Lovely cottage beautifully decorated, close to restaurants, farm stands, and food stores. A least a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach.

Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable.
We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us.
The other beaches nearby were similar with no beach parking and we didn’t have beach passes.
However, we did have a great time with many things to do nearby.
Suggestion: ski lift…lol

The home is extremely clean and well organized
The kitchen is perfect for small groups - well equipped with space to gather
Outdoor area is lovely- lots of places to gather and some shade
The provided beach towels are adorable
Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was kind and welcoming
The host is quick to reply to questions
Things to consider:
While all the homes are permanent, the property is located in a campground-esque neighborhood. This was not what we were expecting.
There were discrepancies between the contract and reality regarding check in time and keys.
The walk to the beach is not long, but there are a lot of steep stairs leading to the water. This makes transporting gear very challenging.

My friends and I stayed at Billy’s house this past weekend, and we had an amazing time. The beach is nice and only a short walk away. It was an easy trip to the wineries as well. The house was clean and the beds comfortable.
There isn’t really cell service in the area right near the house, which Billy communicated beforehand, but the WiFi at the house worked perfectly for us.

This was a lovely cottage, the outdoor space was very pleasant. Our short vacation was one to relax and just do what we wanted in and around the cottage and in the neighboring area and we did just that. I'd recommend this cottage to friends and family. Bill was always available when I did reach out to him.

Overall, the place was very nice. Cozy, easy to find, no cell cervice in the area but the house wifi was good. Everything we needed was there for our convenience. Beds were comfortable. Enough ac all around so the house gets cool quickly (although we didnt use it much). The only thing i wish I had known was the hot water issue I dealt with. Even after running the hot water for full 5 min, the water was still running cold. Other than that, I would say this would be on top of my list to go back.

Adorable little bungalow near the beach. Very clean and bright with calming decor. Comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood is like a small quickly beach cabin community in the midst of wine country.

This cottage seems to have been recently updated and was very very clean and very well appointed with new appliances. It was just me and my husband so the two bedroom cottage was perfect for us. Whenever I had a question, Billy, the owner always got back to us within minutes. The neighborhood is really adorable and the walk to the beach was all of 5 min or less. Highly recommend!!

Long Island Getaway
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Baiting Hollow. The beach was absolutely beautiful and very quiet. The location was great with easy access to all of the North Fork attractions. The home was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Overall a wonderful stay!

Quaint and relaxing
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here! The house was adorable, and very clean! Walking distance to the private beach, but keep in mind the beach is very rocky. Also note that the house is in a small neighborhood where the houses are very close together, but the owner has set up the house and property so you have plenty of privacy on the beautifully done deck. Staying here was perfect for our short little getaway, there were plenty of wineries to try in the area and spent a wonderful day at the beach!!

Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay! Billy was wonderful to communicate with, and always very responsive. The house is gorgeous and we loved the patio area. The beach was a bit rocky, but still very calm and peaceful. We had our VERY young kids and I was worried about the walk to be beach, but even with a newborn and 2 year old, it was very easy. My only suggestions would be to maybe replace the couch as the pullout didn’t work, but Billy did provide an air mattress which was perfect for our needs. Some coat hooks at the entrance would be good too, as we encountered some rainy days and had nowhere to hang our rain coats. Again, wonderful stay and property and we would definitely stay there again!

Excellent property! Everything was as advertised. We had a great stay. The beach is a short walk away. It is a private beach, so not too many people. There was some sea weed in the water, but the water was generally clear and good for swimming. The house is very clean and nicely renovated.

Both bedrooms have small TVs that you can log into Netflix or Hulu for your favorite pre-bedtime shows. Billy was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend and return!

Beautiful cottage
Well appointed cottage, beautifully done with all amenities you might need. We had a wonderful time. One thing we didn’t care for was the private beach belonging to the neighborhood. We found empty bottles and watermelon rinds tossed over the side of the stairs that lead down to the beach. Such a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend the great little cottage.

Wonderful Place to Stay
House was immaculate, and very nicely renovated. Large deck to play games and a nice grill. Fully stocked and updated kitchen, and the inside is nice and open. Just a few minutes from the private beach. Billy was also extremely responsive for the few questions we had.

Lovely hidden gem!
Had a delightful couple of days at this place. It's well situated near the beach, in a kind of "kooky" little neighborhood of cute bungalows. This place was right at the top of the hill -- easy to find, and exactly as advertised. I'll definitely be going back!

This is a lovely house with everything that we needed for a relaxing visit. The nearby farms, wineries, and cider mills were great and the beach was quiet and peaceful.

As described in listing
NoFo cottage was cute, comfortable and as described in the listing. The inside of the house was clean, well appointed and cozy, but the deck could have used more attention. Billy was great and expedient in interactions and he could not have controlled the land clearing/tree downing directly behind the house that interrupted our mornings and deck time starting at 7:45am for 3 of the mornings. Otherwise, if you like a quiet, rustic community tucked away in the trees, this is the spot!

Surprisingly wonderful
My experience with Billi and our enjoyment of his cottage were both exceptional.
It was tastefully decorated and upgraded with everything you might need. All modern appliances, granite countertops, thoughtful accessories and extremely comfortable beds.
The neighbors were very friendly and very helpful with local suggestions.
My only problem was a complication that VRBO proved more of a problem than necessary. I am not happy with them at all.
Billi however, couldn’t have been nicer. He was a pleasure to deal with, and answered questions and returned phone calls promptly.
I’m not an easy person to please but I would certainly rent from him again.

Beautiful cottage!
We loved our stay here! The cottage was lovely and close to the wineries and towns we wanted to visit. Highly recommend Cowfish for dinner. Bring water shoes for the beach if you’re not used to rocky beaches. :)

Beautiful home! Loved every minute of our stay!
What an amazing stay! Billy was such a wonderful host, and I can't say enough about his beautiful cottage! Everything is newly renovated, super clean and just simply chic! I fell in love with the decor. The location of the cottage is perfect - close to a private community beach, Tanger shopping outlets, Cider House, and of course, the wine trail! It was a true escape from the city life, and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
