Spaziosa camera da letto 5 (due sono Master Bedroom Suites) 4 Bath Waterfront Pool casa meticolosamente mantenuta e decorata con un tocco costiero. I soffitti a volta e l'abbondanza di finestre dà una sensazione tropicale ariosa aperta nel momento in cui passi attraverso la porta principale. Ogni parte della casa era nuova di zecca nel 2018, compresi tutti i nuovi arredi ed elettrodomestici. Cucina dispone di controsoffitti in quarzo, una zona tavolo per la colazione, così come una zona pranzo formale separata. Il soggiorno dispone di una TV HD da 50 "che si apre sulla nuova piscina a più livelli aperta sull'area Lanai per godersi la brezza dell'isola! Tutte le camere sono nuove con letti comodi e pavimenti in gres porcellanato. Tutti i 4 bagni sono nuovissimi a partire dal 2018 con piani in granito e gres porcellanato. La piscina era nuova di zecca nel 2018, riscaldata e illuminata per una nuotata a tarda notte. Griglia o distendi e goditi il calore dell'isola! C'è la connessione WiFi gratuita, 6 TV, letti comodi, asciugamani, lenzuola e persino una culla per bambini! Giochi divertenti tra cui un nuovo tavolo da biliardo nella sala giochi privata al piano di sotto. Lavanderia ha una nuova grande lavatrice e asciugatrice. Così come un nuovo Extra Dryer nel bagno di livello inferiore. I bambini si divertiranno nel grande cortile dove giocare e abbiamo appena installato una Snook Light sul molo! Se hai una barca o noleggi una barca; puoi legarlo al nuovo dock da 30 '! È un rapido accesso diretto al Golfo per una giornata di pesca o semplicemente in giro! (Per il noleggio di barche suggeriamo Dolphin Cove Marina su Bald Eagle Dr). Il vialetto è grande e ha spazio per 3 auto e la nostra casa è perfettamente pulita e spaziosa abbastanza per l'intera famiglia. Goditi la vita dell'isola - Marco ha le migliori spiagge della Florida e Napoli è a breve distanza. Rilassati, rinfrescati, ringiovanisci .... Vivi il sogno !!

This was our first time vacationing in Marco Island and had a great time. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, great location and close to everything. Able to walk to the beach and some great resturants. Would stay there again.

Lovely remodeled home in a beautiful neighborhood, down the street from Winterberry which offers beach access, stores, restaurants and ice cream for the kids.
The pool, outside living space along with the grill and eating area offered a good mix of sun and shade.
We had 5 adults and 2 kids 3 & under; 3 generations. It was very toddler/baby friendly with crib/Pack & Play, high chair and some toys for use. Plenty of pool gear too, for all ages, by the way. We also made use of the furnished bicycles, and the fishing rods at the dock.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was convenient to the beach and lots of restaurants. The home was well stocked and the owner was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

We had the best time in Marco island! The house was perfect for us. The house was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Jodee was the perfect host. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend this rental!

This was a perfect setting for our family getaway over Thanksgiving-5 adults, 3 1/2 yr old and 6 month infant. The set up is great for privacy of bedrooms and baths, as well as for common area get togethers and meals. The pool is perfect for entertaining young kids. Beach is 20 minutes away but easily accessible, as are the shops and restaurants of Marco Island.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. We had a glitch with the pool heater not working and it was finally fixed by our next to last day of our stay. We at least got to enjoy for one day. The half bath as listed is accessed through the main level master suite.

Great house in great location
Staying with two families, the two master bedrooms were an excellent bonus, but the rest of the house was equally great. Pool was well maintained and you can’t beat the location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Home
The home was spotless and well appointed. The various levels of decks were great to sit out on and chat.... The pool was well utilized and we even caught a fish in the inlet that abutted the house.... Great time had by all.... PS: Jodee was very helpful and responsive when I contacted her...

Dreamy Marco Island Stay!
Our stay at Sandee Shore was amazing. Communication with Jodee was great, any questions answered straight away. The house was beautiful, and so many extras, from the coffee bar to the beach toys and trolley. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Location was fantastic too, short walk to beach and restaurants. Thank you Sandee Shore for a wonderful week.

Absolutely Awesome
From booking to checkout, it was a breeze. Owner answers quickly and there was every amenity you could ask for. The location is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, if you don’t want to stay home and enjoy the pool. We felt safe and hope to come back here again when we return to beautiful Marco Island!

Excellent property, location and hospitality
Over the years, we have rented many houses at the beach. This one truly stands out as the best! From the cleanliness of the property to the accommodating nature of the property manager, this was all around such a great property and experience. The location was everything. Nestled on a quiet street and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, Restaurants and mini golf. You truly could not ask for better!
My husband and I are actually looking to book it again for fall break.

This house was just perfect for our large family trip to Marco!! The pool was great and the house was well equipped. A great time was had by all. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Couldn’t have had a better experience all around! Would definitely stay again:)

Excellent place for a family getaway
We stayed here for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. There was a group of 11, which included a baby. The house was better than pictured and had everything we could have possibly needed! Access to the beach was close enough and the pool was so nice to have for the kids. Would stay again!!

Two families stayed at this property for 6 days. Five kids ages 10-17 and 4 adults. Plenty of space for all of us either to be together or have some alone time. Everything was super clean and very wellstocked. We had very little besides food that we needed to purchase. Lots of beach towels and pool toys as well as bikes which were great. Loved having a grill to use too. Kids loved the pool and we also annoyed the view by the canal. The public beach access was close too. I can’t say enough great things about this place and would recommend it highly.
