L'intera casa �� stata costruita in un design circolare, quindi tutte le camere sono uniche con ampi spazi aperti e molta luce con molte grandi finestre posizionate per la più suggestiva vista sull'oceano possibile. Questa casa (SLEEPS 10) è pensata con cura e piena di carattere. È dotato di splendidi pavimenti in legno in tutta la casa e bagni con piastrelle personalizzate. "Mountain to Sea" è caratterizzato da arredi e arredi ispirati alla spiaggia. Godetevi 2 portici di dimensioni eccessive al piano principale e al piano superiore della camera da letto principale mentre vi rilassate con vista sull'Oceano Atlantico. First I’ll start with the negatives.
1. The chairs for the dining room need to be replaced. The middles are all broken down and very uncomfortable to sit in.
2. The front steps to get into the house can be difficult for someone with mobility issues, but we knew this going in.
Now for the positives, which drastically outweigh the negatives.
1. The location. The beach is right across the street and a cross walk to the beach is right by the house. It was wonderful to be able to go for a morning beach walk and break up the beach day a few hours at a time. With the proximity to the beach, we were able to back to the house for food and the bathroom. Given this was a family beach vacation, location was the most important thing and this house delivered!
2. The house is very clean. I have rented from Vrbo a lot and a clean house is the most important thing for me. This house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in.
3. The house is very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen stock, very generous with paper products and laundry/dish cleaning supplies. Plenty of pillows for the beds, so everyone can pick the right one for them.
4. The main area of Folly with shops and restaurants is within walking distance and we also rented a golf cart for those that didn’t want to walk. Restaurants were all delicious! Bert’s is great for convenience, but very expensive, so I would recommend shopping at Publix off the island.
5. The management company was great! Very responsive!

Beautiful and clean home with all the conveniences. Kitchen is fully furnished for a relaxing meal at home. Location is perfect for a walk to food and drinks and just across the street from the beach. Have already recommended to friends!

I absolutley love this property! The size of the rooms and the lay out of the house lent well to our family having plenty of space and privacy when needed. The kitchen is stocked with tons of glassware, great pots and pans and coffee mugs galore. The living room is open and had great extra large couches for hanging out. The walk to the beach is super convenient and it was a bonus to have boogie boards, chairs and bikes at our disposal. I will come back here every year!

Our families from FL and VA were so pleased with our accommodations! Everything was just as it was pictured on line, clean, roomy, and cozy! We highly recommend our Folly Beach house directly across from the ocean and tastefully decorated! The beach bikes, beach tent, and Corn Hole came were equally enjoyable! We have rented this home many times and as always had such a wonderful vacation here. The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need for a week at the beach. Great location right across from beach - and far enough from the center of Folly to be quiet and provide lots of beach space while also being close enough to walk to the Pier or the County Park end. Highly recommended!!

What a sweet stay! The house has everything one would want/need, including a gas and charcoal grill. Kitchen is huge and super well equipped. The home interior is spacious, gracious, and full of personality. Not a generic, cookie cutter house. Great location: 1 minute to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to downtown. We loved it, and will be back! :)

Rented this property for a family wedding in Charleston. Excellent accommodations, beach access right across the street, 10 minute walk to downtown Folly and 25 minute drive to Charleston. We had family in from Europe and they loved the place.

One bedroom on the main level and 4 BR on the upper level. Two bathrooms on the upper level with 4 BR takes some scheduling for everyone to use but nothing can be done for that. There are ocean views but for clarification you are looking over another house across the street and the only really good view is from the upper balcony off the master BR. I say this only for clarification for others looking at the house, not as a downgrade on the property. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and comfortable. The TV situation could use some upgrading. I know that watching TV is not the main reason you go to the beach but the weather was not great while we were there so TV watching would have been a nice distraction. It is not clear on the description so I want to let other viewers know there is only one TV in the house and it’s in the living room. Only local channels can be viewed and the reception on those channels was spotty at times. Again, not a complaint but more for informational purposes for others interested in renting. The house is five blocks from the center of Folly Beach’s bar & restaurant scene. One nice addition would have been access to the elevator since we had several senior citizens that had difficulty with the stairs. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house. I would recommend this to any large group. I just wanted to point out the few things that I would think others looking at the house would want to know.

We loved this house. The owners do an amazing job maintaining it and stocking it. The beach is literally across the road. The town of Folly is close but not too close. It is quiet but in a few minutes you can be at all the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed. If we had to criticize something it would only be the dryer. We had six kids in the house and with all the beach towels the dryer was struggling. (That is literally the only thing we could critique) Thanks for a great week!

We had a great time. The house suited us perfectly. It’s was very convenient to the beach and to the few restaurants and shops. Only the amount of stairs were a little much for my parents and the two little ones. I considered it a good exercise program!! I would definitely stay here agian.

Work Getaway - offsite meetings
Property was as advertised. Easy beach access, plenty of rooms, amenities, etc. Closed out a work trip with time at beach and off-site collaborative meetings. Plenty of space for parking - house was equipped with nice appliances, two bbq grills and plenty of room to enjoy vacation and make yourself at home.

Nice house & Great response from the rental management company
We had some issues about air conditioning thermostats and the rental company was quick to respond. The house was clean and much roomier than the pictures showed on the website. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!!
