Very good place to stay with your partner or family. It is clean, next to the beach and it has a good service. Unfortunately it is not very near from Tambau night living, where are the best restaurants and services.

Not easy to park. Sometimes parking is very narrow and difficult.

The breakfast itself is very good. Spread choice of different food. Eggs, breads, yogurts, juices and even local food. However as coffee lover this was very disappointing. The coffee machine was off all the time, went one one time in 5 days that I stayed. When my wife asked the breakfast staff if the machine was Working and she could have cappuccino, the breakfast staff answered the machine was only working on weekends. For 32.reis each person you would expect to get decent coffee and not only filter coffee from the bag

Room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast had wonderful tapioca, cooked perfectly.

Staff was unfriendly, borderline rude. Didn't tell us anything about amenities on check in. Wanted to use the gym but you had to schedule an appointment to use it and the building only allowed 1 apartment/ room at a time to use it, so practically impossible to access. Also, couldn't stop in for quick coffee and then return for food at breakfast time. Very, very inflexible and unconcerned with customer service and enjoyment.

The hotel itself charged a random value in my credit card at 2am even though the booking was paid during checking, neither booking.com nor the front desk could explain where that charge came from. Luckily the operation was blocked by my bank. The breakfast is bad.

Excellent location and good breakfast.

The bedroom has only one mirror in the bathroom. There could be one more in the room. The wi-fi was unstable and weak signal.

Property is well cared. Clean and organized.

Something that can be annoying is the think walls and noise from hallways side. Had a few days of kids playing on the hallway and it got loud quickly.

Microwave and sink in kitchenette but no utensils or plates, so I went out and bought some, only to find that the hotel could provide them. Why don't they inform guests? I was in the pool and found it was about to be cleaned. Why wasn't there a notice explaining this? No jam in the breakfast buffet, But I got some by asking... Communication in hotel could easily be improved.
