Het hotel is heel mooi en netjes. De mensen die er werken zijn heel lief en behulpzaam. De locatie is wat minder omdat je niet heel dicht bij het strand of de winkels bent maar met het busje van het hotel ben je er zo. Het eten was heerlijk en je merkt aan alles dat er enorm veel moeite in zit.

Breakfast is the best thing in the hotel.

The hotel is not really 5 stars. It is a 4 star and I think it is over marketed and that should change for your best sake. The staff is good and trying to help. The water at the pool is so sos so cold

We actually liked everything: the rooms, pools, activities, service, friendliness, and food. The hotel kept its promise to be family (and especially children) friendly.

I would prefer that the pools be available another hour or so, but it was not a "big of a deal" with the original time.

We like the various pools.the food was great.good entertainment for the kids.

The lifts would sometimes take a while and the internet would sometimes drop in and out.

Lifts suck bad! More better testaraunt selction or higher quality fooo. More too shel alcohol not mojitos from a machine.

We loved the swimming pools - kids are allowed to jump and use floaties, which was brilliant. The weather was great too - blue skies and up to 30 degrees C. The rooms were spacious. There are a lot of facilities - a football court, a trampoline (paid), three swimming pools. The entertainment team was great though they mostly cater to very young children and adults. There weren’t many suitable activities for slightly older children (8 and 11). The reception and bar stuff were polite and very helpful. There isn’t much to do in the area and Albufeira is very touristy.

This is a package holiday, all-inclusive hotel (which we hadn’t realised when booking directly). The food and drink selection is designed for tourists who are looking for value (and quantity) for money. The food was plentiful but not of the quality I would expect from a five star hotel. The salad options were good but the mains in particular were poor - chewy meat and sausages, fish was okay. There was a large selection of desserts. Room cleaning was fine but the decorative cushions and throws hadn’t been washed and were stained. The hotel gets very loud in the evenings which makes it hard to rest - no quiet hours were observed or enforced by the hotel.

They could have more shops inside including pharmacy as well. Drinks are too sweetened.

The only problem is the elevators and I'm sure they already know this. Maybe they can improve the system they are using. It make you waste too much time waiting for it tavthe peak times.

The pools are large and no overcrowded.

The all inclusive food was just okay. Many meals had the same items. On me night my wife got some of the “smoked turkey wrapped in bacon”, but it was completely raw in the middle. It’s a good thing I noticed it just seconds before she ate it.

Lifts were busy

Very clean hotel, seaview balconies are beautiful on the high floors. Staff are lovely and go over and beyond. Gym is great. Food was ok for an all inclusive.

Gym needs air con and music. This hotel is only suited for families in my opinion (I know it states that in the title, my fault for booking). As a couple we didn’t like being so far out from albufeira. The adult pool is lovely however there is no atmosphere i.e. music and kids also access it too. The only time I felt relaxed was outside the hotel. There are kids running around rampage, especially during meal times with hot food about.
