The property was nice. The views were fantastic. Everything is there you need to cook with for a small family. The mattresses were a little firm for my liking but all in all it was a great trip. Close to everything and still relaxing.

We rented this unit as an extra condo for family visiting us for Thanksgiving . The owner could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I was able to check in a bit early to stock the fridge for my daughter and her family. Highly recommend this unit and the wonderful host

We have been going to NSB for over 23 years! We love the area! This was our first time renting on the north end of the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The Minorca Community was beautiful! The McKinnons were so hospitable! Will definitely be back!

Great place to feel safe for 4 women. Age range 58 thru 80. I have stayed many places in NSB and for me, this complex was the nicest. I personally would have liked to be closer to Flagler St. It was much farther than what I expected. Lance was great to work with.

The location of this condo, right next to New Smyrna Dunes Beach Park and at the tip of the peninsula, can't be beat and the view of the ocean that greets you when you enter the condo is unparalleled! The condo is located in an upscale condo complex that is beautifully-maintained and has many amenities. The condo itself is very comfortable, functional, and well-equipped. The towels are of high quality (unlike in some condo rentals) and we appreciated the food and liquid refreshments that greeted us after 2 days in the car. The music theme of the decor was also quite interesting, reflected the owners' clear passion for music, and made us wonder about their previous musical careers. Definitely a nice place!

Beautiful view of the ocean and Dunes Park area. Quiet Place. Beds were comfortable. Garage parking available which was nice on days that it rained.

The condo was just as advertised, very nice, clean, and all the amenities you would expect (and more!) The property grounds were exceptional. Beach was very close, nice park with many boardwalks to explore. It was cool to see gopher tortious in the dunes. I would go back in a heartbeat. I must also add that the condo owners were exceptional in relaying detailed info about the property and access to the condo. They were very generous and welcoming.

Beautiful view Home clean and well furnished

Place was very clean. Owner was available for any questions and even alerted us that someone would come and fix the toilet paper roll holder the cleaning crew made him aware of. We did not feel that to be urgent matter and said to wait. Community pools and hot tubs are great! Noise was zero. Private access to the beach was perfect and a very short walk. Great little town with plenty of larger cities close by for even more things to do. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Parking was excellent on the property for the unit. The place even had grocery carts to help carry things up the elevator which was handy with the food we purchased for the week. The couch in the living room is very comfortable. Beds were great for us. Patio perfect with plenty of space. Highly recommend over staying in Daytona where it’s always congested. We will definitely stay again if we get the opportunity!

Great Location! Is nice & quiet area with lots of amenities. We have already talked as a family about coming back this summer. Good communication with the owners.

We rented this condo for 2 1/2 weeks in February 2021. We expected a clean and inviting arrival and a place to entertain friends but instead I spent the 1st 4 days of my vacation cleaning everything from plates that had dried food, dirty cooking utensils and absolutely filthy kitchen drawers and cabinets to washing all of the old and very dingy towels and sheets, dusting, cleaning baseboards and sweeping up dirt! There was food and empty water bottles behind the beds and on the floors, candy wrappers and paper next to the bed, disgusting mattress pads and the list goes on! No hangers in the closet or clean sponges for the kitchen! I contacted the owner immediately and his response was “I’m sorry you had to do that, the cleaning lady must have sent her flunky! ! Not let me get her back there ASAP. I don’t think this place was ever cleaned before we arrived if ever! In the time of covid it’s more important than ever to stay in a well cleaned well kept place and this is not it!! The air conditioning filter is black and the dust here is thick. The only good thing I can say is the grounds of Minorca are beautiful and well kept and the view from this condo is beautiful but the inside of this place needs a complete do over and a very thorough cleaning from top to bottom, new towels, bath matts and blankets. We had to go by blankets and throws because there aren’t any. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but they were very dirty! We would never stay here again and I would recommend that anyone considering this condo to keep looking! I have plenty of pictures of the way we found it! Not the relaxing stay we’d hoped for, we were so very disappointed!
