Η διαρρύθμιση του δωματίου, οι παροχές του διαμερίσματος και η εγγύτητα σε όλους τους προορισμούς του νησιού. Ειδική αναφορά στις καταπληκτικες καθαριστριες που παρείχαν κάθε ημέρα εξαιρετική υπηρεσία και το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο.

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο το τριήμερο του Αγίου Πνεύματος. Αν και υπήρχε καμία υποχρέωση από το κατάλυμα, ζητήσαμε να κρατήσουμε το δωμάτιο άλλες 3 ώρες, μέχρι να φύγει το πλοίο. Αν και δεν υπήρχε άλλη κράτηση μετά, μας ζητήθηκε extra κόστος στην αρχή 150 ευρώ, ενώ στη συνέχεια μας μείωσαν το extra κόστος στα 80 ευρώ (για 3 ώρες), τη στιγμή που όλοι οι άλλοι ξενοδόχοι του νησιού παρείχαν εντελώς δωρεάν τις extra ώρες στους πελάτες τους. Αν και δεν είχαν νομική υποχρέωση να το κάνουν, ωστόσο δεν ήταν ωραίος ο τρόπος συμπεριφοράς σε έναν πελάτη ο οποίος είχε ξοδέψει μεγάλο ποσό στη διαμονή του. Πρέπει να δώσουν έμφαση στις σχέσεις με τους πελάτες τους.

The service was exceptional. We were originally staying in the emgard house but upon arrival there was construction and the main water pipe for the town was being replaced, as a result the houses had no water. So they upgraded us to the ‘emgard suites’ at no extra cost. Upon arrival to the suites the service was very friendly and helpful. The suites where beautiful with easy access and panoramic views of the town. A truly wonderful experience! (This is based on the emgard suites)

That we couldn’t stay forever

Great location, a few minutes from the port. Smooth check-in and out thanks to Mr Dimitris. Clean, well-equipped, and spacious for family stay. Comfortable beds.

The shower runs out of hot water rather quickly. For a family of four ~20 min waiting in between is invariable necessary.

Amazing best ever

I stayed at the EmGard Houses that are down closer to the port in Merichas. I actually liked the location more than the EmGard Suites - which are fancier but which are also a good distance up a windy road from restaurants, shops, etc. The loft inside the house was perfect for traveling with family, as my teenagers could sleep up in the loft. I also liked that there was a bakery and small market just steps outside the house.

It's a minor thing, but it would have been nice to also be offered beach towels. When we asked for them, we were of course given them right away, but given that people are traveling to the island to, among other things, swim in its lovely beaches, it would be a nice gesture.

The place is stunning and as it is described. Location is great, everything one needs is around such as bakery, super market, bars and restaurants. The thing though that made it special for us was Kostas, they guy who delivered our keys who was checking with us every day if everything was up to our expectations and whether we needed any help. Our car broke down and he was there to make sure he would find us a mechanic. They were also flexible with our check in and check out times. Flexibility and professionalism was demonstrated by Kostas and the owner. I can't recommend enough.
