+ 1800 mq di superficie abitabile per 8 - 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Arcade, tavolo da biliardo, Wine bar, freccette, stereo, macchina per i popcorn con popcorn gratuito, macchina per il gumball con caramelle gratis. Un sacco di cose da fare in una giornata piovosa! La guest house si trova in una grande proprietà boschiva sul lungomare nella zona esclusiva degli yacht di East Fort Lauderdale. Completamente aggiornato con quarzo, marmo, nuovi mobili. Grande vasca incassata nella spaziosa suite padronale con area salotto. Bellissimo quartiere a camminare / fare jogging / esplorare. Posizione EST molto desiderabile vicino alle spiagge, all'aeroporto, Las Olas, Downtown. Tenuta del canale di accesso all'oceano. Vicino a tutto ma abbastanza appartato e 3/4 acri per allontanarsi da tutto. C'è un grande parco alberato a soli 3 isolati di distanza. Piscina / parco acquatico per il kide a meno di 1 miglio di distanza. 1. 1 miglio a ristoranti / bar / negozi. 1. 3 miglia a Civic Park con attrezzature da gioco per i bambini o semplicemente passeggiare per tutti i canali fotografando gli yacht da $ 20MIL +. Se ti senti avventuroso e hai dei calzini da acqua, sentiti libero di usare il mio kayak nel mio canale dietro casa mia. Ho anche le canne da pesca su richiesta. Canal va dritto nel nuovo fiume / inter costiero. Noleggio barca locale vicino. Libri di coupon disponibili fino a esaurimento. We had a nice stay. The house had plenty of room for our group of 3. The games and activities were fun. There is not a hot tub like the listing shows, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Pool table was great. Kayak was fun. Really only 1 bathroom. The bathroom in master bedroom is a small almost portable like toilet. Great communication and pretty good location. Outside furniture was totally unusable I believe due to the storm in the previous days. Ok for a 3 day stay.

We stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Perfect to unwind and just relax. Plenty for the kids to do (ages 10 & 16). Wifi was great for me to even do some work before we headed home. Frank was a wonderful host and even checked in to see if anything was needed.

Our family traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a judo tournament and extended our stay to spend a few days at the beach. Frank was a great host and his place was so much fun! He was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. My boys loved the pool table, arcade games and shuffleboard. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. We kept forgetting yo pick up popcorn so we weren’t able to use the popcorn machine.

I was a little taken back when I learned that the owner of the property lived upstairs, however Frank was a great host and gave us all the privacy expected. The property was clean and comfortable on the inside however the back deck area could use some cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

We immediately notified Frank regarding the issue, and about a day later, he blamed us for the damage and demanded that we come up with the money to pay for the repair. After I refused to pay for damage that we hadn't caused, Frank came up with several additional fees for us to pay, which were not specified anywhere on the website. Overall, the house itself was nice enough, but I feel like Frank treated us really poorly. I really hate leaving negative reviews and I've never done something like this before, but I just feel like our experience with Frank was awful enough that other potential renters should at least be aware. If you're planning renting this property you should definitely be careful, make sure that you determine the exact cost of the rental beforehand, Frank may try to change the cost post hoc.

Fun for everyone!
Frank was great to work with and very easy to communicate with! We had a wonderful time at Frank’s place, playing games, bonding and laughing! Short ride to the beach, stores and restaurants! We had an absolutely wonderful time and can’t wait to stay again!

It was a cool place. However the tv in the room does not work. It’ll cut off as soon as it comes on. Also the sink in the room clogs. For the price would of just expected atleast the tv to work in the room and better comforters

Franks place has everything you need, including a host who is accommodating, fun and easy to work with! The location is perfect, close to beaches, shopping and the airport. The house has so many activities within itself, not to mention the kayaks, which were so fun and relaxing to take out behind the house and explore. Location of house was perfect. 15 min to Las Olas blvd, 20 to the beach, 25 to Hollywood beach and about 40 min to Miami. Excellent host
Frank was extremely helpful whenever i needed something and the home was beautiful with a lot of fun activities to do. We took out the kayak, played pool, played pac man, and just had a lot of fun overall. Frank is a super cool guy and I look forward to booking with him again.
