Beautiful decor and tastefully furnished apartment, well equipped kitchen, lovely and very helpful hosts, convenient location near the train station

WiFi internet is slow and keeps dropping out for some reason. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pods to use it with. Otherwise, everything was just perfect.

Our host, Luis, was very cordial and accomodating. He showed us around his beautiful apartment and gave us some tips of the best eateries and sights to visit. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is very close to the train and bus stations. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The owner's son met us right away when we arrived. He gave us a grand tour of this FABULOUS apartment in this very good location. The owners/family were amazing at giving us recommendations all over...it was terrific and so helpful!!! The apartment is BEAUTIFUL and WELL appointed! Although we were only 2, we enjoyed the living room, the large kitchen, the master bedroom, (loved the sink in the Master Bedroom) bathroom (multiple sinks) and (we didn't even use the 2nd bedroom which was fabulous) especially the sunroom from where we could see what was going on at the Theater, the train station and the neighborhood. The apartment was easy walking distance to the Old City and a great jumping off place for the Guggenheim, the Funicular, and the many other sights of Bilbao and beyond as we took a couple of day trips to San Sebastien, Biarritz, Sardinia, and many nearby beaches.We were there 4 nights and truly appreciated the washer and the drying rack and nearby parking. (Laundry soap was even there...had everything one would need for a long stay!!) Finally, we highly recommend the restaurant: GAICO RESTAURENTE, across the street and to the left a few doors. We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful apartment!

The owners were so friendly and helpful when we arrived. As for the apartment, it is absolutely gorgeous, with large rooms, beautiful living areas and every amenity you could need. The location is ideal, situated between the old town and Abando, with the main train station a couple minutes walk away.

The only negative I could give is the noise from outside at night and early in the morning. However, this is something that is inevitable in such a city centre location so I can't blame this on the hosts.

Bid windows in every room. The patio with wide views. Very quiet becouse of good windows. The host was very helpful.

This apartment could not be more perfect. The owner and her son met us for check in and gave us a tour. The decor is gorgeous, the beds super comfy, and it’s outfitted with everything anyone could want, including some things I’ve never seen in any other property: fully equipped spice rack, gourmet tea, coffee pods with espresso machine, upscale toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, super fluffy towels, and even a Covid-19 rapid test, etc. it was sparkling clean and the location was excellent - halfway between Casco Viejo (Old Town) and the newer downtown. They even gave us excellent suggestions of where to find vegetarian food and showed us the Bio Supermarket a block away. I really can’t say enough nice things about this apartment.
