We loved this rental property and had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious and equipped with up to date appliances. The kitchen is stocked with everything one can think of and had plenty of settings for a large group. There were a large assortment of beach toys, chairs, and we were thankful for the beach wagon and umbrella. Access to the beach is direct and the outside shower by the garage made keeping the sand tracking to a minimum for us. Loved the pool and the outdoor balconies made for a great view of the canal, sunset, and sunrise. Our hostess responded quickly to emails and texts before and during our stay. We did not experience any issues with check in or out. We had an age range of 11-57 and everyone enjoyed our stay, the location, and the home.

Property was very nice. Bedrooms are a bit small and one bedroom closet was locked with no place to unpack clothes. Kitchen cabinets were very full with no place for groceries and the pantry door was locked. We did have an issue with the AC due to a dirty filter. Of course it went out late Friday evening. Luckily we were able to change out the filter and able to get AC running until AC company came out.

Overall the stay was great. The place was clean and had a lot of very cool beach stuff to use! Small hiccup with the refrigerator, and the WiFi for streaming wasn’t great but those are small factors to us and the host was very responsive and helpful!

The beach and all around town of Mexico City is wonderful. It small, quiet, not touristy at all! The beach itself is gorgeous!
Good: The home wa spretty clean. They did supply the home with towels and supplies for the beach. It was bigger than expected and seemed to have enough games and such for rainy days.
Not so Great:
The host was very communicative in the beginning. That made me feel really good about booking here. What did frustrate me about the communication was the lack of knowledge given to us about things not working. The freezer did not keep things as cold as it should have. Our icecream never became frozen even after 6 days of being in there. The ice machine did not work. Then the microwave... I emailed her in a panic, not wanting to be blamed for the microwave and her response was she knew about it. The microwave was above the oven and when we opened the door of it, it flew open barely hanging on by a screw! It also never heated the food properly. We made a lot of meals at home to save money and this was super frustrating for left overs and making instant meals for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Short walk to the beach and everything you could need in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi gave us some trouble but the homeowner was prompt in helping us get that fixed! Overall wonderful stay!

This was a great property, perfect for our family. The house was roomy and bright, and very comfortable. We had one small problem with the dishwasher, but the owner was quick to respond and resolved the issue.
The beach was a short walk away. Sand was sugar white and the water was so clear. All beach items you could need were supplied by the host, wagon included.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to Mexico Beach.

Our family had wonderful week at your house. Best stocked kitchen, nice garage with plenty of beach equipment ( chairs, beach buggy, beach toys, crab nets, etc.), nice dock on canal out back for fishing and crabbing. Did not do as well in the surf as usual with only a couple of small flounder. Also best sleeping beds. Every thing as advertised and more. Loved the house, location, and beach. Went for scallops with a group of friends. Had a great time but wasn’t our day. The home is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable. The only negative this review will get is that for a group of guys on a football Saturday in the south, ESPN is a must and the Direct TV package at this home did not offer that. They did offer internet TV but on this weekend the internet was very hit and miss and streaming was not possible. Other than that great place to stay. Would definitely come back.

The house is unique having the canal to park a boat behind it and the beach across the street. Our kids loved the bunk room on the third floor. We love everything about our stay here!

Perfect beach trip
Property was perfect for the family and excellent mix of everything you would want. Plenty of space, very clean, very updated. Beach was directly across the street with plenty of space to spread out and the beautiful beaches of the area. Pool was great option, never too crowded. Also could fish from the back dock for some fun.
I did notice many of the other houses allowed access to the garage which would have been very usefull as this one was locked for trike storage. Also noticed many other houses had nice grills, this one had a tiny charcoal Webber. I know owner had a bad experience but just a heads up in case you like to grill like I do. The beach toys/chairs and cart provided were really great though.
Mango Marleys and nearby shops were nice. Even grabbed a fishing charter that was a good time.
Overall would stay again and had a solid week.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo at Mexico Beach! The location was perfect with just a short walk to the pool, the beach and dinner at Mango Marley's. We could not have asked for a better vacation!
