Very clean, excellent location with lovely seaview

Nice view from the balcony, 2 min. to get to the sea.

We had a stay for 3 days at the hotel. The room is very big. I must say the location is very nice. It is literally on the Akti Olympic A beach, you have an excellent view of the sea from your balcony. The bus service (city bus) you can find (number 30) within 100 meter. Nicos greeted us while we stepped into the apartment. He made sure we have literally everything that we need for a sumptuous breakfast - bread, cornflex, milk, tea, coffee,jam ,banana, cheese etc etc.

The property needs maintenance, the kitchen and bathroom especially, we were literally afraid that things do not fall apart from the kitchen. Since the hotel is on the main road we had hard time sleeping, till 2 o'clock in the night there are plenty of noise, and it feels like noises are just coming from a meter apart.

The location is very good. The downtown is 15 minutes walk. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. The hosts are very nice people. The apartment is very clean and live is even better than in the pictures. All recommendations.

The sea view was fantastic. Conveniently located along the waterfront. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The owner kindly provided an assortment of foods for us.

Traffic noise is hard to ignore, but that's what comes with a waterfront location in this part of Limassol.

The apartment is excellent. Big, clean, with all the facilities. The quality of the furniture is excellent.

I can't find something not to like

Great apartment with incredible sea view. 3 bedrooms!!! one cozy living room with big table, we had a nice family dinner. very big kitchen with everything needed. The owners are elderly intelligent people. When they gave us the keys they also brought a bit of cheese, ham, water and fruits for free absolutely )

The owners are elderly intelligent people, but it had a downside ) Sometimes it was difficult to reach them by phone. We had a little of miscommunication. It's much more reliable i guess to have a contact of their son which is also in family business.

First of all, very kind owners! 🤩 I travel too much, but I have never met such wonderful people! They were there at all times for us. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is large, beautiful and very clean. 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Each room has a terrace. 😊 The air conditioning works great, the beds are comfortable and this is very important for travelers! The beach is across the street. I am thrilled.
