We love visiting Siesta Key and this was the perfect place to stay! The Condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. The Property and amenities were awesome including easy beach and pool access. The owners were very responsive and helpful with check in and check out and anything in between. We will stay here again!

Great place, we loved, it’s are fourth stay in Palm Bay the apartment was beautiful, it’s the first time that owner was in top of everything, very happy with Troy, I wil comeback and definitely want to rent same unit!!!

Myself and 3 teenagers had a great weekend here. We took some great senior pictures near the water and on the beach. Place was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the private beach access and the pool. The checkin process was very easy. Would definitely come back here and recommend to others!

We had a fantastic visit, the place was perfect. Very clean and with comfortable beds. Check in was really simple and straightforward. Parking was easy. We were even able to get some guest passes and parking pass for some family we have in the area.

We absolutely loved staying with at this property! The accommodations were wonderful, the decor tasteful, and the proximity to the beach and other activities was superb. As a travel agent, I am fortunate to stay in some amazing locations, and would put this right at the top. We will be back!

Great place to stay! We wanted to get away for a long weekend for our babymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better location! It was a short walk to the beach which was a big deal for me being in my third trimester. The beach was fantastic! PBC will set up chairs for you and you can rent an umbrella a day in advance or early in the morning. It’s private so less crowded. Two pools were a great option. Short trolly ride downtown to restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Beach wagon was a life savor. Troy was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The elevators were being repaired during our stay and he was kind enough to give us a heads up. Completely outside of his control but appreciated how communicative he was. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was perfect for girls weekend. Property was perfect with pool and hot tub by the bay and short walk to ocean. Free lounge chairs at the beach and can rent umbrellas. Very relaxing get away.

We enjoyed out time at this condo very much. We liked the security and the amenities that it had to offer. We played pickleball, swam, sat in the hot tub, and used their workout facilities. It is a slight walk to the beach, but we didn't mind the walk. We would consider going back.

We enjoyed the condo yet did notice some ants on counters, cupboards. We had a great time, weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of the trip. Thank you!!

The property was wonderful. Both pools were nice but we preferred the bay-side pool. There was a great breeze and you could nwatch the boats idle by. The beach was unlike any other and it’s very large in front of this resort. There were chairs provided by the resort and the unit also had ample chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to haul everything. The unit was very clean comfortable. The owners were amazing - very responsive and accommodated our ever-changing schedule. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Siesta Key.

Simply said Troy’s place was awesome. It was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Having a wagon, beach toys, coolers , chairs, and towels was awesome. We stayed in a different unit last year and you can really tell Troy put a lot of thought into having everything you needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There wasn’t anything we wish we had. It really was the best and we already can’t wait to come back!

This was our first trip to Siesta Keys & we had a blast! The condo was just as described & was neat, clean, & comfortable. The couch & recliner were super comfy & so were the beds. I also loved the beach, cozy decor. It also included beach towels & beach equipment as described & it was so nice not to have to worry about bringing towels, a cooler, chairs, umbrella, & beach cart with us. Troy was the best host & quickly responded when we had trouble with the keycode. We even forgot on of my son’s stuffed animals & Troy is going to mail it to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future.

Fantastic Host with quick response.The condo was clean & beautiful with great furniture and decor. Location was great. Just a few steps from the pool by the Bay (and we loved watching the sunrise on the Bayside)and a short walk across the street to the beach.
We used Johnny’s Free Ride when we didn’t want to drive to the village or places down the opposite side..and we loved being in an area that had this available. Also, if anyone is reading, this would like a recommendation for a restaurant, the Daiquiri Deck was amazing..

Excellent condo!
This condo was absolutely spotless and appointed very well! Parking was easy as well as check-in. The location had two nice swimming pools and was only a quarter mile walk across the street to an incredible beach with access to chairs etc.
The condo had beach towels an umbrella and other great things to use while staying there.

Tucked off the intercoastal…it was wonderful seeing dolphins come up to the dock. All the other children staying were great to my daughter. A lovely place for families! Felt like a Labor Day weekend bar-bq! Condo was neat and clean and had all we could need!

It was an amazing experience. The apartment is in great location, and has everything a family with kids may need: fully equipped kitchen, laundry on the premises, beach towels and toys for kids, comfortable beds and furniture. The owners are easy to communicate with and provided us with all information needed. We would greatly recommend this property to other guests, and would love to come back ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay at Troy’s place at the Palm Bay Club. The condo is on the 2nd floor, marina side of the street, close to nice marina pool. Condo was decorated really well and was clean. We had a tough time finding the closet with the beach stuff - it is behind the door in the 2nd bedroom. The beach stuff Troy provides is really great to use - chairs, umbrella, boogie board, noodles, wagon and more - makes it really easy to take and use at the beach. Troy was very responsive to my texts and very helpful with any requests. As for the Palm Bay Club resort, tennis courts are great and they have plenty of racquets and balls to use. Beach is a 5 minute walk, but you can also drive and park really close if you don’t feel like walking. They have chairs and chaise lounges for all Palm Bay guests to use for free. Marina pool has a nice grill set up that you can use. Local restaurants we really liked were Fresh Catch, Seafood Joint and Star Thai and Sushi. Also we had an amazing 2 hour dolphins and sandbar cruise with Captain Joey Sweet (Sweet Sunsets and Dolphin Tours). Thanks Troy for your hospitality!

