The view is what you are paying for but the furnishings are really old. The bed is uncomfortable, all you feel are springs. It just felt overall tired and I couldn't stop thinking about the dirt that has accumulated over the years on the furniture, mattress and carpets.
I gave it a 4 because the view is good otherwise it would have been 2 stars.

Very comfortable, older unit. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances you would want. Views on two sides (end unit) are gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location & view. Could use a fresh update. Carpet & upholstery seemed to hold a stale odor. However we would stay here again.

We loved staying here - great ocean views and within walking distance to good restaurants. Very comfortable and fully stocked ktichen. We will definitely be back!

It felt like visiting grandma's condo. Except grandpa isn't around to help fix anything anymore and grandma is having a hard time cleaning on her own.
The glass shower door fell off when trying to shut it, causing it to come crashing down into the bathtub and narrowly missing my twinkly little toes.
Then the bath towel I tried to use smelled very strongly of wet, stinky dog. Or maybe that's wishful thinking..
There's a bare electrical wire coming out of the dining light fixture.
The TV situation is a comical, open rats nest of boxes and wires.
Holes in the walls that need to be patched, caulk coming apart, sun bleached wall art and a distinct smell of fresh vinyl throughout.
Oh yeah and be careful exiting on the right side of the gate. with anything other than an SUV. The ground will attempt to relieve you of metal parts under your vehicle when you drive through the gate.
Def not staying here again.

The whole place is dated and worn and is over due for a refresh/update.
Furniture and carpets are stained.

Property was safe and secure. We stayed during the week which was better for us as it got much louder on Friday. The only issue was that the kitchen window had a high pitch squeal when the wind blew. And it is always windy. Otherwise, the place itself was great, with beautiful views!!

Great access to charming shopping area - just a few steps away. Secure parking. Best views ever in this corner unit! Roomy kitchen for preparing all the fresh, readily available seafood. We’ll definitely be back.

The space was exactly as advertised. Simple condo with no surprises.

The place was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Only 2 issues: (1) when I went to get a wine glass, I noticed 2 glasses that had cracks in them. I left them on the counter. (2) The dishwasher was full of clean dishes (I assume from the previous guests. I didn't empty it and just washed the dishes I used. Other than those 2 minor things, I had a wonderful stay.

This condo has fantastic views out the front and side of the ocean and beach. A lovely deck and comfortable living space. It was clean but a little tired looking with older furniture, linens and old and mismatched kitchen dishes and cutlery. Very close and convenient to shops in restaurants less than a block away. Lovely secured parking for 1 vehicle.

The location and view are fabulous! We loved watching the weather and the ocean! While the unit itself was very clean, we found the kitchen wasn't quite so good. We found dirty silverware in with the clean silverware, standing grease on a cookie sheet in the cabinet, and the scrub brush for the dishes was full of grease. Plus, there weren't any Kleenex - not one cube or box anywhere!

This condo is like visiting grandma’s house. The space is comfortable and quiet with amazing views of the ocean. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops with beach access just around the corner. If you like a firm mattress the bed will be perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

I was so grateful for a view of the lighthouse from inside at a price I could afford mid week off season. I think this is the best view on the beach. They provide all necessities except coffee. Be sure to bring your own. What, coffee is to a necessity. :)
The condo was very clean. The windows were really clean. The only thing wrong was I didn't want to leave to go anywhere. I was worried about the bed after reading the reviews about how hard it is. Got a good nights sleep and did not wake up in pain so it's all good. Heater in the bedroom is crazy noisy. I turned it off before going to sleep. There are plenty of blankets available.
Everything is well maintained.
Swivel rocker recliner by the window is appreciated!

They need to update the wood furniture and blinds. I don't mind cleaning the windows. A hose and sprayer should be supplied. Other than that it was great.

Nice but tv in bedroom didn’t work. No cable and the heater was pretty loud in there. Slept on the couch the whole time. Not a bad couch. Lol

This condo is on the north side of the building so you get views of the ocean and the beach all the way to the light house.
VACASA was great to work with. The day before our check-in they sent us all the information to get into the condo and get the WIFI running.
This three story building has an elevator. A must for our family.
You are just half a block from the Nye Beach shops and restaurants and a little more to the beach.
The condo is dated and worn, so don't expect it to look as good as the pictures. The queen bed should be replaced.

The location is what convinced me to book. When we arrived, it was everything we wanted. The elevator is always an asset and, much appreciated. The view and comfort of the living room was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. Having two bathrooms is a plus and they were both just fine. The bedroom was well set and the bed quite comfortable and plenty of closet and dresser space to store clothing. If you just want to hang out at Nye Beach you can park and walk to the beach, shops and some great restaurants. Hopefully when we plan another trip to Newport this unit will be available.

Beautiful views, great location but the unit is overfilled with outdated and unnecessary furnishings like a piano and ancient exercise bike. The dried flowers and artwork were just sad. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy and flat. The unit smelled musty.

Great location but very worn and not very clean. A lot can be overlooked except a smelly mattress & pillows. For the price the condo needs major upgrade.

The views were spectacular. Even though it was cloudy and rainy, it was still wonderful. The furnishings were very dated, but we could deal with that with a view like they have. Furnishings were like 80s/90s. The bed was terrible, pans in kitchen were beyond their lifetime and only one teaspoon. But the thing that pushed us over the edge was the power going out... and all appliances and heating was electric. So no way to make food, no lights, no heat, etc. I had to wrangle with vacasa for 8 hrs before someone finally got back to us. Vacasa representative lied to us too. They said it was a power outage in our area. I thought that was weird when we could see the house next to us had lights on, so I called the power company and there was no outage in our area. They couldn't resolve the lack of power, so we had to pack up and move quickly before it got dark. But the relocation specialist was great and helped to find us another place, but it was really stressful day.

Wonderful view, great location but...
You couldn't ask for a better view or location. The condo is in a complex right on Nye Beach and is easily accessible to every Newport attraction. The beach is literally right out your door. The condo is dated and a bit worn but clean. It is certainly a great value in comparison to other properties with the same view and excellent location. One caveat, however; the mattresses is absolutely horribly uncomfortable. Personally, I could not stay there again unless it was replaced. After six nights, my back was in very bad shape.
