First time at a VERBO property that was so poorly maintained beyond normal wear. Very disappointed.

We stayed at Summerlin during SEMA. The place was great. Clean, comfortable beds and great outdoor space. Used the grill one night as well which was a bonus. John was easy to get in touch with and was a pleasure to work with!

The pool is beautiful is absolutely beautiful and so is the property , with its high ceilings and breathtaking master suite.

Lovely home in safe neighborhood. Pool was awesome, with a dolphin on the bottom, which my grand-daughter named, "Splash". Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I want to start off by saying John the owner is awesome. Love that he was available and responsive whenever we needed him. That was from the start of the reservation till departure. The home location is about a 19 minute commute to the strip. Great location has everything in the area from Grocery to Fast food, shopping. The neighbors put on an awesome fireworks show that we could see right in the back yard. We had to move out of the yard because some of the fireworks residue was coming over in the yard! But it was an awesome show especially if you like fireworks! Overall our stay was great and as I advised John. I will be back to rent with him again.

I rented this for my sales team during a trade show. It was ideal to come home to a spacious home after the hectic workday. Neighborhood was peaceful. Also only 1/2 hr away from great outdoor rec areas. Communication with John, the property manager, was exceptional. Look forward to staying here again.

This property is as advertised in a very nice neighborhood. My contact with John very good along with house rules had other numbers to contact if we needed anything. Chilly for pool in October but hot tub was good along with sitting area and grill.

This is the absolute best house we have ever rented. The house was impeccably clean at our arrival and the pool and hot tub were really well maintained during our stay. This house has all the amenities you could need! John was easy to deal and anwsered all of our questions! The home is in a calm neighnorhood but close to everything: close enough to all the entertainment, and far enough to relax in the pool and hotub! Vegas is also a great destination to enjoy the outdoors: Red Rock Canyon, Valley of fire, Grand Canyon, Zion national park, Death Valley. And just a few hours from LA... thanks again for letting us enjoy your wonderful home!!

This is a fabulous home with most things you need. The pool was lovely and I became quite spoiled spending as much time in it as I could. There is a Jacuzzi but we didn't use it because the pool was perfect enough for us. Lots of outdoor seating, with a gas grill. The home itself is beautifully furnished and the bed in the master was so very comfortable. It was just my husband and myself so we didn't check out the beds upstairs. Everything we needed was on the main floor. I'd recommend this home for anyone going to Vegas. It is about 15 minutes from the Strip. As for nearby amenities, there is everything you can ask for ... fine dining (Echo & Rig to name one), fast food, and fun family style restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, dry cleaners & grocery stores are also close by. If you are staying for an extended time like we did, we found Costco about 15 minutes away and great for bulk buying. The only thing I would like to have had was perhaps an umbrella for some shade in the back by the pool. We've rented homes quite a few times across the US and have found that it is quite common for all the towels and face cloths to be white. With a pool, I didn't feel comfortable taking them outside so we did buy some nice fluffy beach towels to use by the pool and then bring them home with us when it was time to return home. John, the owner, was very quick to get back to us with any questions. The only problem we had was that one of the toilets wouldn't flush and he was quick to get someone over to fix it. He was great to work with and I look forward to staying there next time we are in Vegas!

Good for family members who don't want to stay in a hotel and have family who live in Summerlin

Very beautiful home with all you need for a great stay included. Close by to places to eat and grocery/convenience stores. John was super polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

We really enjoyed our time at this Summerlin villa. The area is nice and quiet but easy to get to with restaurants, shops and super markets within a few minutes drive. The villa is beautifully furbished with modern TVs, great size dining area and 2 seating areas, fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool and air hockey, WiFi etc. and all presented to a very high standard. The pool is fantastic and the Jacuzzi a delight, perfect for relaxing after time on the Strip. We could not fault this villa, it is perfect.

The property was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The house is tastefully decorated with a homey, and welcoming feeling. Plenty of room for 4 adults..and two children 4 and 11. John was easy to work with from initial reservation to check out. We would definitely recommend this rental, and would love to stay here again in the future..John thanks for everything.

House was nicely outfitted with linens and kitchen utensils. Washer and Dryer are a great convenience. Pool and spa were perfect for early morning dips and winding down after long days of enjoying the sites of Las Vegas. Spa heated quickly and was ready for use in about 15 minutes. Pool table was in a converted garage area with no air conditioning so we did not use it, but the pool and sitting area in back was perfect. Neighborhood was very nice and in an upscale area. Only issue was that the upstairs shower had little pressure. Owner was informed and had his handy man scheduled to make the repair after we left. This was our first visit to Vegas were we did not stay on the Strip or on Fremont Street. Enjoyed the house much more than staying in a hotel. Would recommend staying at this location to others that are visiting Las Vegas.

