The appartment is very large (long) and had everything we needed. It's perfectly located in the old streets of this gorgeous little town. In off season, it wasn't too hard finding parking close by; always under five minutes on foot. Dropping off and picking up luggage was easy, as we could drive up to a few steps of the front door. The place is, and looks a bit old, but anything modern wouldn't fit this town. Kitchen and wi-fi had everything we needed. Communication was always very friendly, clear and swift. We didn't have any problems with noise from outside, yet...

...between two of the bedrooms, there's only a thin, old door that off course doesn't do anything towards soundproofing. There's one bedroom that is separate from the others, so if you only have one "noisy sleeper", this will be fine. We weren't so lucky, so there were some serious snoring contests going on at night. Anyway, this would've been the only negative to find, so...

Flat right in the center of the village with a really friendly host who was ever so helpful.

Edu was a wonderful host who was willing to help and accommodate us as best he could. The location of the home was brilliant and we had plenty of room. Thank you for hosting us!

The location was fantastic, within the walls of Laguardia, the perfect place to visit the Rioja Alavesa region. Edu was very helpful in finding us a place to park and even waited for us patiently when we were a bit late arriving. Great communication. (We communicated in Spanish.) He left us some treats for breakfast and capsules for the coffee maker. A very spacious apartment.

Apartment layout is a bit weird in terms of distribution of rooms, with the main double bedrooms being separated by a thin wall, though there are definitely plenty of other beds around. Double sofa bed was more comfortable than the second double in the other room. With such a large place, they should take one of the smaller spaces and put in a second bathroom, or even half bath. We definitely could have used it with 5 adults.
