Il nostro condominio è molto pulito e ben arredato. Situato in una gated community sulla splendida Emerald Pointe di Tablerock Lake.
Splendidamente decorato in tutto; cucina completamente attrezzata; lavastoviglie, frigorifero full size, top in vetro, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ampia sala da pranzo e bar per la colazione con sgabelli da bar. Il portico per sole per tutte le stagioni schermato / vetri è in moquette e ha mobili da giardino per godersi il tempo libero.
Offriamo un condominio deluxe con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Il nostro condominio ha tutti i comfort di casa. Le camere da letto hanno un comò e / o una cassapanca e una TV via cavo a schermo piatto nel soggiorno ed entrambe le camere; alcuni con DVD. Il bagno principale ha una vasca idromassaggio. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Il condominio ha una sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice, soggiorno e veranda / sala da sole per tutte le stagioni in vetro / schermato con mobili da giardino. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD.

Abbiamo una nuova piscina a partire da maggio 2018, a soli 25 metri dal condominio e siamo a soli 100 iarde o meno dal lago Tablerock, con un porto turistico a servizio completo (Branson Bay Marina) e un negozio di generi alimentari a solo 1/2 isolato dal ovest. Un paradiso per la pesca, la nautica e gli sport acquatici. Siamo inoltre situati vicino a tutte le attrazioni di Branson tra cui Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, centri commerciali, spettacoli, ristoranti, porti turistici, Tablerock Lake Dam e vivaio di pesci per citarne alcuni. This condo was wonderful. Kept very clean. Location is good in adjacent to attractions. Nicely stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen ware...etc. Everything you need. Enjoyed using the pool. Our host was wonderful and responded timely to our questions. This is a place I eould go back to again and again.

We stayed at this condo over Labor Day weekend & it was perfect for us. Easy access to the lake as well as all the other fun things the Branson area has to offer. Sandy was such a great host! It was very important to her that we had a great time. And we did!

This place was quaint and right near the water. We loved the extra sunroom to wake up and have coffee in with the windows open to hear the birds. The pool was fantastic and we met so many wonderful people during our stay. We will definitely book another weekend at Sandy’s place. She made it very easy and is very accommodating.

This condo is in the perfect location and was very clean with plenty of space for us. (Two adults and three teenagers).
Spoke with owner/property manager and she was so sweet and helpful.

We may have 'friends in low places', but this condo was not one of them..It was fabulous! 'If tomorrow never comes'... I'll be so glad I was able to stay at this property...we stayed here during our visit to see Garth Brooks at Thunder Ridge and we couldn't have been more satisfied with this condo. So close to the event venue, we were able to avoid most of the concert traffic! And there's no better set up if you want to bring a boat! The sunroom had a breathtaking view if you're used to city life! Will definitely be back. Thanks for your hospitality!

The list of obligations by the renter was 7 pages long. Detailed about how to do everything & what not to do, along will all fines associated with not doing it correctly. They wanted a credit card at time of giving me the lock box codes so I could be charged for not doing exactly what she ask. I have rented Vrbo properties for over 20 years and have never had a list of requirement & fines associated. We were literly half way to Branson and had not received the rental agreement or lock box codes. She was not going to give me the lock box code until I gave her a credit card. At this point it the condo was all paid in full and she was harassing me for a credit card before she would give me the lock box code.
Save your self the stress of dealing with this person - there are plenty of beautiful condos to rent from other owners who wan you to have a great visit and experience on your vacation. Did I mention after we did the sheets, the towels, cleaned the condo as instructed - we still had to pay a cleaning fee CASH.

BEAUTIFUL
The location could not have been better. Our view was somewhat shaded but you could see the lake and it was a very short walk to the courtesy docks. The shade made for a very comfortable temperature to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening games.

Branson Mini Vacation
This is the first time we use VRBO, and stayed at a condo, instead of a hotel. Sandy made sure we knew how to get there, let us know we can call for anything. Condo look just like the pictures, there's a nice relaxful vacation. My family and I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice place
It was a great place. It was a bit dated. But nice. New couch and chair. The only thing that it didn't have was a grill. But we were very pleased. Would stay again!

