Situated at nice location on Mall road, rooms are neat and clean with good view, clean bathrooms with 24/7 hotwater, staff are very supportive. Food at restaurant is very tasty at good price.

Tasty food. Indian cuisine was very well prepared. Stuffed paranthas in beakfast is a must try.

Room size could be a little bigger. No place for a third mattress for a child travelling along.

Clean hotel. Good location except mall road is going through construction so the entire road is muddy due to the rain

The balcony was very, very tiny, not worth the price we paid and the window also was beside a large rock that hindered light into the room

Mr S S Kandari, Rameshji and their team with Sunil, Annu and other staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay and offered us the best available rooms with excellent views. This Hotel is operational since last 30 years but well maintained and is owned by singer Mr Jubin Nautiyal's family. The rooms were cozy with heating and geysers facilities making our stay comfortable during the winters. The food prepared was excellent and very much value for money. However, food is available only on room service basis as their 89 Cafe Restaurant is currently shut. They actually treat their customers as guests and also check if everything else on the trip is going fine (They actually called to check on us if we are okay as we had not returned to the hotel late in the night). The check-in and check-outs were smooth. They accept all types of payments. They have a nice terrace as well to enjoy the views. Location is great on the Mall road, very close to the Gandhi Chowk (Approx 10 mins walk only). You can enjoy a great early morning walk on the Camel Back Road.

They could include complimentary breakfast in the INR 3500 per night charged on a double room during off season at least. This would make the hotel more attractive to guests and they have only 18-20 rooms in total. Hence, it should not a major task.

This is a very basic Hotel with minimum Amenities. But for the price that you are paying, this place stands out when compared to some of the big names in Mussoorie. The staff is exceptionally courteous and Polite. Rameshji and Kandhariji will make sure that all your requirements are fulfilled. Cafe on the First floor is a great hang out place, Food is nice. Hot water and Heater work well. The Location is great.

No Dental kit, No hair Dryer. You have to ask for New Towel every day.

Location !

Comfortable stay. Right in the middle of mall road, equidistant from Library Chowk and Picture Palace. Yet very quiet. Wonderful view of Dehradun Valley. The best thing about the hotel is friendly and helpful staff, especially Rameshji who was really helpful.
