Se stai cercando di goderti la natura, fare un'escursione, fare una cena sul fuoco vicino al torrente, arrostire i prati palustri, fare un po 'di pesca in pedalò, vedere lucciole, colibrì, cervi, tacchino selvatico, dita dei piedi nella fresca insenatura , tempo della piscina, tempo dell'amaca, osservazione delle stelle, ammollo della vasca idromassaggio e tempo della famiglia, QUESTO è il posto che fa per te !!
Ho costruito questa cabina come luogo di incontro con la famiglia e gli amici, per riconnettermi con chi ami e per rilassarti e trovare la pace - Penso che troverai tutto questo qui. Nuovo campo da tennis e pickleball !!!!

fuori da Boone nella gated community di Powder Horn

It’s been a few years since we visited Heaven in the Hills and it’s still just as lovely. My family had a wonderful time. Location is amazing. Long range views with a full moon rising are breathtaking. Would easily come back again.

This was the perfect mountain cabin for our family. It had all that we needed and was as described. It was a bit of a drive to town but the view made up for it. Absolutely recommend!

This cabin was wonderful! The hot tub was great and the house and linens were clean and nice. It was a night get away for a girls night. Very relaxing. Already planning a trip back!

We were drawn to the scenic beauty of the house. We were looking for a quaint and cozy place to stay while we skied for the weekend and this house delivered. Gorgeous views, lovely hot tub, and just a few minutes drive to Boone. Would highly recommend Terry and the cabin. Host was very accommodating and very kind to talk to. Hope to be back soon! The view from this house was absolutely stunning! I would definitely stay here again, but with plans to stay at the house more. Grocery stores and restaurants are a 20-30min drive which is perfectly fine, but we did not plan accordingly for that so just a heads up! Would definitely stay here again- especially in the warmer months as the neighborhood has a beautiful lake, pool, clubhouse, etc

Over all great property with a beautiful view. The neighborhood has a lot of amenities we enjoyed. It is definitely a decent drive to Boone center so just be aware of that.

I had always wanted to see “fall” in the mountains and booked this beautiful cabin as my 60th birthday present for my wife and me!! Wow wow wow !! I prayed and God answered 🙏 From literally the best Mountain View cabin we have ever stayed in to the priceless memories around the fire pit during spectacular sunrises and sunsets and the fantastic customer service from Terry in between… everything was amazing!! The neighborhood has numerous great trails and we saw wildlife almost every day night … Thank you God and Terry for a great 60th birthday present … We are truly blessed and plan on being back and sharing this heaven in the hills gem with our family and friends!!

In my experience, rentals don't always live up to the photos on the listing. This rental is absolutely not the case. Matter of fact, the photos didn't even do it justice. It was GORGEOUS! Extremely clean, remote, quiet, scenic, and just overall amazing. New appliances, great hot tub, fire table, etc. Very happy with our stay!

Great getaway with friends. Started with coffee on deck in mornings. Spent day going shopping in Boone and lunch. One day to Grandfather Mountain, one to falls and just exploring and stopping anywhere we wanted! Ended with wine or cocktails on deck. Lots of fun and laughs! Had everything we needed.

Terry we had a wonderful stay at your gorgeous cabin. We four women friends all agreed that it was by far the most beautifully decorated, furnished, and coziest cabin we've rented. Never ever was a kitchen, especially, so well appointed with everything we could need! Much sorely needed peace and quiet was found here! Enjoyed the birds especially, including hummingbirds that have already migrated south from Ohio! Hopefully we can return one day!

This was a present for my mom, as she wanted to take her grandchildren to Tweetsie. We did have a day of rain on Thursday, but were able to ride into Blowing Rock and do indoor activities. We spent Friday at Tweetsie. The neighborhood was since with lots of wildlife, so drive slow. The views from the porches were great

This home was very beautiful and well taken care of. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the back gazebo and hot tub. We also used the outside grill and fire pit and it was so nice! I am looking forward to a stay here again soon! Thanks for such a great vacation.

This cabin is so wonderful that I make two trips to it each year. It is perched on the side of a mountain and has the most beautiful views. The pictures do not do the view justice. It also has a hottub on the deck and a screened in portion to keep the bugs away during the warmer months. The cabin is very nice and always clean. Powderhorn mountain is a beautiful community with many hiking trails and a nice campground. In the warmer months there is a pool next to the clubhouse. The owner is great to deal with. Check in is a breeze.

This was our first time in Powder Horn. We often stay in Leatherwood. We didn't feel the house was worth the price we paid. The home needs a deep clean, new pans, new window shades, updating and the hot tub wasn't one we wanted to get in. The neighbor beside this home has trash coming all over the hill beside this home. Very little cell service which most owners will warn you about if it's an issue at this cabin. We won't be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family comes to the area at least once a year. This was our first time staying at this cabin and we will definitely stay here again! You can tell the cabin is loved and well maintained when walking through the door. Very clean and cared for. Really well appointed, even with the extras like spices, paper products, blankets, etc. great communication and information from the owners in advance. We loved it!!!