The condo was very well stocked with everything you need ! Only complaint is that s that you are asked to leave an additional cleaning fee. But, you are asked to take out the trash, wash the laundry, and start the dishwasher. There should not be an additional cleaning fee if you are asked to do some of the cleaning.

They were re-roofing the entire area. We had to park 2 blocks away and carry everything up hill. I am glad that we took teenagers, I would have never made it. There was a few cob-webs in the corners of the codo. The furniture was really out dated and really worn. It was nice but could use a better overall check before renting out.

Great stay. Low rating on the cleanliness due to toilet problems that I had to clean myself. Check in process was too long and overly complicated. Overall place was very good. Excellent location. For the money I don’t think you can beat it.

Labor day Get away
Our experience was great, even when city inspector hung signs around complex in concern of structure damage to rear porches. Everything was well stocked and everything was found in clean setting. We washed everything from towels to bedding leaving only vacuum chore for cleaning service

The condo was clean and the setting was great.
The only issue we had was trying to get into contact with the property owner to get the code to get into the condo. It was supposed to be available at 4. I was finally able to reach the owner at 8. I called, left a message, emailed, and got no response. I was finally able to get her to answer her phone at 8 PM. We did receive a notice about making sure nothing was left in the condo or there would be a $20 charge plus shipping to return anything that was left. The young lady that was staying with us, forgot to check the nightstand, and left her jewelry. She was charged $58 to have it returned due to the inconvenience. I understand the inconvenience, but we were also inconvenienced because we could not reach the owners to get the code to get into the condo for 4 hours.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Branson. The location of the condo was convenient for the activities we had planned during our stay. The condo was clean and, even though in a large complex, quiet. Our only concern was that the enclosed patio windows were difficult to open and then keep open. Wish there was a better/easier way to "air out" the condo by using these windows.

Excellent stay
Communication with Sandy was awesome. When the breaker on the AC unit switched off, Sandy not only made sure it got corrected, she then offered to extend our stay because of the inconvenience. She was a delight to rent from. We have rented from her before and all her rentals are clean, well stocked and she is quick to call you back. We look forward to renting from her again.

Many shortcomings
The property was disappointing to our family. Expected outdoor feel based on beautiful sunset and description as close to marina and outdoor grill availability. Grill was subpar as was windowed in porch w non functioning windows and musty smell. Inadequate kitchen supplies and basically no outdoor feel as missing chairs by grill which had to be shared w 2 other units. Pool was redeeming quality but still disappointed w shabby furniture and closed in feeling of this rental
Cannot even imagine accommodating as many guests as advertised. We had 5 adults 1 teen and 1 baby. Also the requirements for how unit was to be left were excessive, considering the tenacity involved in meeting these requirements along w threat of monetary penalty. Although the unit was clean, there were several light bulbs missing, fans were difficult to operate. Kitchen and bathrooms were adequately stocked but no Kleenexes anywhere. Also no info about surrounding area and the other pool we were entitled to use. . .

Nice place to stay with some minor flaws
The condo was very nice. Difficult to get to for people with limited abililities (2 flights of steps; ground level entrance much too far away). Housekeeping could be improved (toys found under edge of couch, when looking for our own), light bulbs missing, extremely unstable bar stool, sliding glass door difficult to slide and missing blind panels. Granddaughter (6 yrs. old) immensely impressed with the patio - loved the ladybug theme! Would be great in warmer weather. 'Appreciated the abundance of towels! Most basics furnished. DVD only on main TV, not on each TV. Wifi unavailable (son is an I.T. tech and unable to connect.) Phone service limited (by 2 different services). We had a good time. Except for the minor drawbacks, would recommend this condo. Thank you.

Good location
WE were looking for a condo close to the lake so we could easily go back and forth from our boat to the condo throughout the day- it was great, convenient and within easy walking distance. The marina was helpful too. (But if your wanting a lake view this is not the place.) This condo is also convenient for pool and shuffleboard use-very nice. The interior of the condo was adequate - it had all we needed for our stay. The furniture was not very comfortable to sit on and watch a movie at night and would have been afraid to use the bar stools if we would have needed them as they were pretty wobbly. Some pros and some cons, therefore the 3 star rating (average).
