Affascinante Mason Creek 3/2 casa sul lungomare sul canale di acque profonde che porta al fiume Homosassa. La casa offre una vista mozzafiato ed è perfetta per la pesca con la smerlatura, la pesca, il kayak, la visualizzazione dei lamantini e praticamente tutto ciò che si può fare in acqua! È comune per i delfini, lamantini e muggine di nuotare vicino al molo. Pescate o rilassatevi vicino al molo. Il molo può contenere fino a due barche di medie dimensioni se abbinate l'una all'altra.
Caratteristiche: Nuova cucina moderna, pavimento in legno ispirato alla porcellana. Grande camera / piano camera da letto Split, la camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto king size, cabina armadio e un bagno padronale completo. la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con finestra vista acqua. La terza camera è arredata con un nuovo letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Ampio garage per 2 auto e modo di guidare. Grande proprietà con un sacco di spazio per parcheggiare il vostro rimorchio della barca. Questa casa sul lungomare per cani è situata in una posizione centrale su una strada tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e una rampa pubblica a poca distanza in auto o semplicemente prendere la barca per un giro in barca di 5 o 10 minuti fino al ristorante con freezer e al capanno di Macrae.
Le strutture ricreative includono 2 kayak, canne da pesca, giochi da tavolo, smart TV da 55 pollici, cavo, internet Wi-Fi e una griglia a gas propano.

This is our 4th year staying in this home for scalloping and we absolutely love it! We won’t stay anywhere else. Tony is very accommodative and responsive, and provides a very comfortable and well stocked home for his guests. The home is centrally located, so it is quick out of the river for scalloping and quick up to the springs, which makes everything much more convenient. We bring our small dog and she loves the fenced backyard, and we don’t have to worry about her wandering off. :) I highly recommend this property. We are already booked for next year!

Everything was as stated and had all anything needed for the perfect home away from home family experience. There is plenty of room, comfortable beds, very clean, peaceful and convenient to gulf and river. Would definitely recommend!

This is our 4th year to stay here. Always a wonderful time. Host is very responsive, the house has everything we need. Sitting on the dock after kayaking is heavenly. Seeing all the wildlife and hearing the sounds of nature… doesn’t get any better! This place is our escape!

This was the most amazing location for our last-minute getaway. We docked our boat (small boat, but larger boats would do well... it is a deep channel - we were there for spring break). And we brought our dog - he LOVED the fenced-back yard :) Our hosts were wonderful and helped us find great restaurants & things to do...but we honestly spent most of our time on the water. And we saw a mama & baby manatee!! Just a lovely home with all the right stuff for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect property for us. Close to family so we were able to host lots of dinners at the large dining table and the open floor plan allowed us to chat while preparing. The fenced back yard was great. My husband took advantage of the easy kayaking access both at the property and at nearby access points.
Host was great. I’m hoping we get to stay again next year.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and centrally located to the main channel. It was close to the boat ramp and we were able to dock our boat behind the house. Definitely a must stay place!!

This is your third year renting this house on the river for our annual scalloping trip. Tony is an amazing host and has the house fully stocked for anything you may need! The house is conveniently located on the river and we have no problems with a deep hull boat making it to this property. We have already booked our stay here for next year!

Home was clean and as advertised. Bed was just too soft for our comfort. Did not deduct stars as some people may like soft beds.

Our group of six was very happy with the home. There was plenty of living area so we didn’t feel crowded. Everyone slept well on the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped. They provided various games to while away a rainy day. The dock is very nice, with a fish cleaning station and hose to clean your gear when you return from scalloping. Our 21 ft boat fit easily, and it didn’t take long to get to the main river. We would definitely rent this home again.

This was our second stay at this property. We had such a wonderful time our first stay we had to come back. The second time didn’t disappoint.
Our only disappointment was we could not stay longer … and my husband and I each had to work one day during the stay. The Wi-Fi connection made it easy for me to work remote.
Very appreciative we were able to bring our two dogs. They love spending time on our boat!

Great location. Quiet location. Drink coffee on the dock in the morning. Drinks in the afternoon. Kayak or boat. Well stocked kitchen. Ample room for all. Snorkeling with the manatees! Freezer tiki bar nearby 😁

Wonderful house located in a quite friendly neighborhood. We had a 28-day stay, the house is nicely furnished and well equipped. Located on a canal with a dock for our boat, kayaks were already there. The fenced in yard a plus for our spaniel

This home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Very clean home and has everything you could possibly need. Lots of games for family and two kayaks for our used. Fenced in yard and dock for boat. Neighborhood is very safe and neighbors were friendly. Keith and Barb next door were a wealth of info on where to go and things to do. The owner of home, Tony, was great to work with and very accessible to answer any questions and he called when we arrived to make sure everything was good with our accommodations. The only downside was that our time went by too quickly and we had to leave this wonderful place!

Best place on the river!
This is our second year staying at this property for our annual scalloping trip and we love it! Location is ideal to be able to access the gulf and enjoy the river and close to some of our local favorites by golf cart. Tony is always to easy to work with and available for any questions throughout the duration of the stay! We can’t wait for next year.

Family vacation
Our family enjoyed this river home. Able to keep our boat in the water at the house. Our granddaughters and our two dogs enjoyed the house and yard as well. Great place to enjoy a family vacation.

Very Good rental!
We particularly enjoyed the dock area. I cannot access my boat without the ladder that is provided. Very quiet neighborhood and thoughtful neighbors.

Loved the river retreat!
Great location we have friends that lived nearby and this was walking distance from them and the Freezer where we enjoyed lunch and dinner. We rented a pontoon and kept it right at the dock. The boat ride to the gulf and the springs were simple and we enjoyed fishing while we were here. Plenty of room for all!

Wonderful!
This house did not disappoint! Came with my husband, mother son and 3 of his friends. There is plenty of room, everything you need in the kitchen, and a very quit location close to some wonderful restaurants! Loved kayaking down the canal and Tony, the owner/realtor evan showed us the retirement community we are interested in . He was super pleasant and wonderful to work with.
