Questa spaziosa e confortevole casa su due livelli di 3000 m² si trova sul lungomare dello splendido Lago Keowee. Situato al largo di Crooked Creek Rd a Goodwater con il molo.
Grande cucina completamente attrezzata con bar dell'isola e tavolo da pranzo, ideale per ospiti di ogni dimensione. La sala da pranzo separata può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Il soggiorno al piano superiore si affaccia sul lago.

Master camera da letto al piano superiore con bagno privato e TV. Le grandi scale della camera da letto hanno 2 letti matrimoniali. Ampia camera familiare giù per le scale, con tv, divano letto estraibile, cyclette e tavolo da air hockey. 1 bagno al piano inferiore e 1 bagno al piano superiore. La terrazza esterna si affaccia sul lago con una passeggiata leggermente in pendenza verso il patio, la zona del firepit e il molo. Bellissimi alberi, arbusti e fiori nel cortile per goderti e mantenerti fresco e rilassato. Bella zona per passeggiate, sentiero nelle vicinanze. Ottimo quartiere, tranquillo e accogliente.

House is in a great location and very clean. The boat ramp and fuel was 200 yards away and made it very easy for us to unload the boat and jet skis. House is dated but it didn’t bother us, we actually found it very homely. Elevator from the house to the dock was amazing, especially for taking all our gear from the house to the dock. The AC system at this house will freeze you out which was kinda nice. DO NOT BRING A BOAT down the driveway. It is extremely step and can be hard to navigate. No real complaints other then thee back yard area could use some trimming and maintenance but other wise it was a great house to vacation in.

The Vrbo site claimed that it was wheelchair accessible, which once we arrived was clearly not. The wheelchair accessible van could not even pull down into the driveway because it is dragging from the huge inclined driveway. The homes cleanliness was definitely not impressive considering we are charged $160.00 as part of someone coming in and cleaning after us. My family and I left the home way cleaner than we found it. So because of the false advertising on this page my friend was not able to attend this 4th of July with us which meant he had to leave, but paid his part to be able to have a so called great weekend. This is my first experience with a Vrbo and I can say it wasn't a great experience.

We brought a wide range of ages to our Memorial Day weekend trip, and this property was just perfect. It was clean, organized, and in such a beautiful and quiet spot on the lake. We spend the majority of our time on the dock lounging, fishing, and swimming! Stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels and potential sleeping arrangements for multiple ages. Easy gentle stairs in the home were fine for our 1yr old and my father in law was SO appreciative of the easy to operate tram that goes up and down from the house to the dock! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved the cozy decorations throughout. Made it feel just like my own home!! :)

Becky was great to work with and went above and beyond. The house is older as pictured and described, but everything was clean.and well maintained. The lake is beautiful and we really enjoyed renting a boat and using the fire pit area. I highly recommend it will definitely stay again when in the area.

The only issue was how quickly our weekend went. This house is nestled on a hill alongside the lake and is well appointed and maintained. Halfway down to the dock is a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Swimming in the lakes warm water was a great way to start and end the day. We were not disappointed.

Great house with lots of sleeping space. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Nice new appliances in the kitchen. Great view of the lake with easy access to the water. We enjoyed using the kayaks. We intended to use the fire pit, but never did. Easy to communicate with the owners and always responded quickly. Only 25 minutes from the Clemson campus. Highly recommend this property.

Great location on Lake Keowee with room for the entire family. My kids loved jumping off the dock and playing air hockey. Furniture in the basement is dated but everything was very clean.

Lake Getaway
We attended a volleyball tournament and football game at Clemson. Location was 15-20 minutes away from the campus which was no problem. Saturday provided us a great, sunny day in the lake which was the highlight of the trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for multiple couples/small families. Beds were comfortable and house was so clean! Location was great because it’s not far from Seneca/groceries/shopping. Loved the dock on the lake and having the ability to dock our boat there.
Only issue with the location/house is that there is no room for boat and trailer in the yard or driveway. You have to park boat and trailer down the road at the nearest landing.

We enjoyed our stay on the lake. The dock/area was very conducive to boating. We enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. We found the shrubbery/landscaping a bit overgrown changing the appearance as compared to the picture, however, it didn't truly affect our experience.

Amazing place for relaxing in lake
Just left after a few days at this house with 4 adults and 5 teenagers-and we are so sad!! We had such a great time! The house is very well equipped with kitchen items, towels and blankets. The home is somewhat dated amd there isn't a lot of hang out space-we used the dining room to play games and visit together. . It really needs an outdoor table/more seating-but the owner says that is coming! It will be a very good addition! The dock was great-this part of the lake is AWESOME! Not a ton of boats coming through so fun and safe to play off the dock for hours!!! And that is what we enjoyed the most! Quick 15 minutes to Seneca for all our shopping needs and the boat launch is 5 minutes away! You won't be disappointed with the location of the home!

Amazing views, awesome space, Great communication with the owners. If you needed anything this house had it. The kitchen had everything. The dock is nice and covered. The water is nice and clear. We had several fires in the cool fire pit. We friends and family had an amazing Memorial Day here! And will definitely be back.

Clemson Getaway
Beautiful setting with lake views from the back of the home. Property manager was very accommodating and responsive to any inquiries we had throughout our stay. Would definitely book again.

Great Lake House
The house was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We picked it because of its setting by the lake and the trees, which were lovely. We didn’t use the fire pit by the lake, but really wish we would’ve. It seemed like a perfect way to end the night. We came into town for a Clemson game. The drive was closer to 25 minutes both days we drove to and from town, which felt a bit misrepresented in the property description that put it at “15-20 min”. They did disclose the house would not be stocked with toiletries, but generally I find this to be an nice touch as weary travelers don’t want to worry about these things as soon as they get in or really have to take any time out of their vacation dealing with this errand. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place if you’re not in town for a game and just want a nice quiet lake house by nature that accommodates a big group.

The property was as amazing as advertised. Hugh and Becky were amazing hosts and were constantly available for communication and were extremely helpful with all of my questions. I would recommend this place to any family or group setting as the views of the lake from the back porch are second to none.

Family get together
We had an amazing stay!! The house was perfect for the families and the water was perfect for the kayaks, kids and the older ones too. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was a great place to have three brothers and dear old mom reunion! Everyone had a great time!!!! Even the teenagers that are sometimes hard to please said it was the best vacation ever!! Water during the day and games around the table in the evenings. Wonderful memories were made that will be shared for years to come!!!
