Es un 3 piso sin ascensor y la casa en general no está mal es reformado nuevo pero un poco de limpieza le faltaba y el propietario el Último día no coincidimos y entro el con el permiso mío a revisar la casa para devolverme el depósito y apago los térmicos de los aires y nos apago la calefacción desde la caldera para que no usáramos la Calefacción y hacia un frío increíble era para denunciar en fin un miserable no volveremos seguro

Very noise trains running a few m from balcony and bed room every 5 minutes / 24 hrs. Very poor / broken chairs at balcony. Poor kitchen gear - f. Ex only 5 wine glasses of 3 very different sizes.

You are living a few metres from train station, it is about 20 metres from the accommodation.

Clean and tidy with good air con - location was decent too.

Great apartment for family or group of friends, good location.

The sound from trains is really disturbing.

Nice and clean apartment, in walking distance to the beach. Close to the bus and train station. The terrace is perfect to spend the evenings.

The walls are very thin, so we could hear the parties from other apartments in the building or the trains passing by the building. One room was extremely small.

Corrado and his brother are really nice providers, they were kind to us and we could leave our luggage there when we checked out from the apartment. Also the building is relatively a new one with new ACs and furnitures. The beach was indeed very close and also a lot of restaurants, bars, gelaterias. All in all we were very satisified with the accommodation and could recommend it to everyone thinking about visiting Rimini.
