Beautiful clean comfortable apartment in the heart of lovely Scicli, close to shops, restaurants and sights. Kind and welcoming hosts. Perfect.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The apartment is in an old building that has been updated beautifully! The kitchen is a jewel box mixture of mod con and 1920's. The bathroom is huge and modern and super clean. The bedroom was spacious, the bed comfortable. The apartment has over 20 prints of 19th to early 20th century scenes lining the stairwell from the street entrance. The tapestries are large and beautiful. I felt so at home there and felt I could live there. The location is close to many great restaurants and bars as well as places to visit. Scicli is a great hub for visiting Ragusa and the various beach cities. Samuela and her husband were great in providing info about what to see and where to park.. They also welcomed us with fresh fruit, water, and chocolate. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor after which you have to climb 15-20 rather slick stone steps. There is no railing and it is a little scary carrying luggage up or down with nothing to hold on to and praying that your 70 year old knees won't fail you.

The hosts met us, helped us park and helped take our luggage to the property. Above and beyond. Just excellent and very kind.

Didn’t like having to come home!

The apartment was characterful, comfortable and very clean. Samuela had thought of everything down to the last detail and gave us useful help with advice on parking (free in nearby car park) and best places to eat, shops etc. Had a great stay and would recommend!

This location is just great. We walked everywhere easily. There are lots of restaurants in the area, even in the off season of February. The rooms are delightful with charming details. Our hosts Samuela and Salmo could not have been more thoughtful and helpful.

Exceptional place, great flat, everything worked, no flaws. Great area, quiet, mellow, friendly. The light at dusk, at the bar across from the flat was really special. Hosts very friendly and informative.
