La casa mozzafiato di Nantucket si trova a Tom Nevers. Bellissimo ponte con comodi mobili di coperta e un grill a gas. Bella grande open space plan principale. Master Suite al primo piano con porte francesi sul ponte. Un sacco di posti a sedere con due divani in salotto aperto alla zona pranzo con sedie comode.
Situato in posizione centrale sull'isola, a due miglia dalla città e dalla spiaggia. Quattro camere da letto includono due camere con letti King, una regina e una camera a castello. Inoltre ci sono due grandi bagni, lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco. Questa casa dispone di una cucina aggiornata con tutti gli elettrodomestici inox.

We recently spent a terrific week at the High Tide property. Just far enough off the beaten track in the Tom Nevers section of Nantucket to feel removed from the congestion of the town, but close enough to ride bikes in for lunch or some shopping. Also, the property was very close to 'Sconset and Tom Nevers beach.
The property was the perfect size for our five person family (3 teenagers). Nice size bedrooms for everyone with two very large bathrooms. The kitchen was very well appointed and we found cooking meals to be very easy. A very nice back porch for eating outside in the evenings. We had a few rainy days during out stay, but the living room was large enough for all of us to lounge around and watch the olympics on the very comfortable couches. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are all available if needed. Awesome outdoor shower for post beach clean-up.
All-in-all, a great stay in a very nice property. Everything a family would need for an enjoyable vacation on Nantucket.

Absolutely loved our stay at High Tide. The accommodations were clean, as advertised and had lots of amenities. Was the perfect set up for parents and their grown children. Really appreciated the proximity to Tom Nevers beach and this quiet part of the island.

If you’re looking for space and serenity - this is it. The back porch and yard was sunny and beautiful. The house was spacious and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. Everything was perfect!

Overall a great home with tons of bedrooms/bed space. Kitchen was very well setup with many utensils. Outdoor area was beautiful, grill just needs some work on the knobs. We found a work around and overall had a good stay.

This property provided everything you needed and the location was very peaceful and relaxing and within a short drive to all of our wedding events. Would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Post Wedding R and R
High Tide was a comfortable house and just what we needed after our daughter's wedding. Had a refrigerator malfunction and Karen was super responsive and sent her manager over quickly and with ice. He was able to fix it within the day. Great work, T! Good location for us as well.

Great Nantucket rental!
We enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious, plenty of room for a group of 7 adults. The kitchen was modern and clean. Our favorite space was the outdoor area - we enjoyed having breakfast outside each morning and the outdoor shower. It was sometimes difficult to find a taxi/Uber but we walked to the closest bus stop when possible. Overall great, modern and clean property with plenty of room!

Gorgeous property, exactly as pictured. A bit far from downtown and other things, just make sure you coordinate taxis ahead of time, especially for a Sunday morning

Family compound for island wedding in Siasconcet
Everything was as shown. The property manager and maintenance crew were very responsive even on a holiday weekend. The pool and AC were great to have on the island. We appreciated that basic spices, sugar and coffee and olive oil and condiments were there already from prior tenants.

Stay was amazing! House was in great condition and as advertised. Close to beach. Nice outdoor space. Karen was great at communicating. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely getaway
Perfectly Nantucket! Decor was upscale. I liked that it was away from the harbor and shopping but not too far to run in for dinner. No complaints at all. It was a wonderful abode for a family of 5 with two teens and a tween. We were a bit jealous to learn the house called low tide had a pool, would have loved to jump in some cool water on a few days of our stay. It was our first time to Nantucket and this place was the best part of the whole trip!

Cute cottage in secluded neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is nicely appointed, plenty of beds/bedrooms to accommodate fairly large family, with all the amenities you’d need. Nice backyard for kids to play, and watching wildlife (bunnies and birds; also we spotted deer in the area! Which was a lot of fun for our kids). Location is good, short drive to town, as well as to the beach.

Great place!
We stayed for Mother’s Day weekend. The house was great. Big rooms, light and airy! The skylights are beautiful. We ran to the beach every morning and enjoyed the location...lots of space between you and neighbors. We’d stayed again!

Wonderful stay!
My husband and 19 month old daughter and I stayed at the house for 5 days, and we had an amazing time! The house was clean, open, well equiped with everything you could need and more. Karen delivered a pack n play and booster chair which was so useful! We loved the privacy of the location and took advantage of the grill outside, rain or shine. It was a relaxing week and we wish we could have stayed longer. Karen was a great host/ contact and was very responsive. We will DEFINITELY stay here again and have recommended it to our friends. We hope to rent out Low tide and High tide in the future!

Could be cleaner
We had a wonderful time but they can do better job with cleaning. Bed covers had stains, pet hair in the floor, refrigerator was not cleaned well. Property manager was very responsive and made the changes right away.

Comfortably slept two families, 4 adults and 4 kids and while the other house that shares the driveway was never an issue, I never even saw or heard other renters while we were there even though there were other cars.
Will definitely book this cottage again in the future.

This is a wonderful home and we really enjoyed our stay.
Additionally it’s only a mile or so from the beach, making it a great way to start the day. The home itself was very clean and spacious with a great deck.

Wonderful and Relaxing
A perfect family home in a lovely, peaceful location. Bright, cheerful and spacious. Great deck, grill and outdoor shower. The house has many windows providing beautiful views and an incredible breeze. Management was very thorough and quick to answer any questions. Will definitely return.

Lovely home - our girls ran to Sconset most mornings. Golf nearby - tennis a couple of roads away. It is not in town but if you want to bike etc it is perfect .

Peaceful & Relaxing off season getaway, I will return soon!
I couldn't wait to leave a review about my stay at Green Hollow. Traveling to Nantucket during the off season was the most relaxing trip of my life. Green Hollow is a lovely picturesque Nantucket home in the Tom Nevers neighborhood. The home is as shown, it is clean, cozy and feels like home.
My favorite spot in the home is the King Bedroom on the second floor. As I laid back on my pillow, the stars and night sky through the large skylight were heavenly! I would highly recommend Green Hollow. I wish I didn't have to leave.
Prior to booking, I had reservations about the shared driveway, however it did not in any way affect our stay. The other home looked so beautiful, that I have inquired with Karen about renting both for a large family gathering in the Fall.

Great Location, but house needs attention
Tom Nevers is a great location on Nantucket Island. You do, however need a car. This house is lovely in the photographs, but in reality, it needed some TLC. Upon arriving, the dishwasher needed to be emptied, and there were several light bulbs out and missing in different rooms, with no replacements on hand. There was no soap or body wash in any of the the bathrooms and on the second day, we ran out of toilet paper and had to make an emergency run to the store....really??? The patio door was broken which made getting out there difficult and lastly, the pillows on both dining chairs and couches were stained and unsightly. Natural colors are a great look, but stained upholstery is not. I was definitely disappointed with the lack of attention given to this house and would not rent it again, unless things improve. Sorry Karen

Nice comfortable place. Well equipped.
Good place. Plenty of room and neat and clean. A few descrepenceys but nothing unusually disappointing. The Smoke detector was beeping and after changing battery continued to beep. TV was hard to figure out. Seems like it had a mind of its own. I would definitely come back. Thank you.

Great house in great location
The house was great. It slept 6 adults and 2 babies very comfortably. The house is big and open but it’s very quiet and noise doesn’t travel far in it. The location was great, and close to everything. We were able to explore the entire island during our stay. We also saw deer every night on our way back home which we all thought was pretty cool. At night we made snacks and had wine around the kitchen table and in the living room. The open kitchen / living room has a great set up. Karen was very helpful and responsive from the time we booked all the way through our stay. We can’t wait to stay here again.