Great condo & location
We had an AMAZING experience (and we’ve been to Siesta multiple times)……the condo was very up to date and cozy. Very downy fresh clean! The beds were very comfy as well as the oversized blanket while we watched a movie in the living room lol! Troy was very quick to respond to our messages :) The location was perfect, short 4 min walk to the beach but if you ever had to start the morning taking coolers, umbrellas etc over, I would just park my car closer to open parking spots by the beach side of the complex (a tip to consider). Important to note and only downside, the gym wasn’t accessible unless you went to the office to get a pass (and office was closed after 5p and weekend)….maybe a future Key/access code can be made.
Will definitely be coming back 100%!!!

Great location private beach
Check in process was simple and good location. Had everything you needed for the beach. Room was clean and had everything you needed. A balcony to sit on to have coffee or relax a plus. Private beach is a big plus July 4th weekend glad we weren’t at the public beach.

We were with a very large group. We all stayed at the Palm Bay Club. Really liked the central courtyard. Kids could play there which they really enjoyed.

Amazing vacation spot!
We loved our vacation here with our family of 5 . Our kids are 4, 3, and 8 months. We spent most of our time at the pool on the bay side, which is very close to this condo! It is a beautiful pool and setting. The entire property is clean and beautiful. The walk to the beach with 3 kids took 15-20 mins, but the beach wagon provided made it much easier. The cool sand on the beach and the private area with chairs provided was so nice! We watched a few stunning sunsets. Troy was very responsive to my messages before, during, and after our stay. The website has helpful info as well. We rented some baby items from a rental company, and he helped facilitate the drop off of that prior to our arrival. The condo was clean and well kept. It was big and the perfect set up for our family. We bought groceries on day 1 and never ate a meal out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We ate many meals on the patio. We visited Sarasota Jungle Gardens and Mote Aquarium during our stay and would recommend both for family fun! We took the free trolley to Siesta Key Village for some yummy ice cream. I spent A LOT of time looking at properties all over Florida to find a vacation spot for our family. It’s hard to convey how wonderful this vacation was in a review- so I’ll just say look no further- book this condo!! We can’t wait to go back.

A great break from the action
We really enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you need to stay in or to launch out. Well stocked and well managed. Great walks on the beach and play pickle ball with my daughter. Highly recommended.

Immaculate getaway!!
I really debated going through VRBO because I had heard horror stories of last minute cancellations or rentals that were not represented accurately. We were extremely fortunate to stumble upon Troy's place!!! First, all communication with him was timely and helpful; he was also great about being flexible and allowing us to check in two hours early as soon as the condo was ready. Second, the condo was immaculate and well appointed...both bathrooms/bedrooms spotless, everything smelled fresh, and a beach cart, cooler, and big beach towels were all provided to us. Third, the property itself (Palm Bay Club) is gorgeous!! Pools/hot tub were never too crowded, the grounds are beautiful, and the walk to the beach is very manageable - about 5-7 mins but you are within the resort walkway so you aren't dodging people on a narrow sidewalk. We took the trolley and froghop to the village a few times - 5 minute ride. If you wanted to walk to the south village (Captain Curt's, a coffee shop, Daquiri Deck, Clayton's, Orange Octopus ice cream...), it's slightly less than a mile. If you want to be close to the action, I would recommend staying closer to the village but we liked this location because at the end of the day, we could come back and just sit in the hot tub and look out at the boats passing by - it was the perfect peaceful setting after being on the go all day. 100% recommend Siesta Key for Me!! Thank you Troy for a wonderful stay!!!

Perfect Beach Vacation
We stayed for three nights following a theme park stay, and this property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing end to our vacation. Property was exactly as expected from the listing, and we walked across the property to the beach. Owners provided everything we needed at the beach. We also loved spending time in the bay-side pool.

Exceptional Property
If you are looking for a great condo in Siesta this is it! The condo was very clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need and then some! The balcony was a great peaceful spot to enjoy our morning coffee.The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating. The grounds of the facility are very well maintained. We spent a good bit of time at the Bayside pool enjoying the view of the bay, and watching the boats pass through. This was a wonderful trip.
