort and near by. We had a wonderful time in a wonderful place.

Perfect mountain getaway for family or group
My husband and I, 4 kids (including 2 teenagers) met some extended family for a weekend getaway in this cabin. It was the perfect spot! The house is large enough for the kids to have their own space or gathered as a group to play games and talk. The main floor is light and warm and the bedrooms clean and comfortable, but our favorite space was the basement. The kids (ok, the adults too) loved the large theater room, pool/ping pong table and basketball game and had ongoing tournaments. The house is close to the resort, so we could take breaks from skiing to eat and warm up, or leave tired kids to play games or watch movies while others continued skiing. We recommend this property and will be back.

Amazing home, incredible stay!
This is a beautiful home with an inviting open feel. I loved the tall ceilings in the living and kitchen area with the big beautiful windows. The kitchen was spacious and accommodating of our times enjoyed cooking and sharing together, we loved how it was connected to the living room so we could all enjoy being together. This home is easy to fall in love with. There is plenty of space yet the flow of the home is very connected. The theater room was a huge hit with our group it really felt like we had our own private movie theater all to ourselves! The game room was where we ended up spending several hours in what turned out to be a ping pong tournament! This home was more than we could have ever hoped for. Everyone came to the same conclusion that this will be our new vacation spot from here on out! I am completely happy with my stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Sundance.

A piece of Heaven
My family gathered together for a weekend away from the distractions of real life to enjoy time together as a family. This home has all the amenities for personal privacy and a great gathering area build lasting memories together. The walks around the area were beautiful and enjoyed seeing the wildlife, especially the wild turkeys that were in the area. The property was clean and in wonderful repair. The furnishings were wonderful. I highly recommend this property to return to often. This was not our first time... and not our last.

Great Home for larger families or small groups
We travel each year with 5 couples. This home was perfect. Lots of space. Plenty of bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Well maintained. The management staff was professional, attentive and went well beyond the norm in assisting us with caterers, entertainment, and answering any questions we had. We will return to this location and highly recommend it. The Sundance area is fabulous to just unwind and recharge, or has plenty to do for those who want to stay busy.

Amazing Ski Getaway
Had a wonderful family holiday at Boulder Ridge. Such a comfortable place to getaway and relax. Plenty of space for my entire family to spread out and relax. Loved the hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing. The home theatre was amazing, so much fun to watch movies. Highly recommend it for your family or group of friends to get away. Christmas at Sundance
Had a wonderful Christmas week at Boulder Ridge, loved the house and the setting was beautiful. What a relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable. Great for entertaining! My family loved watching movies in the home theatre. The hot tub and Sauna were a relaxing way to end the day after skiing at Sundance Resort. I highly recommend Boulder Ridge, we can't wait to visit again soon.

Boulder Ridge stay over Labor Day
Our stay at Boulder Ridge was excellent! The beds were comfortable and space for everyone. We enjoyed having the bunk beds for kids to stay in. The theater room is comfortable and just the right screen size for viewing. The outdoor space was lovely with the padded lounge chairs, a perfect place for any evening cocktail. The indoor seating was comfortable and arranged for perfect conversations. The open kitchen is perfect for being part of the party while preparing meals. Great kitchen amenities!

Beautiful surroundings, Luxury Home
I stayed at this property during a ladies retreat weekend. It was fabulous.Very comfortable living room area, great outdoor space in the back. Kitchen was modern and beautiful and great for cooking for a crowd.The theatre room was my favorite. I could see this house would accomodate a huge family/family reunion gathering. We did a great hike nearby, plus Sundance resort is close if you wanted to use the spa, go out to eat,shop etc..
