We had 2 kids and Beverly let us stay gave us a bigger room and did give us mattress for our 3y old to sleep on,we had alot of food for brekkie place was nice and warm. Decoration nice really nice place.

That we where told no kids as they where only 3 and 6months can see how other places say kids under 5y is ok you don't have to book them in.

It was very well-equipped, warm and clean. More than adequate breakfast supplies.

As we were travelling through to Victoria, we stayed only one night. The cabin was immaculately presented and provided everything we needed. It was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would be happy to recommend this room to anyone who particularly appreciates the reassurance that thorough cleaning brings in this worrying time of COVID-19.

This is not a criticism, but the space in the room will not accommodate large suitcases. This was not a problem for us as overnight stayers.

Beautifully clean property that was well stocked with breakfast provisions… comfy bed and friendly greeting but then left in privacy. It was simply perfect for my little getaway. Highly recommend

Beverley was so kind and welcoming. The place was very cosy and sweet. Everything was all there ready to go, and it felt like a home away from home.

Very modern, clean, stand alone accommodation at the rear of the house. Very quiet & private. The king size bed was so comfortable. Excellent continental style breakfast with everything already in the accommodation. Because we arrive around 7pm & left at 7am the next morning, we didn’t have much chance to interact with our hosts but they were very welcoming & friendly.

If we wanted to be picky, which we don’t, it was a little bit crowded & could probably do without the extra sitting chair.

- Exceptionally clean room, private and feel safe with 3 locks (one for your room, 2 locks on main entrance). Entrance lights up at night. - Breakfast self-catered was better than I expected; was given plenty of fresh and healthy options (bread, cereal, milk and lots of fruits). - Very clean toilet and bathroom - Free WiFi and a small study desk - Very nice room decorations, these were better than some of the 5 star hotels I stayed overseas. Only when you get there, you appreciate how much effort the host went in to make the place look really nice. - Very comfortable bed, very quiet at night for peaceful sleep - The host (Beverly) was very friendly and accommodating with my late arrival nearing 8 PM - Very good amenities: soap & towels provided bring your own toothbrush and tooth paste.

These are negligible consider of the value for the comfort you get but worth mentioning the odd perks. - Lack of mobile reception (I am with Vodafone) - Small sink in the toilet, may cause splashing - The property may be a bit difficult to find at night; the Christmas light was almost not there but worry not the host is only a call away to find your stay! - Shower head rather high and was not suitable for short people

The room, and indeed the house, was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was a help-yourself arrangement. We needed to walk up stairs to our room but they were very easy stairs.
