This unit had ants that the owner ignored until I told her I bought disinfectant the she had sent some garbage bags and a box of Raid ant traps! Furniture is worn out and sagging Mattress was ok Bsthtub shower mats are filthy and I had to repair the toilet twice Zero pride of ownership

couch has know sipport ,dated chairs and furnitore fair condition,some what clean ,problem with ants and seen silver fish bug and alot flys.,but room close to beach parking is for small car ,would stay again but like set on better couch and basic cable not smart tv

This space is the perfect spot for a Bethany Beach Stay! Right on the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, clean, big enough for 4!

We've stayed at this property several times. Always easy check in and out. Condo is always clean. Great location!

The perfect place to stay for two people. Being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and being right on the beach was an excellent advantage. You can park the car and never take it out until you leave. You do have to walk through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom so I wouldn’t stay here unless there are only two people or a family with young children. The unit is bigger and brighter than the pics. It has everything you need. Beach chairs and an umbrella and plenty of towels. The only drawback to staying on the boardwalk is delivery and garbage trucks making noise early in the mornings. If you’d like to sleep in bring earplugs. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely return.

This is our second year staying in this property and we continue to love it. The location is perfect (on the boardwalk, town center, and beach) and we appreciate having all the amenities too (parking, laundry machine, full kitchen, and balcony). It all makes vacationing at Bethany Beach so easy and enjoyable!

Love that you can park your car and never have to use it until you leave

We came to Bethany for a bike ride. Location could not be better. 4 blocks to starting of ride. It is also 1 block to the beach and boardwalk. Unit was very clean and had everything one would want, nice bed, well equiped kitchen, comfortable and a balconey. Did i also say a fireplace, very nice since it rained one night and was fun.

Very much enjoyed our week in Bethany Beach. The condo is located right in the middle of the town Square. Access to the beach, restaurants and shops is just a few steps. I must also add that it may have been the cleanest unit we've stayed in going on 40 years. Would definitely stay again !

This place offers the perfect location access to beach & pool, and all the Bethany Beach surroundings. We had a fabulous week and the 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us!!

The rental was great. This was our 5th trip to Bethany, and this unit was our favorite. Location was perfect, the unit was clean, and had everything we needed. Extra hooks or shelves in the bathroom would be helpful, otherwise no suggestions for improvement. Looking forward to returning.

This place is the PERFECT location. Can't say enough about that--it is exactly where we wanted to be. A couple of very small complaints: I went for a vacation with a friend, but we both had work to do, and for the first 3 days the wifi didn't work. The owner finally replaced the router on the 3rd day, but by then we had missed important meetings and that was stressful. Also the refrigerator has a weird little door flap that you have to get just right or it doesn't quite close all the way. We called the owner's dad about this (the owner had left the country on a trip by then), but got no answer, and by the time we figured it out on our own everything in the freezer had thawed and the ice had melted into a single block. However, the bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable, the apartment was super comfortable, the balcony looking over the town center was very entertaining, the pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the beach, boardwalk and yummy restaurants are RIGHT THERE. I would stay there again, but would try to communicate in advance about specific needs, like wifi. All in all, I give it a big thumbs up!

Greeted by the owner, Sandy, upon arrival. Lovely clean condo in the perfect location. Well stocked with clean linens, towels, kitchen "stuff" and chairs for the beach. Parking very, very convenient and balcony great for people watching after a day on the beach. Ideal for couple and small children - not sure I'd want my older kids or other guests trooping through the bedroom to get to the one bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Location cannot be beat - on the boardwalk, beach visible from balcony. Condo had everything we needed, reserved parking spot was next to the elevator, and check-in was seamless.

Couldn’t ask for a better location!

Our biggest problem was that when we arrived at 6pm, 4 hours later than our scheduled check in time, our property was locked and we couldn’t get in. We called the property manager who said the maid hadn’t come to clean it and we would have to wait another hour and a half for her to come clean. It was very disappointing after a long drive. And we had already eaten dinner on the way and all of the local shops were already closed. So there wasn’t much to do but wait. I was hopeful they might have offered some sort of discount for our trouble or at least let us have a later check out on our last day, but they did not. Our stay after that was nice enough. It’s a nice, quiet property in a great location. I wish there were more outlets by the bed to be able to plug in my phone and CPAP machine. But I managed. I also would’ve liked more storage space in the bathroom…. Like a shelf or a medicine cabinet for all our toiletries. And a way to hang out hand towel by the bathroom sink would’ve been nice too. These are all just details I’m including in case the property manager reads this review. They didn’t detract that much, but they would’ve been nice touches.
