Oceanside 6 Bedroom and 4 Bath Home with pool! Sept. 14/15 weekend available!
Novità per l'estate 2019 !!! Stiamo aggiungendo una grande master suite con letto king size e bagno privato completo. Una grande sala più grande sarà costruita nella parte posteriore con soffitti a volta e vista sulla nuova piscina.
La costruzione è quasi completa dal 20 marzo (vedi le foto più recenti caricate). Durante la costruzione abbiamo deciso di rinnovare l'intera cucina con mobili personalizzati, isola grande, banconi in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile!
A ridosso della piscina ci sarà una stanza per rilassarsi "Cabana" perfetta per i bambini!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. We had a wonderful time. Great location too. There were a few issues when we first arrived, but Travis was quick to reply and make sure these issues were addresses and resolved.

Every year we have a cousins reunion with 13 of us ranging from 4-50 years old. This year we decided on the Jersey Shore and picked this property and we are so happy we did. The location was absolutely perfect!! 1.5 blocks to a beautiful empty beach and 1 block to fantasy island amusement park. The kids were in heaven. Also short walking distance to shops and food which made the moms happy! Our first night we had issues with a few of our AC units and Travis was very quick to respond via email and came over the next morning to fix them. We had a fabulous vacation and will definitely be staying here again!!

The house was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and spacious. It was well-equipped, including the kitchen. And there was plenty of seating for the whole crew. Even though the first 2 days were rainy, we were able to find some time to enjoy the outdoor pool area. It was a quick walk to the chowder fest, stores and restaurants. Hoping to be back soon!

This property was perfect for our family. A short walk to everything- beach, fantasy island, water rides, shopping, restaurants, bakery, bar, you name it. House has plenty of room, comfortable beds, pool is a plus! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Right in the heart of Beach Haven. Close to the beach, bay, stores, dog park and tons of restaurants. Able to accommodate all of us inside and out, great use of the pool. Had the ability to house friends and other relatives if necessary. A very enjoyable week.

This house is deceiving. It looks like a Cape Cod from the street but goes way back and is very spacious. It is renovated inside and has all the amenities, including pool. It's a short walk to the beach and Fantasy Island, which my young granddchildren couldn't get enough of. We had a wonderful week.

House is in a great location and easily accessible. Listing is accurate and house is very cute and comfortable. Nice sized kitchen and dining table. Decent amount of cooking supplies but if you plan on feeding a bunch you may want to bring some additional serving platters/bowls. Great living room space and a nice additional, smaller space downstairs. Perfect for our annual Easter weekend at the shore!

This was such a perfect house for us! 8 adults, 2 children, and 1 small dog comfortably shared this space and had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable and is a short but pleasant walk to the beach. We never felt cramped even though it wasn't quite warm enough to take advantage of the outdoor space. The linens were fresh and clean and the kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. 5/5!

The house is cute and laid out nicely for our group of three couples ranging in age from 30-60 but that is where its positive attributes end. The house smelled like urine and the mattress pads, coverlets and pillows had yellow stains on them; the furniture was shabby and so dirty that the armrests were gray. We felt we could not use the bed linens and pillows without first washing them and had to cover the couch with a sheet before sitting down. We own rental properties on VRBO and do not take lightly giving a property a poor review but felt it important that others know what to expect.

I have been going to LBI for a long time. This was the first year we stayed at this rental and we had a great time. Only issue we had was the outside patio benches and the next day the owner sent someone to fix them. I would recommend staying at this house! We had a great time and lots of room for family!

The Perfect Getaway
We couldn't have asked for a better experience than with this house to host us while in LBI for a wedding! The location was ideal with a short walk to the beach and local shops. The house itself was beautiful, incredibly clean, wonderfully decorated, and spacious, as was the backyard which was perfect for lunch and dinner bbq's. Travis was a great host and was super easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice beach vacation!

Great location
The house is very centrally located, a quick walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, we rarely used the car. But there is also a secluded back yard area to hang out so you don't feel like you are downtown (it was October so we didn't have a chance to use the pool). Good size kitchen to hang out in with plenty of kitchenware. Would definitely rent again in the summer to take full advantage of everything.