We rented this beautiful house for a week in Vegas. We chose it for location. It was right around the corner from our daughter's house. However, it far exceeded our expectations! John was very helpful from first contact through return of our deposit. He answers emails or texts very promptly. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. There were five of us traveling together, and we had more than enough room. Our daughter and son in law came for several meals, and there was plenty of table service and kitchen equipment. Since we were there in the summer, the pool was very popular. Our grandchildren spent lots of time swimming. They also enjoyed the pool table. We were there over July 4th. We didn't go to fireworks, but it turned out we didn't need to. Some one down the street put on a great show which we enjoyed poolside. The house is an easy drive from both Fremont Street and the Strip. We also went to Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Mt Charleston. None of them were more than 45 minutes away. Las Vegas has a good Uber system if you don't want to drive downtown. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to include more visits there in the future. This is far superior to a hotel stay when traveling with children, and also less expensive. Thanks, John, for being such a good host!

Beautiful Home. Only about 20 mins to the strip and loved the valet parking which was free at most of the casino resorts and only 3-5 dollars at the parking towers. John was very helpful with early check in and we had no problems. Very much enjoyed our stay and hoping to return next year.

We arrived at the house and was pleased to find that it was all it was said to be. Plenty of room, large master bedroom, lots of family get together area. Also, it wasn't that far from the Strip and the route was easy to navigate. Grocery store was only five minutes away so was very convenient. Ran out of gas for the gas grill so I texted the owner and he called me back immediately and resolved the issue. He was very friendly and courteous. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Traveled to LV with my wife and another couple and we thought we'd try the house rental thing instead of the strip -- what a fantastic idea it turned out to be. The house was easy to find and very well maintained. Nothing says "Welcome to Las Vegas" like sitting in the hot tub on a Sunday morning sipping bloody marys! Bedrooms were all very comfortable, having the capability to do laundry was great, and being able to cook some meals and enjoy them on the patio was top notch! The owner was extremely responsive to the few questions I had and got back to me very promptly, usually within a few hours. This house would be great for a family looking to relax when visiting LV or a bunch of friends who want to be close (10 mins) to the strip but also want to avoid the hype.

We spent a week at the property with our toddler and enjoyed ourselves. The owner was responsive and accommodating of all our needs, very helpful to also be able to communicate with him via text message.

My family rented this home so we could be with my husband for his two week military duty at Nellis AFB. Having lived in Las Vegas, we knew we wanted a home in Summerlin and this one didn't disappoint! The owner, John, was readily available to help answer or assist us with anything we might need and the home was well stocked with all the necessary items! We have two children and they loved being able to swim in the pool any time of the day! (It was heated for an additional cost and I was just happy to not be in a freezing cold pool!) There are plenty of family friendly parks and activities close by not to mention all of the fun shopping, restaurants and casinos that you would expect. It has been awhile since we visited the states so we decided to try our luck in Las Vegas. This home was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We received a call from the owner shortly after arriving to check if we had any questions. The instructions that were left in the home covered them all and the housekeeper and pool man's numbers were also listed just in case we needed anything. It was well stocked with proper supplies, very clean and orderly. It was in a good location to red rock canyon and Mt Charleston where we did some hiking. There were many nice restaurants and shopping near by. We spent a fair amount of time relaxing in the heated pool and jacuzzi. The home was very comfortable with many nice features. We had a very nice time and would come again.

My husband and I decided to take a family vacation to Las Vegas but didn't want to stay on the strip in a hotel with our 4 children. This is the first time we rented a vacation home so we didn't know what to expect but have heard good things about it from friends. It turns out we had a wonderful experience. We arrived very late but since the home had keyless entry so we didn't need to hassle with arranging to pick up a key. Once inside the home we found a list of helpful tips to help answer any questions we had during our stay. The home was gorgeous, the furnishings and beds were very comfortable and the layout of the home was very convenient. Everything we needed for cooking and dining was in the kitchen so we saved a fair amount of money eating-in most of the time. The area was very well kept and in a good centralized location for all of our activities we had planned. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay in Vegas away from the strip.

We've rented homes during our annual vacation to Las Vegas in Henderson but we've heard great things about Summerlin so we decided to give this area a try. This home we found had quick access to Summerlin pkwy, it took about 10-15 minutes to get to the strip. This home was very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. The open floor plan and the cathedral ceilings were a nice touch. The master bedroom on the first floor was convenient and the ability to walk directly from the jacuzzi into the master bath was great. The owner left a welcoming letter for us with frequently asked questions about the home and the few questions we did have, the owner got back to us right away. We had a great time during our visit.

My wife and her sister and husband travel to Las Vegas yearly to escape the Canadian winter and this time we decided to stay off the strip. We found this comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood just about 15 minutes from the strip on the northwest side of town which made it convenient to get to Red Rock for hiking and Mount Charleston for skiing. The home had a nice backyard for BBQ and the private jacuzzi felt great after a long day or hiking or skiing. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the home was nicely furnished. We will be definitely be coming back here for our next trip to Vegas.
