Appartement très vaste et confortable

La décoration (appartement spacieux (ce n’est pas une Villa comme pourrait le laisser penser le titre de l’annonce) Décoration peu chaleureuse, ambiance froide. Aucune indication de la Villa Veronique devant l’immeuble (hall d’immeuble en travaux) Accueil et départ peu chaleureux du propriétaire

La comodidad del departamento. Duermen 8 personas sin problema

No tenia espacio para estacionar como decía la publicación porque estaba en reparación. Igualmente no es difícil encontrar en la calle aunque es necesario pagar.

No food. Excellent location. Private parking. Peace of mind. Shops and supermarkets nearby. Excellent restaurants. 10 mins walk to the town centre.

Very nice and modern apartment. There was 3 rooms and all with double bed. 2 bathroom with toilet. Kitchen with all the equipment we need, there was also a washing machine available. The apartment was very clean. Air conditioning in every room except the kitchen and hallway.

The neighbors were renovating an apartment in that building. There was noise from 6:30 in the morning and we cant sleep well. The garbage was taken away from the street every morning and it was very noisy, the windows did not block the noise. No dishwasher. Balcony without furniture. Very low water pressure, we couldn't shower in two bathrooms at the same time. There was no air conditioning in the kitchen and it was very hot there.

The appartment was very clean and 4 huge bedrooms with comfy matresses and pillows. Spacious kitchen was very tidy with two big bathrooms. Next to the appartment there were plenty of bars, small restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and a bakery. Hot water and heating as well any time. Parking spot at 4€/day. 10 minutes from historic center. The landlord was helpful and very polite.

-The wooden doors were old, for sure they need a restauration. -100€ for deposit??

Pierre Francesco was a great host, provided us with a lot of information about the area: beaches to visit, restaurants and bars, etc. The appartment is an amazing value, great location, spacious, nice and modern furniture. We enjoyed our stay.