Wedding weekend
We went down for a wedding weekend. The house was a perfect location for a beach haven wedding. Close to shops and fantasy island which was perfect for a rainy afternoon day.
Each bedroom was clean and ready for us upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any requests we had. We will definitely be going back.

Girls Weekend
Couldn’t have picked a better house for a girls getaway weekend! The house was exactly as pictured - cozy beach bungalow perfect for a small group of friends or family. The large living space made for a great hangout spot, and the outdoor space was the icing on the cake! The times we spent not hanging out in the pool, we were only a max 10 minute walk from most dining / entertainment options. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and wonderful house!
Just returned from a quick long weekend away at this adorable house. It is situated in the heart of Beach Haven, exactly where you want to be! The home was clean and contact with Travis was so easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was four moms and our four daughters ages 11 and 12. The location was fantastic for the girls to have a little safe freedom by walking to the Arcade or for donuts or to shop locally. The plunge pool was a huge hit and we were so grateful it was opened! It is heated and the girls absolutely had a blast swimming outside in May! The home comes with linens which was a nice treat and there are several throw blankets available. If you want blankets for the bed you should bring those yourself for sleeping but with each room having it’s own heating/cooling you can really customize the temperature you want. We appreciated the opportunity to rent this recently renovated home and look forward to returning.

Overall, a great stay and we would certainly book this property again. The patio could have used an umbrella and a clothes line to hang wet bathing suits and towels. Would have liked to have had more beach passes as the house is a five bedroom (we only had 4) and bring your own beach gear. Travis was very responsive and easy to work with. He did an amazing job on remodeling the home. Cabana off the pool was well received by the kids!

The great room is a perfect place to gather with the family. There is more than enough kitchen ware and the outside seating is very generous. The location couldn't be better. Beach on one side and Fantasy Island on the other. Can't wait for another visit.

Wonderful, updated property!
We loved this house and location! The updates to the home were well thought out, the great room and kitchen had such an open feel with lots of natural light. All the kitchen essentials are there as well as linens and towels. Very clean. Although the pool is small, we enjoyed it so much. My boys, 10 & 7 had so much fun! It was so nice to take a break from the beach and still keep cool. Love that its saltwater! The only thing that would have made it better is having an outdoor patio umbrella. The pool is full sun almost all day so having some shade by the pool would have been perfect. Outdoor shower was great. Everything you could want is short walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect vacation rental and location
Our group of 10 stayed in this property and had plenty of space. The updated amenities were beautiful and really added to the weekend. The large great room was perfect to accommodate all of us and the pool in the backyard was perfect addition. The location is great as well as it's only a few short blocks to the beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. It was super easy to communicate with Travis and he was quick to respond at all times. We're already discussing a date for another weekend visit!

Great vacation property
We had all the comforts of home in this updated inviting property. Extremely clean with all new appliances and a great backyard private outdoor space... including a pool. Nice off street parking in the driveway. The three updated bathrooms were terrific to accommodate our family. We also enjoyed the great room with plenty of room and seating to gather. It was also very nice to do business with the owner. You can tell he cares about his properties.

Great House for this Family of Teenagers
We just left this adorable house. We had two adults, 5 teenagers and one pre-teen and it was just enough for what we needed. Teenagers spent almost all of their time at the beach or at Fantasy Island / Bay Village and basketball courts. My husband and I enjoyed cocktails on the beach and happy hour at the local restaurants. This house is close to everything. Bikes and beach umbrella were rented at and delivered by Shore Brake Cyclery. Enough driveway parking for two cars (pickup truck and SUV). Access to the garage was a bonus as we could put all bikes in there for the night along with chairs, etc. The only thing missing was a laundry line for wet towels and bathing suits. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants something quaint, affordable and convenient to all the fun on Beach Haven. Oh, and make sure you have carrots for the resident bunny in the back yard; he/she is very friendly.

Lovely little house
We stayed at this house for a week and had a great time! It’s clean and updated and the location is fantastic if you have little kids (Fantasy Island and Bay Village are down the street and there is a playground directly across the street). The house had everything we needed for cooking inside and outside on the grill. Outdoor shower was great. We would book here again!
